الغرفة صغيرة خلاف ماكنت أتوقع . الحي فيه إزعاج وكثرة محلات تجارية تحت الفندق ، الثلاجة داحل الغرفة تبريدها ضعيف وتنبعث منها حرارة داحل الدولاب ، أحيانا تنبعث رائحة كريهة من فتحة تصريف منطقة الاستحمام ، دورة المياه والكرسي صغير جدا .

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive. They’re always willing to help and will happily answer any questions you have. The hotel also maintains an excellent level of cleanliness and they have a nice breakfast selection. Also, the property is located very close to the tram station and metro which makes travel very convenient, especially when travelling to places like the blue mosque. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Verkehrslage ist Top gewesen Metro 100 m Staßebahn 50m Entfernung. Allerdings ist die Straße zu Abendstunden sehr voll und es ist ziemlich laut gewesen. Das Hotel ist aber auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen es war sehr sauber das Frühstück war eine 10 von 10 das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren mit Familie dort und waren alle zufrieden.
Die Zimmer sind klein.

Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje cjelokupno osoblje, a naročito Ahmed, Safa i Yaser na recepciji, koji su bili izuzetno ljubazni, profesionalni i uvijek spremni pomoći. Veliko hvala i gospođi koja radi u kuhinji na njenoj ljubaznosti i trudu. Osjećali smo se veoma dobrodošli tokom cijelog boravka. Topla preporuka i ocjena 10/10!

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026We had a fabulous stay at The Park hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were modern, regularly cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Our requests were swiftly dealt with. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of different Turkish foods and drinks. Also the location of the property is perfect for visiting all the major tourist attractions with great links to the tram network. Highly recommended hotel!

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026هذه ليست المرة الأولى نأتي إلى هذا الفندق فندق نظيف وجديد وموقع جيد جداً قريب من المترو والترام واي الغرف نظيفة عندما وصلت قام احمد بضيافتي كوب من القهوة وصحن من الفواكه لكن اريد ان اذكر شيئ مميز في هذا الفندق موظف الاستقبال احمد ودود ومحترف جداً هو يساعدك في اي شيئ تحتاجه واعتقد ان وجوده سبب هذا النجاح في الفندق شكراً من القلب أحمد سوف نعود مرات عديدة في الاشهر القادمة …شكرا من القلب لاحمد وشكرا صفاء
ولكن اريد ان اذكر الشيئ السلبي فقت كان في هذه المرة لكن في السابق لم يكن هذا الشيئ لقد كان الفطور سيئ للغاية لذالك الامر كنا نطلب الفطور من مكان اخر وكان سيدة التنظيف في الغرفة لا يوجد عندها صبر لقد طلبنا منها ان سوف نذهب من الغرفة الساع 2:00 لكن قالت لنا فقت معكم للساعة 1:00 اخر وقت واعتقد هذا الشيئ وقت باكراً بالنهاية هذا الشيئ لا يهم وسوف نعود مرة اخرة

В день заселения я оставила свой телефон в трансфере, и три сотрудника ресепшена помогали мне его вернуть, спасибо им огромное, никто не был равнодушным! К отелю не относится, но отдельно хочу сказать спасибо турецкой полиции, никогда бы не подумала что мой вопрос с телефоном будут решать 10 полицейских, и буквально через час телефон был уже у меня. 😂 Также любая проблема: сломался телевизор, нужен утюг, дополнительные тапочки, все быстро решалось. Убирали каждый день и очень чисто! Завтраки отличные, все очень вкусно! Отдельное спасибо повару Сьюзи. Расположение нам тоже очень понравилось, никаких проблем с транспортом, иногда он даже нам не требовался и мы гуляли пешком до исторических мест. В общем рекомендую, соотношение цена/качество достойное!

