Reviewed Sep 17, 2026ロケーションが仙台駅から10分ほどと便利でした。朝食付きでしたが、メニューも充実し、かつスタッフの方々が温かい雰囲気かつテキパキと働いていらっしゃって、気持ちよく朝ご飯を頂けました。
建物自体が若干古いかもと思いましたが、室内やフロアは掃除が行き届いてあり、気になる程では全くありませんでした。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026仙台駅から近く、仙台朝市からすぐで朝食には困りませんでした。広くてきれい、アメニティが充実、連泊で掃除はナシだけどタオル交換してくれて何一つ不満はあません。おもてなしで置いてあった御出汁がおいしかった。買って帰りたいくらいでした。また泊まりたいです！
特にないです。しいて言うなら朝食ビュッフェに子供料金があったらチャレンジしたかもしれませんが、子供づれだと割高だったのであきらめました。食べてみたかったです(´；ω；`)

The bathroom was a little questionable. There were some mold stains and questionable hairs in the bathroom at arrival.

1.房內氣味，這次訂了兩間房，房間都有很重的冷氣黴菌味，這感覺難以改善，只要重新進房間就能感受到一股潮濕的黴菌味。 2.隔音普通，能夠聽到左右房間的聲響，但不至於聽到樓上腳步聲。 3.床太軟，輕輕一動床就會晃，個人不太喜歡這點。 4.早餐很普通，選擇少之外，八點半去用餐，很多餐點像是紅豆泥,優格,甜點,可頌什麼的都不會再補。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I did not like the staff member that checked us in; she was cold, impersonal and did not seem to know how to greet clients. I had to ask if we could get the keys to the room despite it been ready. I understand the check in time is 3.00pm but if the room was ready, we should be able to enter the room. There was no water in the room and you had to pay for it. I suggest offering guest free water with access to a water filter on each floor. That was such a bonus at Mystay Hotel.

the room is vry small and quite old. There are marks inside the toilet and on the wall of the bathroom. There are no box tissue in the bathroom. the hair dryer is a bit dirty. most importantly the bed is small for two person.
