İSTPORT GARDEN HOTELS

Very good

very good

great breakfast, great friendly staff, efficient and reliable airport transfer service is worth avoiding the hassle at the airport of finding a taxi

the lack of soundproofing for rooms facing the road

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Finding the shuttle driver was a both dicey but they were very responsive and we quickly connected.

We didn't allow enough time in our very early morning departure to wait for shower hot water. So most of shower was cold and rushed.

Külön köszönet a takarítóknak, akik biztosították szobánk tisztaságát. Ajánljuk a szálloda All inclusive szolgáltatását, amit mi is igénybe vettünk.

Nada, no pudimos alojarnos.

Blisko lotniska .

Property was clean and price good for value

The room was on the wayside and then tooo noisy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful modern renovation, and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. You can enjoy breakfast overlooking the lovely inner garden, which creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how quiet the hotel was. Despite being conveniently located near Istanbul Airport, we were able to sleep extremely well. The beds were very comfortable, the room was peaceful, and we had a really good rest before our flight. Everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and location. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay near Istanbul Airport. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

Good location, comfortable room. There was a problem with the booking but the manager found a solution very quickly

Stanza molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. Ottimo bagno. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza all’aeroporto IST. Personale molto efficiente e cordiale.

Nulla da segnalare.

Ubicación, servicio ,

A good hotel near Istanbul airport on this occasion exceptional rate including breakfast offering hotel arranged airport transfer at a cost.

I booked a good size triple room for two but was unable to travel with my wife who was given a tiny single bed room . The hotel was quick to rectify and admitted mistake . However was annoying when you are tired .

Good location, near the airport

Quality of breakfast, room properties, very old and furniture and not cozy at all. The view from the window isn’t very pleasant; it looks straight out onto the fire escape, where hotel staff often sat.

Personale accogliente e stanza moderna

Easy access and supermarket next to it along with restaurants

I had pay for an extra night as I was arriving early in the morning before the check-in time. I arrived and the room was not ready!!! Why did I pay for that extra night? I complained to management and no answer was given besides "we will investigate"

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect family room, good quality price.

Average breakfast but it was for free, so quite acceptable.

A great hotel for resting between flights. It's conveniently located near the airport, and the service was good. The hotel transfer was well organized and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Haki!

Cama, baño.

Ruído. Pequeno almoço...

Hommikusöök oli hea. Sain check out hiljem teha.

Ibrahim was really helpful

It is a little closer to the Airport. Its location is not that good.

It was not clear on the booking page whether airport pickup/shuttle was free or paid. We understood that the shuttle to and from airport was free but then at the hotel reception we were told that it was not complimentary so we had to pay for it which was almost equal to the 1 night of room rate. The facility does not have Iron, Ironing board and hair dryer in the room. There was not even a Kleenex/Tissue box to wipe our hands. We asked for it from the reception and were give a big kitchen tissue roll instead.

Excellent

Frühstück etwas dürftig, den Preis nicht wert

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the environment was clean and safe. This hotel is a good choice for an overnight transit stay in Istanbul—it’s conveniently located not too far from the airport. I travelled alone and had no issues at all. The staff were helpful in arranging an official taxi for my return to the airport. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Convenient location and comfortable stay.

Smell of fatty food from meals area goes up to the rooms floors and in the elevator

Breakfast was good. The location (near the airport) was perfect for one night stay between the flights. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was advertised as a Five stars hotel. Obviously, it is not. Not even three. Very small rooms with very basic amenities. But obviously much better choice than staying whole night at the airport

.

Nice staff and helpful

Booking.com rate the hotel 5 stars????? The hotel is a small hotel and it is never 5 stars Good hotel for short night BUT not more than 2-3 stars Booking.com , this is a fraud information rating this hotel 5 stars

It was very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the airport, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only minor issues were that there was no safe box in the room, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided.

I’m staying at Istport Gardens every time I have to go via Istanbul and need to spend a night near the Istanbul Airport. The hotel is conveniently located, arranges hassle- free & reasonably priced return Airport transfer and provides transportation and late check-in at a short notice . The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are genuinely comfortable- remembers your requests and preferences. ( provides food package for early check-out and late night dinner) Very special thanks to MERT at night shift reception and IBRAHIM for taking professional care of their hotel guests. Would certainly recommend this outlet for overnight stay, when you are flying via Istanbul Airport.

Cleanliness and efficiency of staff . Very professional and helpful. Mehmet the manager was effecient but mostly thank you to Ibrahim who took my bags up and brought me a cappuccino after the horrible ride I had from the airport. Thank you .

Area is not entirely the greatest but I mean it’s closest to the airport.

Friendliness of the team and geniune care. The driver Hakki was amazing!

The staff were very helpful and the hotel pick up and drop off were very helpful. The staff were also very accommodating and made sure that we felt comfortable. It was also well positioned to have easy transport to and from the airport, which was extremely comfortable and it was well organised.

The hotel is clean. Location is near to airport. Staff are very friendly specially Ibrahim who helps us in all situations.

Nice hotel, good price, very clean and friendly staff ☺️

Everything is supper .

They made us cancel the reservation because of an electricity problem

Staying in the hotel regularly and always come back

The booked room was not available due to late arrival, however and alternative (smaller room) offered.

I like it hotel Room very clean and breakfast very good

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was excellent. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the airport transfer service is exceptional. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hakki from the transfer department, both of the staff members named Mr. Ibrahim, Ms. Hicret and Mr. Mehmet for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Noting

Kig Mehmet

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodations were perfect, and both the service and the facilities exceeded our expectations.
