Sauber, konfortabel, gute Susstattung

Ein absolut unzumtbares check-in Prozedere mit welchem wohl nur digital natives einchecken können, von uns drei Personen in zwei Zimmern hat es niemand geschafft, den Zugang zum Zimmer zu erreichen. Die Helpline war zuerst besetzt und dann war eine Beratung nur auf Englisch Verfügbar, Nach der remote Öffnung der Zimmer haben wir bei beiden Zimmern Handtücher in die Tür geklemmt um einen erneuten Zugang zu den Zimmern zu gewährleisten. Wir haben eine Stunde am Smartphone und mindestens eine halbe Stunde mit der Helpline verbracht und konnten die Zimmer nicht mehr schliessen. Wir hätten gerne die Unterkunft gewechselt, aber ein refund sei ausgeschlossen, teilte uns die Person der Helpline mit. Fazit: Zimmer und Hotel gut, Zugang katastrophal und unzumutbar. Ich habe mich masdiv darüber geärgert, dass Booking.com eine solch miese Unterkunft anbietet, diese Unterkunft hat uns die Laune verdorben für den Aufenthalt. Booking.com sollte speziell erwähnen, wenn es für eine Unterkunft weder einen Schlüssel noch einen Code gibt, auch Apps möchte ich nicht herunterladen müssen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur für didital natives zumutbar, für mich bedeutete diese Unterkunft maximalen Ärger!!!!

Unfortunately room 101 overlooked the street so it was noisy in the evenings as there are restaurants nearby. In the morning we were woken up early by garbage lorry and delivery lorry.

Das Studio hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt – mitten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, und direkt unter dem Studio gibt es ein mexikanisches Restaurant. Das Studio war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption: Wenn gerade niemand erreichbar war, wurden wir zurückgerufen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Everything was great. Make sure to have their app on the phone, make it easy and smooth to access the facility.

Das frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Das Apartment war wunderbar. Wir waren begeistert. Die Kommunikation war auch super. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Man sollte mit deutschen Gästen auch auf deutsch kommunizieren.

Nuestra llegada ya fue complicada: tres tramos de escaleras sin previo aviso con maletas de 20-25 kilos, y una app de acceso nada evidente en un primer momento. Pero lo más grave fue la gestión de una de las camas que faltaba por hacer, pese a que había pagado por ella. Al reclamarlo, el hotel me ofreció dos únicas opciones: pagar 30 euros extra o hacerla yo misma con sábanas que, según me dijeron, debería haber traído de casa. Cuando insistí en que había pagado por cinco camas, me acusaron de un supuesto error en el check-in que dudo que fuera real. Como "solución", me enviaron a una lavandería que estaba completamente vacía, y aun así el personal siguió insistiendo en que ese era el procedimiento. Solo tras mucha insistencia por mi parte me abrieron una habitación para poder coger lo necesario. En total, casi 40 minutos reclamando algo que ya formaba parte de mi reserva, sin que en ningún momento se me diera una solución adecuada.

Das Frühstück in dem Café ganz in der Nähe ist außergewöhnlich gut. Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof und sehr ruhig, das Hotel liegt absolut zentral.

Great location, you're in the center of old town. There's a ton of shops and restaurants just steps away. The apartment was very quiet. The decor was modern. It was nice to have laundry room in the building.

Location, lots of nice little touches like water bottles. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good. Good for young people.

Digital check-in. This is difficult and scary for older people. Five flights of stairs to carry up heavy suitcases. Almost impossible for older people. Absolutely stuffed without a digital phone because you wouldn’t be able to get into the hotel or your room without one AND NO ONE TO ASK.

In der Beschreibung wurde nicht klar, dass es sich um eine "Ferienwohnung" handelte. Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal und keine Reinigung. Auskunft erhält man nur über eine Internetseite. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber. Hätten wir so nicht gebucht. Das gebuchte Frühstück konnte in zwei verschiedenen Lokalen eingenommen werden, die uns beide aber nicht zusagten. Somit haben wir an zwei Tagen unser Frühstück in einer Bäckerei eingenommen. Insgesamt waren wir von dieser Buchung sehr enttäuscht.

We appreciated being refunded for the breakfast we had to miss because the cafe was closed; we also appreciated the quick replies to our queries; the apartment was handy to a supermarket; it was air conditioned and functional and had the best shower we have come across on our travels through Germany.

