What ia unique is the pleasant staff willing to help with all your little needs like extra towels or adjusting your booking to yhe days you like. Free breakfast was surprising and plentiful. My only concern was that I use very little salt, and Thai stir-fry has an abundace of the stuff. So be prepared. It was a pleasant restful stay!

The staff was welcoming to all from the beginning of my stay. They seemed to love answering quests questions and concerns. They were especially accommodating to larger quests as myself. Big brothers and sisters this isbthe place to stay in Bangkok. ALL YOU CAN EAR BUFFET BREAKFAST. (MIC DROP)

Good Breakfast & drive Transport to Airport. Great service staff.

I had just arrived Suvarnabhumi airport and then on to the hotel in a taxi which was at a reasonable price as the hotel is six kilometers away from the airport which is really good as there is no noise from the flight paths of aircraft. It is a new modern hotel.

It is a great location and the hotel is nice

Good value for money. Room is clean, bed comfortable, breakfast is good. Locations is a little bit off the beaten path, a little further deep in the soi.

It is located in an isolated place from a town, walking 25 min to 7-eleven. In 2-day stay, I saw ants on my bed, table and the floor. Luckily it was gone very next day. Coffee pot wasn’t clean and overall, I would say satisfactory bc of friendly staff.

Very decent and recommend. Only issue was we arrived very early because of a flight change. We paid the early check in fee and they made us wait 40 mins before they gave us our room because early check in was 0600 HRS. WE were the only ones waiting and our room was ready. So silly.

Was okay for a night after long flight to BKK. Very basic. No soap and 3/4 of toilet roll issued. Some staff were friendly others not so much. Bar was empty bust extremely expensive for Thailand. Bottom sheet had stains on it but gave benefit of doubt it had been washed. pictures of hotel did a very good job of making the hotel look better than it actually was.

It's very clean, quiet and the staffs were friendly. The only thing which I was not too happy about was the disagreement on the pricing for the first night. I arrived at the hotel at 1 am in the morning on 4/19 forgetting that I won't be able to check in the hotel until 2 pm on the 19th. I had to book an extra night on the spot when I arrived. The guy said they have room for me at 1,200 Baht which was more expensive than I book online for $941. I had some chats with the guy for a few minutes and he asked me if I want to book the room or not? I said of course I want the room and I'll pay for the price as asked but I will write a review about it. Then, he went on to help other and came back to me a few minutes later and said he charged me for 1,000.00 Baht. Still a little more than what I booked online. I was not happy because I felt that they were trying took advantage of my situation. I can understand if there were demand for the room but there was no other demand for the room at 1 am in the morning which is half way through the day already. Just because of my mistake they have the opportunity to earn money for that room. I was upset because he asked me if I want the room with his tone of voice. Of course I want the room. Where would I go as a woman at 1 am in the morning with the unfamiliar place? Also, it wouldn't make economic sense to go elsewhere. 1200 and 941 is not a big amount of money but this is about behavior and morality.

Only 2 water per day for 2 person. Customer service is good. Good location.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and has free breakfast. They also have a dinner option in the hotel you have to pay for but its very affordable and very delicious

First of all the pictures on the website is completely deceiving. Looks nothing like it in person. I was very disappointed upon arrival. We found spiders on the pillow. And the rooms are very small and feels claustrophobic. We only stayed for 8 hours and were in a hurry to leave asap.

I chose this hotel because my flight arrived at BKK airport at 1:30 am and I just wanted to sleep over for the night before I started driving to Pataya the next day. It served the purpose well. It is close to the airport and the room is clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the price was great. This is not a luxury hotel or a place you want to chose for your stay in Bangkok. Chose this place only if you want a very short stay close to the BKK airport and don't care about amenities or surrounding area.

Easy to get to by AOT airport taxi, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread, and a great place to overnight after getting to BKK at midnight.

Great value for what is provided. Adequate breakfast, free shuttle to the airport, large room with comfortable bed and linens. Only complaint is the loud noise of construction right next door starting at 8:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel, but the only negative.

Nice affordable hotel not far from airport. Not really close to the downtown area, but easy to catch a ride there. You can walk to places, but not a short walk. Hotel does offer bikes. Good stay overall.