Reviewed May 31, 2026The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful. Hotel was situated in a great location with the metro 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants on your door step. We were a 20 minute walk from the Fatih Mosque, which is a must visit.
Breakfast, traditional breakfast was served and the selection was changed every day. The only downside was no fresh fruit, and when this was suggested to the kitchen staff , we were told yes, but in fact it was never served.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Szálloda elhelyezkedése és lokációja nagyon jó. Nagyon közel van a T1 villamos, amivel könnyen eljuthatunk a város több pontjára. A tisztaság és takarítás illetve a fűtés rendben volt. Ahmed recepciós rendkívül figyelmes és segítőkész volt, az ott tartozkodásunkat nagyban segítette.
Az elválasztó falak akusztikailag elfogadhatatlanok. A szomszédos szoba hajnali veszekedését, majd hangos tévézését kellett hajnali 2.00-4.00 között hallgatnunk, így nem tudtunk rendesen pihenni két napon keresztül. Reggeli egyhangú és az elfogyott ételek, italok nem kerültek pótlásra.

The staff is lovely. A big plus is that they don't pressure you to write a positive review, so the feedback you see is genuine.
My only complaint is that the room was far too hot—it felt unnecessarily overheated.

The staff are attentive, kind, and highly professional. Mohamed, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—he was always available, answered all our questions, and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, and the room is meticulously cleaned every day, which we truly appreciated.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026I liked everything! A bit of backstory: I had to leave another hotel nearby in a rush because the conditions there were far below what I had expected. I wasn't sure if switching was worth the extra money and effort, but honestly — best decision of my trip. Never underestimate how much a good hotel can make or break your travel experience! First things first — the people here are wonderful. They let me check in early and check out late without any fuss, and even offered me breakfast on my arrival day, which I really didn't expect. Big thanks to the guy at reception on the mornings of April 15th and 17th — super helpful and welcoming. And I have to mention the girl working the evening shifts on April 15th and 16th — she had the kindest, most cheerful smile that honestly made coming back to the hotel after a long day of walking around Istanbul feel like coming home. The location is fantastic. The tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tram line runs right through Istanbul's historic center and beyond, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. There's also a metro station nearby as well as Havaist bus stops with direct service to Istanbul's new airport. The room itself was bright and airy with two windows and good artificial lighting, plus a lovely view of a park and a mosque. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space with shelves, cabinets, and hangers, which I always appreciate. The safe was properly sized and in working order. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, and slippers were available in a proper size, which is something I often struggle with at hotels. Breakfast was excellent — everything you'd need for a solid start to the day, and I liked the generous serving hours (7:30 to 11:00). The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire hotel. I recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely be staying here when I am in the city again.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. This hotel was exactly what I needed.

На сніданку великий вибір страв (салати, овочі та фрукти, оливки, сири, солодощі, випічка, нас дуже потішила картопля фрі!), а також смачний турецький чай у скляних стаканчиках. Кімната для сніданків теж дуже затишна, по ТВ показують краєвиди Стамбула або природу з приємною музикою. Персонал приємний та доброзичливий, як на рецепції (при заїзді нам одразу запропонували пригостити кавою), так і на кухні, і при прибиранні. Часто міняють білизну та рушники, у номері чисто. Історичний центр, відомі мечеті, центральні площі, Галатський міст та вежа, Гранд базар - якщо ви любите ходити пішки, все це у пішій доступності. Нам все сподобалось!

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Location was excellent, close to tram, train, bus, metro and taxi stand. Felt safe. Lovely Yemini restaurant right next door. Lots if eating places within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank-you Ahmed for all your help :-)

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Great position close to Havaist Airport bus, 2min to T1 tram that takes you to all the tourist spots. Great restaurant next door. The Aksaray Metro 2 min away. The area nice and not over crowded with tourist.

Micul dejun a fost oribil. Nu era nimic comestibil. Fereastra din camera nu se închidea foarte bine si din aceasta cauza, la 6 domineata, cand începea rugăciunea, nu mai puteai dormi din cauza zgomotului
