O Murat foi incansável, tratou da nossa viagem de balão, marcou as visitas guiadas, marcou os transfers, e tudo correu super bem. O quarto estava limpo e era confortável e de acordo com o que precisámos. O pequeno almoço era maravilhoso e o staff muito simpático. Espero que o Murat não perca esta forma de cuidar dos hóspedes porque precisamos de mais pessoas assim!

This was honestly the best place we could ask for. The team were so lovely, the breakfast was outstanding, and so clean and tidy. The balcony is a perfect place to get up and watch the balloons.

A wonderful place to spend our five nights in Göreme. Everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Erdem, the owner is so helpful and willing to meet all your needs whether it be tours or pick-ups. Just a short stroll into the main town but staying here here is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our late evening on the roof terrace. Everything was perfect.

Tutto. Posizione strategica, lontana dal caos e dal traffico ma a 5 minuti a piedi da tutto. Staff cordiale, amichevole e disponibile. Essendo a gestione familiare l’attenzione è massima, ci si sente a casa. Hotel nuovo e camere spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort. Ottima e ricca la colazione con prodotti freschi e piatti fatti al momento. Chicca in più la terrazza panoramica e la piscina in fase di costruzione. Complimenti!

Great location, away from the center of the town (5 min walk), so it is quiet. Really clean and beautiful rooms. Excellent and tasty breakfast. But most of all, Murat is amazing host! He provided us everything we asked for and also gave us extra tips on what we can do and see alone, recommending the best options regarding places and activities to do in Cappadocia. You really feel looked after here! Highly recommended!

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — without a doubt, the most delicious breakfast we had in Cappadocia. The hotel also has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were very cosy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

A wonderful stay with the loveliest host. Murat was so welcoming and checked in on us constantly. The room is large and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. It's a short walk to the city centre but away from all the noise. The terrace is also large and beautiful and a great place to hang out for sunset but especially to see the balloons in the morning. Abbiamo prenotato tramite lui il volo in mongolfiera, esperienza fantastica,tour rosso e tour verde,tutto bellissimo e precisissimo. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ivy Cappadocia Hotel. Der Besitzer Murat hat uns von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und vollkommen ausreichend, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals – alle waren stets aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Trubel, was für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, ein großer Vorteil ist. Zudem gibt es Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, was die Anreise sehr angenehm macht. Vielen Dank an Murat und sein Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

O IVY Capadócia nos proporcionou a melhor experiência de toda a viagem. Entre as cinco hospedagens pelas quais passamos, foi sem dúvida a nossa favorita. O atendimento foi excepcional desde meses antes da viagem. Murat esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar com informações, reservas de passeios e transfers, tornando toda a organização muito mais tranquila. Adoramos as instalações do hotel, que são lindas e muito confortáveis. Além disso, foi o melhor café da manhã de toda a viagem. Outro destaque foi a experiência de ver os balões ao amanhecer. Da janela do nosso quarto e também do terraço do hotel, tivemos uma vista incrível dos balões voando por volta das 5h da manhã — um momento realmente inesquecível. The host Mr. Murat is very friendly, kind and his hospitality impressed me a lot, he can speak English fluently, and he is a professional hot air balloon pilot who has over 13 years experience. I booked my hot air balloon flight through his help, he gave me an affordable price which is much cheaper than booking online, I am so grateful for Mr. Murat. The room is spacious and the hotel is located in a tranquil place in Göreme. The breakfast here is also amazing, including breads, various jams, pancakes with cheese, hams, eggs in different cooking ways, multiple fruits and delicious teas, so that I felt energetic every morning when I was here. Originally, I only booked two nights here, but I extended my stay here for two nights more without hesitation after arriving the hotel, so I highly recommend this hotel to any tourist.

The hotel was new and provided everything we needed. Central located. The owner was very helpful and responsive. That's why sure 10 out of 10 🌟 We want to recommend this hotel to anyone and we want to thank the company for the great hospitality.

