The photos are not real, the reality is HORRIBLE. The breakfast is disgusting, and the cutlery is dirty! Terrible smell in the room! The bed linen was dirty and full of someone's hair! The shower is basically under the toilet. Also, DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PIN, because when we arrived, the owner took my phone to check the reservation and stole my PIN (I’ve been booking through Booking.com for years and have never been asked for my PIN at check-in), and he posted a review himself using the Booking.com PIN, giving a score of 10! I then contacted Booking.com, and they deleted the review posted by the owner; Booking.com also told me never to share my PIN. He uses the PIN to post positive feedback which is actually all FALSE.

STATE ATTENTI A QUESTO HOTEL le foto non sono vere ma generate da intelligenza artificiale al hotel avevamo prenotato 2 camere 1 doppia ed 1 tripla quella tripla ci è stato detto che non è disponibile ma è in fase di costruzione (anche se su Booking c’era la foto della tripla)ed ci hanno dato in cambio un appartamento che era in condizioni per niente buone ed in più il WI-FI non funzionava, la colazione non è per niente come in foto inoltre NON DATE IL VOSTRO PIN perché il proprietario quando siamo arrivati ci ha chiesto il pin (normalmente prenoto su Booking da anni ed non mi è mai stato chiesto il pin al check in) ed ha messo una recensione da solo attraverso il pin del Booking mettendo 10 su tutto poi ho contatto Booking ed hanno cancellato la recensione messa dal proprietario ed mi è stato detto anche da Booking di non condividere mai in PIN. Lui con il PIN mette il feedback positivo che in realtà è tutto FALSO il feedback non è congruente con lo stato del hotel.

Only the elderly man at the reception, as well as the hotel manager, were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything else was simply shocking and had nothing to do with the pictures on booking.com. Above all, the hygiene was beyond reproach! The hotel owners need to invest in renovating the bathrooms and replacing the beds, which are like in a mountain hut.

Zudem wurden meine berechtigten Beschwerden und Fotos vom Hotel einfach abgestritten, was ich als sehr unprofessionell empfinde. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

I do not think the rooms were like that, although I personally did not see those rooms. We stayed in the rooms shown in the photos, and we were very happy with them. Stay away from this hotel! The photos are completely fake and look AI-generated. The reality is nothing like what they advertise. They are clearly misleading and deceiving guests. We paid for a deluxe room, but instead we were given a disgusting, unsanitary room. The place was filthy and unacceptable. I am attaching real photos so people can see the truth. When we complained about the condition of the room, the staff did nothing and simply told us to contact the manager — who apparently would not even be at work for another two days. Terrible service, terrible conditions, and dishonest advertising. Do not waste your money here.

Стаята ни не беше почистена, леглата не се местят при почистване и под тях намерихме шапка, чорапи и много прах. На тоалетната ни чиния липсваше облегалка и подвижният душ не пускаше вода, кранът на мивката беше счупен. От под вратата на стаята духаше студено.

Отврат!!!! Пиша всичко, за да предпазя и други да не пострадат като мен и моето семейство. Направих резервация на стойност 155 евро през букинг за ДЕЛУКС стая за 2 възрастни, дете на 13 и бебе на 9 месеца С ОПЦИЯ ЗА БЕЗПЛАТНО АНУЛИРАНЕ!!! След 10 часово пътуване пристигнахме в хотела и възрастен човек на рецепцията, който ядеше и ни мляскаше в лицата ни поиска веднага пин кода на резервацията и ни каза, че ще ни настани в 2 отделни стаи, тъй като имало проблем с нашата /четейки сега коментарите на други пострадали става ясно, че това е практика на т.нар. хотел и измамна схема/. Попитах защо никой не ни е уведомил, но отговор нямаше. Поисках да видя стаите все пак, тъй като беше 22ч. вечерта и бяхме скапани. Качихме се - ужас! Мръсотия, мизерия и нищо общо с "делукс" - място на което нито една майка не би искала децата и да стоят дори за 1 секунда. Бих го оприличила на някакво студентско общежитие от 90те. Попитах дали могат да ни върнат парите, но отговора на развален английски беше, че мениджъра го нямало и да съм канселирала през букинг и т.н. Влязох в букинг, за да запазя нов хотел и да канселирам, тъй като отново подчертавам, че запазих с безплатно анулиране. Е явно като са ми взели пин кода са направили нещо и безплатно канселиране вече нямаше. Четох после подобни неща и от други пострадали хора - пишат дори коментари от букинг от чуждо име, вземайки пин кодове. Абсолютен цирк! В крайна сметка ми върнаха и отговор през букинг с някакви взели некипели, че нямало да ми върнат парите. Имайте предвид, че снимките които използват са направени с изкуствен интелект. Повярвайте страхотна мизерия е и няма нищо общо. Дано си получат заслуженото и тази измамна схема, която използват да бъде спряна. Това място бих го нарекла всичко, но не и хотел! И моля от "хотела" да не ми пишат отговор на коментара, защото ги видяхме какво представляват и колко струват - една голяма кръгла нула.
