The hotel location is excellent near to the mall and the old city. U will not need any transportation. Room is fine

Sia dentro che fuori è molto bello, moderno. Posizione centrale per prendere tram, bus e treni. Tanti ristoranti e negozi di cibo e souvenir a prezzi ottimi.

Ho fatto 3 giorni di escursioni quindi non ho avuto il tempo per “discutere” ma la prima sera che siamo tornati non abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita nonostante ci fosse il cartello fuori. Ho detto al mio fidanzato di lasciar scorrere e vedere se il giorno dopo l’avrebbero pulita ma cioè non è successo. Abbiamo fatto il richiamo in reception e il signore ci ha detto che non aveva le chiavi per prendere asciugamani, carta igienica e sapone quindi ci ha dato solo 2 asciugamani che stavano in asciugatrice. Uno si aspetta che alla terza sera la stanza viene pulit a ma ciò non è successo, anzi c’erano un sacco di formiche e noi per rispetto abbiamo svuotato il cestino ma non va bene così. Colazione per italiani zero.

Une très mauvaise expérience Malheureusement, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. J'ai trouvé une grande quantité de fourmis dans ma chambre. Il ne s'agissait pas de quelques insectes seulement ; c'était tellement gênant que j'en ai même retrouvé dans nos bagages à notre retour. C'est totalement inacceptable d'un point de vue hygiénique De plus, le ménage n'était effectué que tous les deux jours, et non quotidiennement, ce qui était très contraignant. Le prix était également élevé par rapport à la qualité du service, et le petit-déjeuner était très basique et indigne d'un hôtel trois étoiles Le plus agaçant, c'est qu'on m'a demandé un supplément car je n'avais pas mentionné l'âge de ma fille (6 ans). J'ai payé ce supplément, mais nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre ni obtenir une chambre plus grande ; nous sommes restés tous les quatre dans la même chambre triple Une expérience totalement insatisfaisante

Siamo arrivati in hotel di venerdì, giorno in cui si tiene il mercato settimanale ortofrutticolo esattamente davanti all'ingresso, rendendolo di fatto inaccessibile con la macchina per l'intera giornata. Il rientro a piedi di sera avviene in mezzo a residui di cibo e scarti alimentari maleodoranti. La zona limitrofa è molto degradata. Il receptionist non parla inglese

Godt sted at have hotel, hvis man er på oplevelsesrejse. Rigtig sødt personale. Fin frisk morgenmad, lille udvalg (fordi det er et lille hotel), udsigt ind til køkkenet (gør det lidt hyggeligt på en måde). Godt hotelværelse (hårde senge, som alle andre hoteller), med et godt køleskab (synes vi er et plus). OK parkeringsforhold.

Overordnet set er rengøringen god. Dog kunne gulvet godt trænge til at blive vasket.

La ubicación.

Nos dieron un habitación en el sótano y se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior. Lógicamente, no tenía mucha luz y no vinieron a limpiar la habitación en cuatro noches.

Booking.com did not send the correct information, because of that we did not have Family room for first night, and also we have to 2400 Lira for Family room which I was not expected.

Pulizia inesistente. La camera che ci hanno dato era una sorta di sottotetto puzzava di muffa, sul letto ci camminavano delle formiche piccole rosse e il condizionatore non riusciva a rinfrescare la camera poiché non usciva bene l'aria condizionata. Non ci hanno pulito la camera, nonostante noi abbiamo messo il cartello fuori per farcela pulire. Il receptionist non sapeva l'inglese e non è stato semplice comunicarci! Avevamo chiesto di farci la box per la colazione dato che svegliandoci troppo presto per l'escursione non avremmo potuto farla, ma dopo averci detto di sì non lhanno preparata. Se potete evitare, evitatelo!

The AC's compressor in z balcony, no way to stay in this balcony (3 compressor???) It was really bad.

Singurul minus este că nu au camerele balcon , defapt au balcon camerele din partea frontală a hotelului însă doar de 2 persoane sunt camerele care au balcon .

