IntercityHotel Karlsruhe

The room layout was well laid out and the room was nicely cleaned. The complimentary refreshments and coffee/tea selection was nice. The bed was comfortable and let itself to a good, sound sleep. The extra nicety was rooms were equipped with electric blinders sitting outside of windows, allowing to regulate the amount of light inside the room.

Excellent location

Sehr sauber, freundlich und zentral

-

was very nice, with big rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and helpful

was very good

Schoon, netjes, goed ontbijt

Niets

Easy to reach from motorway; clean; all worked well in the room; clean parking; safe and comfortable hotel and room; parking a little expensive; staff was helpful and kind.

not possible to shut off the A/C in the room.

Sehr modernes Hotel, direkt am Hbf in guter Lage, sehr freundliches Personal - insgesamt: sehr gute Erfahrung

Lage ok Klimaanlage ok

Modern. Very close to the railway station where it is possible to find good breakfast. There is parking in front of the hotel but it is only for 2 hours. There is parking about 300 meters from the hotel that costs 12 euros per day. The rooms are good with air condition, Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Nichts

Amazing location, modern furniture, clean, good reception service

Safe in the room wasn’t working and the reception couldn’t get a technician to fix it on time

Camera piccola.

The hotel is conveniently located at Karlsruhe Railway Station. It is an easy 5minute walk with suitcases to the hotel. The transport hub also provides guests with a choose of travel. From the railway station there are options to travel to Basel, Switzerland, or other Germany cities. We travelled on the local trains to Wild Badwild later to our evening meal in Durlach. Or trams and buses can get you around Karlsruhe. Our room was a good size and a pleasant decor. It was helpful to have a small shelve in the shower. A bonus to have a hairdryer available. It always helps our stay when we have a bar fridge to keep our drinks cold. We did like the street map on the wall. The map helped us explore those points of interest to visit. The staff always helped us from the moment we checked in to the final check out time.

I would suggest changing the soap dispenser. A dispenser that requires two hands (working/not injured) to operate is not a good option. A push down dispenser is easy to use when you only have one functioning hand. It would be nice for hotels to provide two towel rails to air dry the towels. All hotels provide two towels, but most fail to provide a rail to air dry the towels.

Quiet rooms with excellent beds.

Modernes Hotel, gut ausgestattet

Sehr sauberes Zimmer.

Mobiliar und Inneneinrichtung ist modern

Personal dürfte motivierter sein

Kamer was schoon en netjes. Bedden lagen goed. Lokatie is top.

Super freundlich
