El personal fue muy poco resolutivo y me cobraron con el cambio que el hotel quiso, costando la estancia 400 euros más de lo que ponía en booking. La verdad que muy descontento con el hotel y con booking pues ha puesto muchos problemas para resolver esto. La verdad que mi confianza ha bajado mucho y buscaré hoteles por otros sitios a partir de esta estancia.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Me gusto que su carta de cocteles y parte del menu esten con plantas endémicas de Chihuahua, o productos de la region. La vista esta padrisima.
El nivel donde nos quedamos, el pasillo olia mucho a cigarro y era muy desagradable si olia como a cantina. Creo que para el nivel de este hotel también hace falta mas atención al cliente por parte de los meseros y valet parking, es una atención regular podría ser mejor.

Reviewed May 13, 2025I stayed here for three nights in late April, my company booked my room along with 10 other co-workers for a corporate meeting. I was really surprised with the rooms, and concept of the hotel, honestly I was expecting a "traditional" Marriott - Business Property; the hotel appears to be new and is really clean. The restaurant has only a la carte options but everything really tasty and fairly priced, Check in, restaurant and bar are located on 21st floor, so the views you have from the bar are stunning! The area "Distrito 1" is really nice, lots of fine walking distance dining options and bars, is definitely the place to be while in Chihuahua