Расположен недалеко от центра . Есть балкон, где можно посидеть и посушить вещи.

Минусов было больше, чем плюсов. Завтрак: очень скромный, кофе платный. Номер был прокуренный. Ночью было шумно в отеле, будто кто-то бегал, долбил в стены и двери, это продолжалось около часа и никто не навёл порядок. В целом не стоит своих денег.

Közel a belvároshoz és könnyen megközelíthető. A személyzet nagyon aranyos és segítőkész. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó volt.

A reggeli egy kicsit szegényes és egyhangú volt. A hangszigetelés borzasztó volt, egyik reggel azt hittem valaki a mi szobánkban van, annyira áthallatszódott az ő reggeli készülődésük hangja.

The hotel is close to the city centre shopping mall and airport tram line. It is a clean and quiet hotel, within easy walking distance of the touristy old town.

Good location near the tram and central area. Perfect to come on a Friday just happened to get the market along the way! (Although lots of cleaning in the street at night yet all cleared on Saturday morning)! Fresh fruit for breakfast! Walking distance to the Best Turkish Bath Demirhan Hamam, really recommend for the Foam and full body massage! (Bring cash!)

We got the roof top room so it was a bit hot and lower ceiling for the room.

Хорошее расположение, не далеко от центра! Бесплатная частная парковка перед отелем, удобно для тех кто на машине. Красивая лаунж зона на ресепшен. Приветливый персонал. Завтраки, турецкие, ничего особенного, но голодным не останешься.

У нас был дешевый номер, снимали на пару ночей. Возможно если взять подороже то будет лучше, но наш был под крышей. И это не очень. Окно маленькое в потолке, душно очень, на окне нет шторы или жалюзи и поэтому свет озаряет в 5 утра всю комнату и невозможно спать. Стены все облезлые и в разводах не понятно от чего. Так что если есть возможность возьмите что то получше

The noise level at night. Always moving furniture around every night. Staff dont understand English at all. Breakfast was OK, definitely could add more variety. Had power cuts 3 times in one day. And they never had a backup generator to supply the building.

Cobraram nos mais uma noite sem nos terem dado qualquer tipo de aviso sobre o check out. Viram nós a passar várias vezes e nunca nos disseram que deveríamos fazer o check out de modo a aproveitarem se de nós e a cobrar nos mais uma noite. Muito mau da parte do hotel.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- immer verfügbar, aber nie aufdringlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und deshalb immer alles frisch. Außerdem gab es richtig gute Pommes Frites zum Frühstück- lecker.

Zemin kattaki oda çok gürültülüydü. Lobideki konuşmalar hatta asansör sesi bile duyuluyordu. Oda direkt karşıdaki otelin girişine, klima motoruna ve yola bakıyordu. Geçen arabaların ve insanların gürültüsünden uyuyamadım.

Приехали рано утром. Заселение в 14 часов, но нам все равно предоставили номер! Большое спасибо! Номер дали изначально без балкона, я попросил поменять что и было сделано без доплаты! И за это тоже большое спасибо!

We stayed at this hotel during the off-season, so the prices were reasonable. We spent 4 nights there. Overall, there isn’t much to say about the hotel — it is very simple and basic, with nothing special that would make you want to return. It is just a place to sleep and nothing more. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, but the area itself is not very nice or cozy. Breakfast was included in the price, but it was extremely basic with very limited choice and low-quality food. The room was fairly spacious, and the bathroom and shower were okay, but again, nothing special. It is obvious that the hotel is built with very cheap materials. The walls are extremely thin, so you can clearly hear everything from neighboring rooms — water running, people showering, and even basic noises. If you are looking for comfort, amenities, or a nice atmosphere, this hotel is definitely not for you. However, if you just need a very budget place for one or two nights, it may be acceptable. Overall, the hotel left no real impression — just a place to stay overnight.

