Bodrum Local House

Wir waren genau eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Emre Bey verlief einwandfrei. Er hat uns sehr ausführlich beschrieben, wie wir zur Unterkunft gelangen, und sich nach 2–3 Tagen auch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt. Außerdem bot Emre Bey von sich aus an, die Bettwäsche wechseln zu lassen, was ich sehr nett und aufmerksam fand. Die Wohnung war etwas kleiner, als ich erwartet hatte. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, sodass eine Person auf der Couch geschlafen hat. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich mich daher eher für eine 2+1-Wohnung entscheiden, da die Wohnfläche für drei Erwachsene doch etwas knapp war – insbesondere auch mit unseren Koffern, die teilweise im Wohnbereich standen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral in Bodrum und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen. Das Zentrum ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war das sehr praktisch, da wir tagsüber verschiedene Strände besucht haben und abends bequem zum Essen ins Zentrum laufen konnten. Der Wohnblock und die gesamte Anlage sind gepflegt und machen einen sicheren Eindruck. Direkt vor der Unterkunft stehen sechs Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was für uns mit dem Mietwagen sehr praktisch war. Alternativ befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft ein Taxistand. Bei unserer Ankunft war Wasser im Kühlschrank vorhanden und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral und für einen Aufenthalt mit Fokus auf das Zentrum wirklich praktisch. Für uns persönlich wäre allerdings eine Unterkunft etwas näher am Strand besser gewesen, da man von dort aus für einen Strandbesuch immer auf das Auto oder Taxi angewiesen ist. Der nächste öffentliche Strand, den wir besucht haben, war etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die zusätzlichen Fahrten summieren sich natürlich auch kostentechnisch. Wir hatten deshalb ein Auto gemietet, um flexibel verschiedene Strände und Orte besuchen zu können. Allerdings sind die Gassen rund um die Unterkunft sehr eng und auf beiden Seiten mit Autos zugeparkt. Da es sich zudem nicht um Einbahnstraßen handelt und Gegenverkehr möglich ist, war das Fahren dort teilweise schwierig. Bei unserer Ankunft waren außerdem sowohl die Parkplätze der Unterkunft als auch die umliegenden Parkmöglichkeiten belegt, sodass die Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig sein kann. Grundsätzlich findet man aber Möglichkeiten, in den umliegenden Straßen zu parken. Die Wohnung wird auf Wunsch gereinigt und nicht standardmäßig täglich. Ein kleiner Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre daher vielleicht eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, damit man zwischendurch selbst kurz durch Küche oder Bad saugen kann. Das Schlafzimmer war klimatisiert und insgesamt sauber und angenehm. Auch das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Allerdings waren das Sofa und einige Bereiche des Wohnzimmers bereits etwas stärker abgenutzt und wiesen teilweise Flecken auf. Mit einem Bettlaken als Unterlage war das für uns kein großes Problem, ohne eine solche Abdeckung wäre es jedoch etwas weniger angenehm gewesen. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft vor allem für zwei Personen empfehlen, die gerne zentral in Bodrum wohnen möchten. Für diesen Zweck ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut. Für drei Erwachsene oder einen Aufenthalt mit dem Schwerpunkt Strand würde ich persönlich eher eine größere bzw. strandnähe

Мне все понравилось. Все было чистым. В любом вопросе персонал старался помочь. Техника работа исправно. У нас был первый этаж, мы проводили прекрасные завтраки на балконе. Расположение отеля в старом городе. В пешей доступности достопримечательности, магазины и набережная Бодрума. Владелец предоставил нам парковочное место закрепленное за нашим номером. Желаю процветания!

L'alloggio è nuovo e confortevole. C'è tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è a una 15ina di min dal centro ma in una zona silenziosa. Ben arredata.

Andrebbe disposto il divieto di fumare in quanto l'appartamento purtroppo aveva un forte odore di fumo impregnato nella tappezzeria.

Great location in the old town, walking distance to marina. Lovely authentic neighboorhood. Parking was east. Apartment was clean, modern, with dishwasher and washing machine. Check-in was also very easy with the app.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was cozy, clean, modern, and had everything we needed during our stay. You can stay there with complete peace of mind. The host was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Modern and clean apartment in a convenient location a 15–20 minute walk from the heart of town. The air conditioning and washing machine both worked well, and the airport transfer we booked through the property was smooth.

No one was there to check us in when we arrived despite providing our arrival time, though someone came within a few minutes after we called. We also had to follow up to receive linens for the sofa bed after requesting them in advance. The hot water tended to run out near the end of a shower, making back-to-back showers difficult. A microwave in the kitchen would be a nice addition.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bodrum Local House. The staff were very welcoming and responsive, the apartments were spotless, and the facilities were excellent. Most importantly, the location is perfect for families with kids, just a 5-minute walk from the centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and play areas nearby. We also had no issues with parking, which made everything even more convenient. The property is very well maintained, peaceful, and clean. I would highly recommend Bodrum Local House to anyone looking for a comfortable family-friendly stay in Bodrum.

The only thing I would suggest is providing microwave oven as well. Otherwise it was perfect.

Its a beautiful quite location, right next to the harbour (about a 5 min walk) and close to a big supermarket as well. Taxi rank about 30 yards from the front door. Rooms are clean, the house is nice and big. Kitchen is well equipped. And internet is fast.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment and would happily come back again. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive, and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth throughout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience

Уютные, чистые, комфортные для 2 людей апартаменты, как для отдыха, так и для работы. Интернет работал хорошо. При заселении квартира была чистой, по просьбе во время проживания приходили с уборкой и заменой полотенец и постельного белья. Хозяин (или администратор) просто лучший! Для нас матрас оказался в спальне очень твёрдым, в тот же день нам принесли дополнительное одеяло, чтобы временно смягчить матрас, а на следующий день принесли новый мягкий наматрасник! Спасибо вам за это! Лучшие ❤️

The apartment was very clean, couldn't fault it at all. Staff was kind enough to allow us to check in 30 mins early and handed us the key card. The facilities looked brand new. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. Location is near the Marina, restaurants and main attractions. We had a lovely stay and it was great value for money.

