Udoban krevet, kvalitetna posteljina, dobro opremljena, prostrana kupaonica. Odličan espreso na šanku.

Izuzetno skroman doručak, premali izbor jela i voća, bez kolača, peciva stara, tvrda. Nedovoljan broj stolova i stolica za doručak. U kupaonici/wc-u nema četke za školjku.

Provides a variety of breakfast buffet selections. Lunch and dinner at the lobby bar are also tasty and budget friendly at this location; Also check the Gully Burger menu and the dinner menu from Tuesday to Saturday. Non-alc cocktails are available. Nice room decor and amenities -- cozy beddings, high-speed free Wi-Fi, quality toiletries, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room is a bit small but acceptable anyway; I have my backpack and a 20-inch carry-on suitcase, and they can find their places.

Lovely hotel on a nice street in the heart of West Berlin. The lobby bar is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber das Angebot an Wurst und Käse war alle Tage gleich. Die Behältnisse für ein Müsli mit Jogurt waren zu klein und unpassend.

Die Tische zum Frühstück waren zu wenig. Für ein Frühstück auf einem Hocker, an einem sehr niedrigen Tisch ist es für etwas ältere Gäste sehr unbequem.

Гарний готель, привітний персонал, номер був шикарний з комфортним ліжком, має сучасні меблі та душову кабіну, в номері є чайник та мініхолодильник, що дуже зручно для проживання. Однозначно рекомендую. Наступного разу обов'язково зупинюсь ще тут.

Cool place, alive from morning through the whole day.

Our room was very small and it looked bigger in the photos, and the breakfast variety was too small and the same every day, for the price we had to pay daily per person.

The air conditioning, it would turn off during the night, would not go a bit lower. Very frustrating in hot summer Berlin days. I found service in general was not good. Very unfriendly check in and waiters were not good… always had to chase them to get the order, to empty the table, to bring the tab.

It’s just what you want a hotel to be. It is comfy, clean, cute, convenient, and well-located, with the nicest staff and delicious food. (Eat dinner here, you will love it!) There is so much attention to detail and quality: From the ceramic mugs in the room and real milk in the fridge to the thoughtfully prepared breakfast. You can set the air conditioning to your own preferred temperature, the shower is great, the bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get up. The stylish lobby and bar are great for drinks. Soundproofing is good, too: We knew the place was sold out but we never heard the neighbors. And did I already mention the terrific staff? Best hotel ever 👌

We had a fantastic stay at the Hoxton and would definitely return on our next visit to Berlin! We loved the location in beautiful Charlottenburg with a lot of options for shopping, dining or drinks nearby and the public transportation only a couple of minutes from the hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel design in the public areas as well as in our room. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious, a good size for a full week stay. The bathroom was clean and had a really good shower. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was quite good, but it has to compete with a lot of excellent breakfast options nearby - we recommend exploring them! Finally the 5km run map through Tiergarten was a really nice touch. Thanks a lot!

One thing that was missing is that we were not able to connect our phones to the TV to have Netflix on..

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a beautiful design, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is also excellent.

However, we were surprised by the room. Although it was advertised as 23 m², it felt much smaller. The ceilings were also lower than we expected, making the room feel less spacious than it appears in the photos. Our room overlooked Lietzenburger Straße, and it was far too noisy to sleep with the windows open. If fresh air at night is important to you (for us it was important because of the baby), I would strongly recommend requesting a room at least facing Meinekestrasse.

The Hoxton Berlin is a very calm, stylish and comfortable hotel. Our room (king bed) was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great with fantastic shower. Lots of information available about the local area, places to eat, things to do. Staff were attentive and helpful.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. My room was very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed the vintage items inside such as telephone and radio. Staff at reception was extremely polite and helpful. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants in the same block in case. Also, the hotel offers really good breakfast and lunch opportunities. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, comfortabele kamers, mooie ambiance, mooie straat met in de buurt genoeg terrasjes/restaurants.

De 1-persoonsbedden waren wat krap voor mijn grote zonen van 1.96.

Lage, Bad und Bett

Frühstückbuffet zu klein schnell leer und zuviel Andrang am Morgen. Ständig alles aufgebraucht. Service überfordert. Wir haben am 2. Tag um neue Handtücher gebeten, die wir auch bekommen haben, leider hat der Roomservice die Tür aufstehen lassen und wir kamen erst spät abends zurück.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were both friendly and professional. On the first morning (Friday) breakfast was great. On subsequent days we were very disappointed. Everything was not replenished in a manor to have what you wanted when you wanted it to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. It was all very chaotic. Not enough seating, cutlery, bread, avocado, pastries etc etc. In fact I spent most of the time standing around waiting for something or another and gave up waiting for some things so didn’t have what I wanted. As I said, very disappointing.

- just a little thought: due to a flight cancellation i unfortunately missed one night at the hotel and still had to pay for it. i completely understand that a refund is not possible, but a small discount or anything complimentary would have made this very unfortunate situation better, especially if it’s a well-established hotel.

מיקום סופר מעולה, צוות אדיב, מלון חדיש ונקי מאוד. החדר קטן מאוד, מי שמגיע עם 2 מזוודות, בהצלחה אין מקום לנוע בחדר. הגענו בשעות הערב, לא שמים בחדר מים, קפה, תה למקרה שרוצים לשתות והכל סגור. לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר. פרטים קטנים שעושים את ההבדל.

מיקום, נקיון, אדיבות מעולים ממש. פרטים קטנים לתת עליהם את הדעת: גודל החדר,אין מים וקפה בחדר.