En este alojamiento se respira un aire familiar y un muy buen ambiente, desde el momento que te reciben te da mucha confianza fue muy agradable nuestra estancia, contratamos el vuelo en globo con ellos y todo funciono a la perfección, el día en que nos íbamos nuestra salida era más temprano que la hora del desayuno y ellos hicieron una excepción y prepararon el desayuno antes para nosotros, quedamos muy agradecidos por todas las atenciones recibidas

Es muy comodo en cuanto a las instalaciones, la cama, la ubicación. El baño super limpio y la ducha es excelente. Tienen calefacción central que la encienden a la noche, justo cuando se necesita. La terraza es preciosa, tiene sillones y mesas. Las ventanas dan insonorizacion, pero nosotros las dejamos abiertas y a la mañana nos despertó el ruido de un quemador (de un globo) y subimos a ver los globos aerostaticos con una hermosa vista desde la terraza! El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Por último y lo mas importante, destacó la atención de todo el personal. Mürat nuestro anfitrión nos asesoró en todo, preguntenle todo ante cualquier duda. Desde donde cenar hasta de los viajes en globo. Volveríamos sin dudas

It is a wonderful small hotel with great owners who care about you! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very good. The building is 5-7 minutes away from the center, but the street is very quiet. There's a terrace and you can watch the balloons from it.

El propietario, Murat, muy atento y servicial, así como la chica y la mujer del desayuno. Muy bueno y completo el desayuno. Nos cambió de habitación a otra mejor y más grande. Desde la terraza se ven los globos por la mañana y pasan por encima. Volveremos...

Al final tuvimos que buscarnos los globos por nuestra cuenta, aunque Murat dijo que iba a reservarlos.

IVY Cappadocia is a lovely small hotel owned by Murat, the friendliest, most helpful and nicest hotel operator we have ever encountered. He booked us shuttles, a balloon ride and scooter hire at great prices and easy instructions. He allowed us early check-in and late check-out and bag storage until our late shuttle pick up time. The hotel is in a great location, quiet and an easy walk to town. Breakfast is a lovely Turkish feast each morning. We highly recommend Murat and IVY Cappadocia 👏

Overall, i would rate this place higher than 10. The owner and his family were so friendly and were always there to help when needed. The breakfast was fantastic as was the location. I highly recommend staying at IVY Cappadocia. My wife and I had an awesome experience.

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angereist, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir wurden, nach schneller Absprache, unkompliziert empfangen. Wir haben immer super Tipps bekommen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr herzlich und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker - ein typisches türkisches Frühstück. Die Ballons kann man von der Tachterasse aus beobachten oder man fährt schnell zu der Aussicht. Alle Sachen in Göreme sind zu Fuß nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Rundum perfekt.

Редко какому отелю ставлю оценку 10, но это как раз именно такой случай. Иные luxury 5 звезд бывают похуже, чем этот милый отель. Гостеприимный хозяин, который помог нам организовать трансфер из/в аэропорт, забронировать полет на шаре (при этом сэкономив наши деньги), он всегда был на связи. Отличный завтрак: свежие сыры, домашние яйца, вкусная выпечка. Местоположение тоже понравилось, чуть в стороне от центра, буквально 5 минут, но зато нет шума, тихо (только кричит петух утром)) Сама комната тоже вполне комфортна: матрац, подушки-всё удобное, отличный напор воды.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He let us check in early and enjoy a delicious breakfast at no extra charge. He arranged balloon flights, tours, and transfers at great prices. When our original balloon flight was canceled due to rain and prices went up, he advised us to wait until the next day and later found us a great-value flight through his friend. (He’s also a balloon pilot himself!) The hotel is clean and comfortable, and he kindly stored our luggage before we went to the airport. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay thanks largely to the owner, Murat. He was incredibly helpful and responsive when our hot air balloon tour was canceled, truly saving the day. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel's location is perfect for watching the balloons launch in the morning. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the eggs Murat makes himself. Der Chef war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent beim Organisieren von Ausflügen und der Ballon-Fahrt. Das Frühstück wird sehr schön angerichtet von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin und man bekommt mehr als genug. Die Pension ist gut gelegen, wenn man dem Trubel von Göreme entfliehen und trotzdem schnell im Zentrum sein möchte.