There was an issue with power on our last day but I believe that would have been an isolated incident. It was immediately dealt with. It would be helpful if there will be basic cooking stuff like oil, pepper or sugar for tea and coffee.

Everything was great! Wonderful location - right next to the port and the old town. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment is clean and cozy. There's almost everything inside 😁

There wasn't enough information in the app about whether you need to sort trash and how to use the storage lockers or computers in a separate room. Also, in the apartment's kitchen, there's no cutting board for food and no cleaning rag.

The apartment was well equipped, had excellent facilities and was very comfortable. It is on a quiet, narrow street, there are some nice cafes and general stores very close, and a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away. It is only 5-10 minutes walk to the marina, 20 minutes walk to the town centre.

The preferred method of checking in and accessing the apartment is via an app on our mobile phone, my phone did not like the app, and I received several warning messages. I contacted the property with my concerns and they arranged for someone to be there and provide me with a card key, that was perfect and worked really well

Check in was smooth, staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and clothes horse for drying outside. Easy walking distance in to Bodrum Marina and Migros around the corner for groceries. I had a couple of queries that were answered very quickly through Booking com. Would definitely stay here again!

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era bonito. Estaba ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca del paseo marítimo para ir a pie, pero alejado del bullicio y del ruido. Nos facilitaron una plaza de garaje para poder aparcar el coche, lo que facilitó nuestra estancia.

Creo que no estaba lo suficientemente equipada. Tenía lavavajilla, pero pocos platos. Sólo una sarten y una olla pequeñas y no tenía tostadora. Tuvimos incluso que comprar un cuchillo porque con los que había no podíamos cortar el pan. Técnicamente es un apartamento equipado, pero le faltaban muchas cosas para poder cocinar allí. Eché de menos que el anfitrión nos ofreciera más información del entorno.

Everything! Apartment was just like in photos. Our stay was outstanding. This apartment was one of the most impressive rentals we've had in Türkiye, notable for its meticulous organization and extensive amenities. It was also very clean. The central location offered easy access to downtown and Migros shopping center, with the added benefit of on-site parking. The owner demonstrated remarkable kindness and a willingness to assist. When an unfortunate lockout occurred late at night, the landlord quickly intervened, providing remote access. If we ever get back to Bodrum, this apartment will be on our list again. We highly recommend this property.

Appartments were well equipped,clean, and cozy. It is located near a big supermarket MMM. However, you should be ready to listen mullah pray from the nearby mosque 5 times a day (2 times per night). Mosque located very near to appartments and sound is very loud. By my opinion live in appartments is much better then in the hotel. It's about 45 min of walk to the nearest public beach.

Bodrum local house is within a perfect location. The property itself was just perfect for our little family! It has all the amenities you need as parents and to enjoy your stay! The whole apartment was very clean and cosy. It was walking distance to shops, supermarket (Migros) and taxi stand. It was only a 7 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Bodrum Centre. The staff at Bodrum Local house was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages! I would definitely recommend this place as you get what you see in the photos shown.

It is a very nice place to stay; very clean, comfortable, big enough, modern ikea furniture, etc…

The location of the hotel (personal opinion), as we frequently went to Yalikavak, we really faced a lot of traffic each time. If you want to stay in the neighborhood (gümbet, bitez), its appropriate. However, if you want to go to Yalikavak/Gündogan, I would advise to think twice about the traffic issue from this place.

The location was quiet and in a good position to visit everything. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Good wifi, comfortable lounge, good balcony, great washing machine. First place with a coffee machine which makes all the difference when a coffee out is more expensive than home. Host responsive to supplying things that were missing such as sharp knife, chopping board. Essential items are often missing. Air conditioners were quiet and effective. Fly screens on sliding patio doors (important). All in all very well appointed and well laid out apartment.

It was one of these your phone is your key places with forms and passports needed to be completed before arrival as nobody actually on site other than cleaner. Ours did not work and cleaner needed to give us a key card. The bed was a small double and not comfortable with a plastic mattress liner and sliding sheets. This was the only major issue with our stay.

Love the location, very close to the marina The apartment was very spacious (much more than the pictures show, so that was a nice surprise!) and clean Bed was very comfy Felt very safe during the whole stay!

Very clean and well maintained,you have everything you need to stay for a short break including washing machine (washing powder incl) iron, hair dryer and etc. very spreed communication from the owner of the house,thank you for helping us to print out our boarding passes 🫶

Sofa bed was knackered and kept falling off 😂 Definitely needs replacing though as you can feel all wood panels stabbing your ribs 😂 Maybe welcoming coffee,sugar and milk would be a bonus,plus something like pepper and salt for self catering accommodation would make so much easier 😉

Great Little Spot in Bodrum! We had a good stay at this cozy local Bodrum house! The location was super convenient – just a 5-minute walk to the marina and right next to a Migros grocery store, which made things very easy. The house was small but comfy and modern. While the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, it had the necessary essentials like cutlery, a kettle, and a few basics for simple meals. The place also had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a clean bathroom with hot water. The bed was comfortable, and everything was neat and well-maintained. It’s a perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple who want a peaceful, well-located place close to the heart of Bodrum. I’d definitely stay again