We struggled with heavy luggage up the stairs and think we should have been warned at point of booking; there was excessive form-filling: we had completed the comprehensive form (it even required our dates-of-birth) at the booking process months before and then had to complete them again at check-in; the app took a bit of getting used to (so much information on it) especially having to use it just to get into our apartment each time.

The room was clean and nicely organized.

The breakfast is a voucher for 15 Eur at a local bar (at a price of 14 Eur). Not sure why it would ever make sense to buy breakfast. The place does not have an elevator and pretty narrow stairs, which is seriously bad if you are traveling with heavy luggage (like I did).

hervorragende Lage sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig zum Innenhof, klein aber ausreichend, Bad ebenso. Nettes Begrüßungskärtchen, alles relativ selbsterklärend.

Probleme im Vorfeld mit dem Zugangscode - die App funktionierte einige Stunden nicht mehr und über die Servicenummer war lange niemand erreichbar. Vor Ankunft aber geklärt. Mit schweren Koffern war das Zimmer im 2. Stock beschwerlich zu erreichen. Einmal pro Woche/ Stay reinigen ist nicht wirklich ausreichend, nach 2 Tagen wünscht man sich schon zumindest eine Kurzreinigung. 35 Euro für eine Extrareinigung erscheinen bei so einem kleinem Raum dann aber sehr übertrieben. Eventuell auch deswegen nachts Silberfische im Zimmer gesehen. Die sind zwar nicht schädlich, aber vielleicht mag nicht jeder Biotope in der Unterkunft.

Todo es atomatizado - virtual, todo desde tu celular. No es que sea malo en sí, pero sí que se extraña ver a alguien para recibirte o, en caso que olvides tu celular en tu cuarto, no veo cómo puedas volver a él; así que extra atención si es que eres despistado(a). En resumen, sí volvería, pero pediría antes unas tarjetas-llave, que hasta ahora veo también ofrecen.

Kein Aufzug, das könnte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.

The location is great! The rooms have everything you need and more. Very clean, new, modern. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are made of very good material. The bathroom deserves special praise! Excellent communication with the owner, answer to every question. Safe storage for suitcases. Praise for the interior and communication of this accommodation!

Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the property. Carrying large suitcases up the narrow, winding staircase to the upper floors can be a challenge. The accommodation is not a hotel, but more of an AirBNB style collection of apartments for rent. The accommodation lacks any common areas, there is nowhere to spend time other than in the room, but unfortunately Original rooms are so small, suitable for one person. If there are two passengers, then you cannot spend any free time there. The price, 150 eur and up for an original room, is a bit high.

Some over-designed features, e.g. sink, are probably very hipster but un-practical for use. Thin door allowing noise from stairs into room. Online check-in excessively detailed and resulting in email spam.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Näher in der Stadt geht nicht. Die Wohnung war liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sehr sauber und die Betten waren auch bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wenn es sehr gut war, vergebe ich normalerweise nie 10 Punkte, eher 8. In diesem Fall muss ich jedoch 10 Punkte geben. Für 2 Personen im Apartment 504 gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Alles perfekt, genau wie man es sich wünscht

Absence of lift to the fourth floor was a real problem.

It's a very confort place, in a very nice area to walk, with close bus station and many restaurants, in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a place to laundry my clothes without any additional cost.

Wir kommen wiederholt hierher, wenn wir nach Bonn fahren. Es ist praktisch, sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Alles, was man von einer Unterkunft für ein paar Tage braucht. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Frühere Check-In Möglichkeit wäre super gewesen. Leider keine Frühstücksdeal für Sonntag (Idee: Kooperation mit Café Nova?), aber kein großes Problem.

Excellent, central location. Very modern and comfortable appartment with all amenities you might need for few days. Definitely would recommend!

Only downside is there is no parking, but there is a garage nearby.

Frühstück gab es nicht im Haus sondern im Kaffee in der Nähe. Dieses ist leider überfüllt und muss 2 Tage im Voraus reserviert werden. Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, man muss öffentliche Parkplätze nutzen mit angespannter Parksituation. Mit Google Maps Navi schlecht zu finden wenn man mit dem PKW anreist. Ein Hinweis vom Hotel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgänger Zone.

Really comfortable bed and facilities. Excellent location for Beethoven Haus and the centre. Lovely shower with a large shower head and hand held shower. Nice drinks tray - no milk or 'English' tea bags but never mind. Excellent Spanish themed restaurant next door with friendly staff.