הצוות ניקוי היה לא מאוד יעיל ולא עדה רי פיל כל היום לכל הדברים והיינו צריכים כל הזמן לבקש בקבלה

Schönes, stylisches Hotel. Sehr netter Service, gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und auch sonst hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

Das Ambiente war nett, internationales Flair

Die Mitarbeiter sprachen meist ein etwas schwer verständliches Englisch. Auschecken bis 12:00, die Zimmerkarte war schon ab 11:00 gesperrt - überflüssige Lauferei. Frühstück auf Sparflamme mit alten Brötchen, für 20:00€ hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Schönes modernes Hotel, nettes Personal und gute Lage.

Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern war selbst im ausgeschaltetem Zustand extrem laut und störend.

Das Hotel und das gesamte Ambiente wussten zu überzeugen. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber, mit gemütlichen Betten und einer großen Dusche. Auch das Frühstück haben wir als absolut positiv empfunden. Ein kleines, aber leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Buffet. So startet man gut in den Tag!

Nicht gefallen hat uns lediglich der Check-In. Hier wurde ohne Empathie, Freundlichkeit und Interesse am Gast das Standardprogramm abgespult. So möchte ich eigentlich nicht eingecheckt werden.

Beautiful reception breakfast lunch area. Very comfortable and cold have stayed there all day! Beds in the room were comfortable.

Our room overlooked a very noisy road and I don’t think the double glazing was great. Construction equipment below and while no work was being done during our stay, wish we had a view on the other side of the hotel, above the entrance. Would have like a few more extras in the room… shower cap, flannels and not have to ask for our room to be cleaned. Pillows very flat but bedding otherwise great.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. The bar was lovely, and the breakfast was good. Great location with easy access to public transport.

In the crazy heat of Berlin, the Hoxton was like a cool and calm oasis when we entered the lobby. We were plied with refrigerated water whenever we asked for it and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room and beds were comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast area, while small, was always big enough to accomodate everyone - and the coffee was good. All in all we were very well looked after at the Hoxton and look forward to visiting again sometime. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the Ku-Damm and we travelled backwards and forwards by bus/ U-Bahn with only a short walk to the stops. We thoroughly recommend it!

Das dass Personal ein Zimmer Frühzeit anbieten konnte und flexibel war.

Das Personal war zwar freundlich aber teils überheblich und reserviert. Als ich in der deutschen Sprache einchecken wollte, hat man mich einfach an einen Kollegen weitergeleitet. Warum nicht einfach fragen in welcher Sprache man sich sicherer fühlt? Außerdem hätte ich mir zumindest beim auschecken eine gute Heimreise gewünscht.

Personal muy agradable y súper atento. Habitaciones muy limpias. A escasos 300 mts de Kurfürstendamm y cerca de Metro y autobús para ir hacia la zona este.

Me quedé en una habitación doble con 2 camas, pero solo había 1 enchufe en el medio de las 2, por lo que es imposible cargar 2 celulares a la vez. Igual hay otros enchufes, pero lejos de la cama.

Our stay was very close to perfect. The hotel has a beautiful design, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and it delivers the stylish atmosphere I've come to expect from The Hoxton brand. While I still think the Rome property is the standout, this location is excellent overall. Colin at the front desk was especially outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was the only minor disappointment. The selection becomes repetitive if you're staying several days (we stayed four), and the policy of allowing only one espresso-based drink per breakfast felt unnecessarily restrictive. On the positive side, room service was reasonably priced, arrived quickly, and the food was very good.

My biggest criticism is the fitness experience. For a hotel in this category, I was surprised there isn't an on-site gym. The hotel partners with Clover Fitness, and we were told we'd need to leave a €20 deposit for a wristband and sign a form. We weren't told there was also a €10 per person gym fee, nor were we told the gym required guests to bring their own towels or rent one for €2. After walking there, we had to walk all the way back to the hotel to get towels before returning. Unfortunately, the gym itself was disappointing. It wasn't air-conditioned, and the equipment felt dated and well below what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The most disappointing part of our stay happened at checkout around 4:00 a.m. When I questioned the unexpected gym charge, the front desk employee initially told me I was being charged because of the wristband. I explained that I had already returned it. He then clarified that the charge was actually the €10 per person gym fee, which had never been explained to us. When I told him this wasn't made clear, he repeatedly insisted that it was "very clear" because I had signed the form. He even laughed and offered to show me the paperwork. That response felt dismissive rather than helpful. My concern wasn't whether the charge was written somewhere—I was explaining that it had never been verbally communicated when we were given directions to the gym. The conversation became increasingly uncomfortable. At one point he told me, "Write whatever you want about me. I'm also taking your name for my records," which struck me as unnecessarily confrontational. When I asked for an itemized bill so I could verify the charges, he simply stated that he had removed them without ever showing me the updated bill. Fortunately, his manager came over and handled the situation professionally. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again because the hotel itself is excellent.

Acogedor, limpio, bien situado, personal muy amable y atento, barrio tranquilo cerca metro y bus. Detalles de la habitación : caja fuerte, nevera, 2 botellines de agua gratis diariamente, servicio para infusiones o café instantáneo. Todo MUY BIEN 😊

Ontbijt was zeer lekker, prijs/kwaliteit Top. Je moest soms wel een tijdje wachten vooraleer het buffet werd aangevuld.

Enigste negatieve was het feit dat er een tapijt in de kamer lag. Niet evident bij allergieën.

Es gab , keine Toilettenbürste . Die Sitzmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück sind nur was für junge Leute. Es gab zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück und es war sehr unbequem.

So great! Perfect location, room and staff. 10/10 I will be back next time I am in Berlin for sure.
