Ethica Suite Luxury Houses

Cordialita, camere internamente pulite

We stayed only one night. It was very clean and comfortable. Near the airport .It is a very good apartment and we love to come again.

Nothing

Value for money. You get exactly what you paid for. So satisfied on that part

Very very basic, but again for 70Euro for a night, i wont complaint. BUT the internet was very pai, nful. Really wonder why turkish hotel dont invest a few more euros to get a decent conn.

Temiz sakin personel güler yüzlü

Comfortable apartments, efficient check-in. Basically everything you would need for a 1-2 night stay not far from the airport.

Lots of construction/desolate areas surrounding the hotel; beware of potholed roads if you're coming with your own car.

Very nice apartment, nice place, worth the cost, nice location, close to Mall of Antalya and the airport. A lot of mosquitoes, but I would stay there again if I get a chance.

Very nice apartment but I wish it was clean. Floors were very dirty, I think someone before us dropped soda on the floor and you could still see the stains were there. Floor hasnt been cleaned or mopped I think in a long time. The guy at the reception was not friendly, I was scared to ask him questions lol but he still helped and answered, may be that's his personality that he was a bit rude

Near the airport and staff was very nice.

Location is on a crounstruction area dust is everywhere like madmax

Miły personel.

Przy tej cenie pokoju płatne śniadanie. I to nie mało. Opadająca klapa od wc. Nietoperze w klimatyzacji - noc nieprzespana. Lokalizacja nieatrakcyjna, obok drogi szybkiego ruchu.

very helpful staff

electrical outlets

Size of the room. Nice communication with the stuff. Good matracces.

Appartments are located near the airport but in the middle of nowhere. Address covers very big area and it is under reconstraction. Direct road was closed and taxi driver was not able to help and bring us to the place. We had to search ourselves in the night the location, with 2 kids. It took us around 10-15 mins thanks to market seller which was opened. We had only ) hours to sleep as we had transit night. As far we were near to airport it was quite noisy due to airplanes. It was not big deal but maybe importsnt for some people. Awful thing was another one. Room was full of mosqitos, we were verbally eaten by them. See photos next day, same with faces. My husband found long hair on the pillow plus cut nail in the bad meaning linen was not changed at all. Really disgusting.

Good price to value ratio, very pleasant staff, good apartments, all what you'd need is there. A lot of cats around, which is absolutely adorable 🥰

There are things i wouldn't call disadvantages, however, you need to consider em either. Location is in the place with many construction sites, so there is a little bit dirty around the place. Considering the fact, apartments are near airport, you hear all airplanes coming and departing clearly. However, if you are tired, and this is just one or two nights - should be fine for you.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the room itself was fine, though there were a few mosquitoes. However, the front desk staff completely dropped the ball with our taxi booking. We had requested a 6 a.m. taxi the night before, but the attendant didn’t call for one until we were checking out. As he scrambled to find a car, a passing taxi happened to stop, so we took it. We clearly told him we were going to the domestic terminal, but after some confusion between the hotel staff and the driver, we were dropped off at the international side instead. By the time we realized it—after already going through security—we had to run out, grab another taxi, and rush across the airport to the domestic terminal. It was extremely stressful, cost us double for taxis, and nearly made us miss our flight. The hotel’s poor handling of this situation really ruined what could have been a smooth stay.

Inadequate staff

Konaklama sıkıntız ve çok güzeldi. Odalar geniş, yataklar rahat ve mutfakt temizdi.

Close to airport

Tip Lage

Alles ok

Nahe Flughafen

Very impressed with room. I was expected a room but it was like an apartment with all the facilities including a kitchen and washing machine. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very very pretty

Okolica to nowo powstające osiedle bez infrastruktury. Najbliższa restauracja oddalona o około 1,5 km. Rozkopane, brak chodnika.

All was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. There was a little dripping from the bathroom ceiling, but since we only stayed one night it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t check the kitchen equipment, but overall we had a good stay and felt well taken care of.

Quite noisy due to the nearby airport.

Tout. À coté de l'aéroport

Rien à signaler

Cok temiz.aradiginiz hersey mevcut.sanki kendi evinizmiş gibi hissedeceginiz bir ev.herkeze tavsiye ederim.

Yok.

Very clean and 13 mts to the Airport

Location Cleanliness Facilities

Personal gut

All

Very good appartments. Clean and comfortable. Nice, helpful and very friendly staff. Good location 5 km driving from Antalya airport. Highly recommend!

Blisko sklep. Blisko przystanek autobusowy.

Okolica w trakcie rozbudowy. Daleko do centrum.

Prijs kwaliteit helemaal top.

Close to airport, has parking, has a pool.

These are NOT non-smoking rooms, by which I mean my room stank like the inside of a wet ashtray. Unless you are a smoker yourself, avoid facilities that are not non-smoking in Turkey. My pillow wafted out a fresh blast of the nasty smoke smell every time I moved my head. I was there a single night and could barely sleep and had a hard time breathing, and all my clothes now smell like cigarettes. I checked-out early, cause I prefer sitting in a crowded airport lounge to being in that room.

Great apartment near Lara and airport Well furnished. Great nights sleep

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Brand new facilities. Clean. Pool area was nice. This may be a nice area in a couple of years. Right now, it’s half finished buildings and lots of empty lots. No real shopping or restaurants in the area. No public transportation but taxis are quick and easy (but expensive). Good for a 1 night stay. When we went to check out, the staff was not available so we left the key on the window sill. We were told it was available 7/24(we had to leave at 3am for our flight). The “VIP Amenity” was a small bottle of water.

It is good for a 1 night stay beside the airport

Clean and comfortable apartments, close to the airport. The taxi cost 285 TRY. The pool was nice and clean, we were glad to use it, althought stayed only for 1 night before departure. Migros market is 7 minutes on foot.

The area around is not very comfortable, construction is going on all around

Pool wasn't open and the area around the hotel is under construction. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I'd stay there again if I was in the area. There's a small place for food right in front of the hotel that was good and reasonably priced.

Maybe a little more water pressure in the shower. It worked fine but I am used to a bit more.

Staff is very friendly

Looks like they allow people to smoke in the property, it smells cigarettes

Very close to the airport. You could ask for a water on reception.

There were no hot water in the room.

From the first moment we arrived a lovely Gentleman with outstanding Turkish manners welcomed us warmly by name Nihat.he helped with the languages untill the apartment , which is great place in all means.clean quiet and very modern accommodation wifi excellent all perfect

I like Nihat manners , i was struggling to get some dinner, Nihat helped me he drove more than 30 min looking for Burger king for my 2 daughters, he was very polite and lovely i can't thank him enough. If i will visit Antalya again i will definitely go back to this place again again. Thank you Nihat.

Niks bijzonders

The host was very helpful responsive and on site 24/7.