Тихий отель с душевным хозяином Муратом. Заезжали в Гёреме посмотреть на воздушные шары, выбрали этот отель по местоположению (не в центре, тихо, недалеко есть смотровые холмы) и отзывам. Хозяин отеля Мурат встретил нас, рассказал, что он сам — пилот шара, и что вылет в 6 - 6:10 начинается. Номер достаточно просторный, вид на холмы и двор с милым бульдогом:) В номере всё чистое, вода горячая, есть кондиционер. В октябре уже прохладно, ставили его на обогрев. Утром в 5:40 проснулись под призыв муэдзина на молитву, неподалёку находится мечеть. Минут за 10 можно дойти до холма, откуда хороший вид и где не очень много народу. Завтрак с 8:30, вкусный. Яйца, сыры, колбасы, выпечка, овощи и фрукты, очень вкусное варенье с апельсином:)

Кондиционер шумноват, ночью пришлось выключать. Матрас хотелось бы помягче:)

Wonderful experience staying here. We came in very early on day one and were able to have breakfast in place of an early check out (not able to have breakfast) on our last day. Murat was very professional and hospitable. The room had a great view of the air balloons flying by in the early morning, also from the breakfast terrace on the third floor. Breakfast was extremely delicious! We highly recommend the Ivy Cappadocia to all.

Es un hotel pequeño, familiar y el dueño muy amable, puedes contratar cualquier excursión a buenos precios, sobre todo volar en globo. El desayuno está fenomenal, típico y todo riquísimo. Puedes ver desde la terraza el amanecer y los globos volando. Está en la zona más tranquila de Goreme, a 5 min del centro. Muy recomendable

Location was brilliant and it was quiet

Breakfast started too late @8.30. Too many items - it was unnecessary to have golzeme and pancakes as well as bread. It would be better to have fewer items of better quality. Also the music was too loud and a radio station at breakfast which ruined the ambience of being on a roof top terrace.

It’s hard to name all the great things we have experienced here. First the rooms are amazing, extremely clean and comfortable. Then the breakfast is definitely a plus! the best breakfast we had, it’s not a buffet, they bring you everything to the table, just the right amount, plus some surprises with a personal touch. The atmosphere on the terrace is also great and quiet. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Its 10 min walking from the main central area of Goreme but far enough to have a great view of the balloons during sunrise. Last but not least, we have to talk about Berj, the receptionist. She was extremely kind and gave us a lot of great recommendations. She also arranged our tours around the area! It was the best choice we could have made.

Colazione non a buffet ma preparata in modo standard. Per chi ama il dolce, è molto limitata (marmellate e crema al cioccolato con pane). Il latte a disposizione, non gradevole. Un consiglio: pavimento della doccia molto scivoloso, sarebbe utile trovare una soluzione.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable, and beautifully kept. Breakfast was absolutely spectacular—fresh, delicious, and prepared with such care. But what really made our experience so special were the hosts: incredibly kind, attentive to every detail, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home, and we truly enjoyed the warm and thoughtful conversations we shared with them. This place is a gem, we hope to come back some time.

An immaculately clean, well maintained establishment. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was magnifcent. Good shower, plenty of hot water and big towels. Tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and a fridge in the room that actually kept things cold! Our stay was perfect.

El hotel está en un sitio muy tranquilo y a la vez muy cerca del centro. El edificio está muy bien cuidado y la habitación consta de todas las comodidades. Nos proveían de dos botellas de agua pequeñas todos los días. Cuando llegamos, aunque fuera antes de la hora del check-in, nos dieron la habitación porque estaba preparada. Como el último día salíamos muy temprano, preguntamos el primer día si podíamos cambiar el desayuno por el del último día y nos lo concedieron. Pero, lo más importante, nos gustaría subrayar el personal; son muy amables, están pendientes de todo y te ayudan con todas las dudas que puedas tener, aparte de ayudarte a contratar servicios turísticos en la zona. Pero lo mejor de todo es el desayuno: es un desayuno de ensueño, productos de todo tipo, preparados al momento y muy muy rico. ¡Hemos estado tan bien que volvería a repetir la experiencia sin dudarlo! ¡Gracias por todo!

A wonderful family-run hotel with rooms exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, cozy, and authentic. The owner, Murad, is truly the Sultan of Hearts—his kindness and generosity made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. There’s also a beautiful viewpoint nearby for watching the magical balloon rides. Breakfast offered a nice variety with fresh, tasty options, adding to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

There were so many things we liked about the hotel and the room, so clean, a really good place to see the air hot balloon and really close to them too. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was the best, all the personal was ver charming.
