Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Arnavutkoy

A 3-star hotel with 5-star service. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Nothing that we did not like.

Very kind staff

Location and staff service

Sabah karsi odadaki erken saatteki tadilat sesine uyandik, olmasa cok daha iyi olurdu

Renhet och trevlig personal. Nära flygplats

Frukost borde vara bättre

We stayed for one night. The staff was very caring and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable.

The room is clear and fresh repaired. The personal is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is standard for 3 star hotel and was included.

There was not window in the room, if not use transfer from airport, quite difficult to reach this hotel by bus or metro.

Room was nice and comfy. Location is great. We desperately needed a car service as our car broke and met the most amazing mechanic just a street away. There are also many fast food options and baklava shop nearby.

Shower floor wasn't very clean. Found some hairs on the shower floor and a towel. Breakfast was good for the money but could have more variety and coffee was terrible.

Amazing Stay, very nice stuff , fast reassertion process, clean and wide room, , As a small recommendation, it would be great if you could add Kuymak (Muhlama), Menemen (Turkish eggs with tomato), and Turkish coffee brewed on hot sand to the breakfast/menu. We'd love to try them, thank you!

nothing

Great friendly staff, the hotel is 20 minutes away from İstanbul airport by taxi

Everything about this stay was smooth and effortless. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and accommodating to every request I had. Check-in and check-out were very quick and simple, and communication was excellent. The proximity to the airport is perfect, making it ideal whether you are staying for just one night or a longer trip. They even upgraded my room for free! The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay and more. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel!

over all good

value for money

Nada.

Area is good for the one who wants to take a rest before flight.

Some of the lights are not glowing, please check and replace those bulbs

Simply amazing hotel and staff

Breakfast could have a little more options

I had a great stay at the hotel...the staff were very helpful, Ilhan and Ecrin and even got me a complimentary transfer to the airport. Also Yagmur and Cuneyt who made my check out were very attentive. A special thanks to all of them.

Everything was great, I especially thank Ecrin and Ilhan from reception for their interest.

Nothing

Micul dejun foarte bun.

Sì

Beautiful hotel, well-kept decor, and excellent value for money. Great staff, very competent and helpful. They even provided us with sandwiches and drinks, knowing that we had a very early morning flight and wouldn't be able to have breakfast at the hotel.

No complaints whatsoever, we had a great time, highly recommend it. Ideal for an early morning flight.

We very much appreciated the free offer for taxi ride to the airport the next morning. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Totul a fost minunat: personal, curățenie, mâncare. Recomandat cu mare drag acest hotel.

Everything was great! Amazing value for the price

Camera curată, balcon cu vedere aspura orașului.

Nothing serious

Personalul amabil.

We stay at this hotel with our family every summer during our trips to Istanbul. Even though it is located in Arnavutköy, driving by car to Eminönü only takes about 30 to 45 minutes. The hotel is ideal for families traveling with children. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. To top it off, their breakfast is easily one of the best you’ll find in Istanbul!

Nothing

Très bon rapport qualité prix Bon et copieux petit déjeuner Personnel efficace Bien situé

The staff here is super helpful and friendly. Room was shiny clean and ample enough for a one-night stay . Morning breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Breakfast was okay , very average

Staff are really young and inexperienced

So bad. We just arrive at 12 pm . They send us to filled room . Then they change room and on that room was people! İt is first time we faced such thing

The Hotel was great and breakfast also.Especially Ilhan and Ecrin on the reseption was perfect.

Close to the Airport for those who want to stay a night

Only about 15-20 mins away from airport. The staff were very helpful. There is a Turkish sweet shop just 1 min walk from the hotel which was perfect for me as I wanted to buy some from a local shop.

Locatia, curatenia, mic dejun generos, personalul amabil, camerele conform descrierii

By far, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Turkey. My wife, my daughter, and I had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The true highlight of our stay was the outstanding Guest Relations team. A very special thank you to Parisa, Melak, and Hilal. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were happy to help with every question, request, and detail throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable, and their professionalism, generosity, and exceptional hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. We would also like to thank Mr. Ali Osman for arranging all of our airport transportation. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Every member of the staff made us feel at home, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Arise Hotel Golden Horn to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will definitely return on our next visit, and we would like to thank the entire team for making our family feel so welcome.

There was nothing we disliked. Everything was excellent, and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location near the airport, and excellent value for money.

Great value for money. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

Proximity to airport. Small private balcony. Plenty eateries, pharmacy etc.

Only had a bedspread, no top sheet or quilt.

Clean. Close to the airport. Reliable shuttle service.

Faucet in the bathroom wasn't fixed.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the layout makes great use of the available space, creating a pleasant and functional stay

The bathrooms need more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. I would also prefer a closed wardrobe for a neater appearance. In addition, it would be great if the hotel offered all-day restaurant service and laundry services for added convenience

Resepsiyondaki Ilhan bey, Cihan bey ve Ecrin hanima ilgi ve alakalarindan dolayi teşekkur ederim

Araç park yeri cok az

La propreté et le personnel

L'emplacement

It was cheap. The staff tried to be helpful. The breakfast was convenient.

The WiFi was very poor (not functioning). Empty shampoo bottle in the shower. Bell boy forcing unnecessary services. The staff hardly spoke English. The location of as in a strange neighbourhood. In general: a poorly managed hotel.

One of their reception’s staff was very kind . His name is ilhan .

Elevator dose not work correctly .

Sehr Schlecht