Отличный отель. Хорошее расположение. Завтрак скромный но все что нужно для начала дня присутствовало. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Frühstück OK, Lage sehr gut. Mitten im Zentrum. Verkehrmittel sehr nah erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The hotel was deceitful. They said they could provide a cot and didn't. They said it would have a balcony and view and it didnt.we asked for an iron and they refused stating we had to pay for their ironing service. I just wanted to iron a few things myself! Seems like they were only interested in making extra money not the satisfaction of customers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. Please upgrade your mattress and pillows. Breakfast was so basic I was left hungry.

L’accueil du personnel. Très sympathique. La localisation est idéale pour ceux qui aime la vielle ville. L’hôtel est tout de même propre.

Les équipements sont cassés (poignées porte papier toilette) les portes de la douche ne coulissent plus. L’hôtel accueille des jeunes travailleurs bruyants qui rentrent la nuit. Et font du bruit. C’est dommage. Pour la literie. Une simple couverture pour le lit. Pas de literie confortable. Les chambres sont petites. C’est dommage car le personnel est adorable. Mais l’hôtel est vraiment pas confort.

Instalaciones en mal estado. No limpiaron la habitacion bajo el precepto de que fue por no haber dejado la unica tarjeta/llave que nos dieron en repecion al retirarnos. Si bien esta cerca de los puntos turisticos, la zona en la que se encuentra no es la mas linda

Относительно свежий ремонт отеля и оборудование. Близко к историческому центру. Есть своя парковка для авто. Хорошая цена. Завтрак без излишеств, но горячее платно. Чистое белье.

При заселении дедушка на ресепшене не смог найти нашу бронь, хотя бронировали через Booking сильно заранее с полной оплатой, в итоге долго тыкал в клавиатуру и звонил, повел сначала в один номер, оказалось занято в итоге поселил на чердаке в номер не той категории, что бронировали. Это к вопросу о компетенции персонала! Звукоизоляции в номерах нет, можно спокойно разговаривать с соседями и соответственно все слышно вокруг и в коридоре, двери ужасно хлопают, если ночью кто- то выезжает или заезжает, вы будете точно в курсе.

Останавливался в этом отеле несколько раз. В целом всё понравилось: номера чистые, уютные, персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый. Завтраки простые, минималистичные, но сытные — голодным не останешься.

Единственный момент — в отеле достаточно высокая слышимость: было слышно, что происходит за дверью, и однажды шумные соседи мешали спать при выселении. но это не вина отеля

Personnel très sympathique, prévenant et à l'écoute. Bien propre. Les chambres sont confortables.

Le petit déjeuner était basique, si on passe plusieurs jours les choix s'épuisent assez vite. Il faut demander pour que la chambre soit nettoyée.

Отель находится недалеко от старого города, в номере чисто, мебель новая, сотрудник ресепшена помог с вызовом такси

За три дня в номере никто не убрался (полы были грязные, мусорные корзины переполнены), завтраки тянут на 2 звезды максимум, персонал отеля не говорит по-английски, при входе в отель я всегда здоровалась первой, но никто из сотрудников меня ни разу не поприветствовал в ответ. Сам район расположения отеля больше напоминает гетто.

Ils se sont trompés car nous avons loué deux chambres pour deux jours du coup ils nous on mis une au 4e et l autre rez de chaussée et s était bruyant le soir car ascenseur+ télé et le matin préparation du petit déjeuner

اتمنى زيادة جودة وتنوع طعام الافطار لانه كان متواضع لكن يفي بالغرض . والافياش الكهربائية ( المقابس ) في تركيا ذات فتحتين وليست ذات ثلاث فتحات . وعلى النزيل ان يحسب حسابه لذلك . ولذا اشتريت شاحن جديد من مكان قريب .

Majority of the staff can't speak English. One who spoke English, flirted heavely and was extremely racist. On top of it he was speaking about politics even after i told him that I don't care. He wasn't satisfied that I told him where I was from. Kept asking where are you originally from. Rooms are cleaned every two days. They also give me the wrong room. They say breakfast is free but they charge for eggs. No snacks avaliable for purchase. Suaff don't help you in finding tours and resources. Only Ahmat helped.