Property was great and conveniently located close to the airport. The restaurant, pool and breakfast was a major plus! Fan, and Da at the front desk were very helpful with my stay. Also Kai was very helpful with my checkout. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice large room. Bathroom is very nice with a glass sliding door separating the shower from toilet. Breakfast has a good variety of both Asian and Western food.

Good hotel with a nice restaurant serving all kinds of food. Close to the international airport but a little off the main roads in an industrial area. Convenient by taxi for an overnight when doing international travel. We will stay here again.

Decent Hotel, ideal for airport arrivals

Good airport hotel for a one night stay before catching an early morning flight. Great value for the price. Big clean room with breakfast included, and a swimming pool.

Our stay was pleasant, room was modern and clean. Bathroom and shower were clean with plenty of hot water. Pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room next door had their tv on so loud we could hear it in our room and in the corridor but a call to reception fixed the problem. Reception also sorted the shuttle to the airport to our satisfaction

Free breakfast and airport shuttle was a bonus. The room was a ggod size. Small but adequate fitness room was on site. The value was excellent. Construction noise at 7:30 am was a deterent.

Don’t stay here not even for 5 mins. The shower didn’t drain and the bathroom was awful. The entire place smells like cigarettes

Nice, clean room with a simple but ample breakfast. Hotel is in walking distance to 7 and big C, about 2 clicks. Small 2 table restaurants outside near hotel. The only fault was the the mini fridge not working but not a big deal. I would stay there again.

Ideal location for the airport. Bed comfy and clean. Bathroom sink falling off the wall, but the shower was ok. Breakfast was a good spread, unfortunately there wasn’t anything we could eat, but what was supplied looked fine. It was too far to walk to any restaurant, but they had one o sight. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to make use. Overall for the price it was pretty good, despite the reviews.

A party keeps singing in the evening till night nearby disturbing the people staying inside the hotel.Hotel staff are nice & cordial.

Cozy Blu was just what we needed coming from a long plane flight. It was clean, easy to check in and out, and had a very good breakfast buffet. The coffee was especially tasty. A real find for the price!

We needed a quick affordable room for a 24 hour layover. And this places was perfect. They had free shuttles to the airport but we didn’t utilize it because our flight was late in the evening (since they are available only 4 time slots). The staff is very accommodating and were extremely helpful.

If you’re looking for a convenient place to the airport at a very reasonable price this is a great spot. Facilities are a little tired but if you need a place for a quick place to rest this is a great option. For us we needed three bedrooms for my kids each have their own beds

Easy check in and clean room

The stay was average overall. The location wasn’t great, and it felt inconvenient for getting around. There were mosquitoes in the room, which made the experience uncomfortable. The room itself was okay—neither impressive nor disappointing. For the price paid, it’s an average option, but there might be better alternatives available in the same price range.

Had everything I needed. Close enough to anything you need but far away enough to not be super busy, walls are thin but i was able to sleep just fine, staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 recommend

The hotel is out of Bangkok, but less than £2 will get you there with a bolt taxi and the skytrain. Plenty of shops and street food within walking distance.

Around the property I did not go around so I can not give you a proper rating.

We stayed here 1 night. Location is a bit remote, but great for transit. Not too much in the immediate area. You get what you pay for at a transit hotel. The $41 for a family set up Queen and Single in the Deluxe triple room. It was busy when we arrived. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on our floor, the hall floors were dirty with hair and debris that was swept out of the rooms into the hallway. Our room had a film on the tile floor like the mop was never cleaned and just spread the dirt around. Needed a towel on the floor to clean your feet before getting into bed. There was ladies long black hairs throughout the room, on the floor, in the living room, bathroom, sink, on the toilet, desk, etc. I dont think they cleaned the room between guests. The hot water kettle was filthy and looked like it had hair in it. Exchanged a dirty towel. I returned it to the front desk and they gave me another after apologizing... But, the beds were fairly comfortable. Had a few obnoxious guests with no hotel etiquette come in loud and slamming doors at 1 am and 3 am. Thin walls from the latter that you could hear talking about their adventures until we fell back asleep. Breakfast included typical fried eggs, fruit, potatoes, bacon, thai noodles, rice.... Tasted ok. Overall, a 6 out of 10. The cheap price kept my rating above a 5. If you are traveling with kids, its ok, but I should have spent a few more dollars for a better/cleaner room. I would have rated 7 if it was clean.

Lovely comfortable bed, clean, breakfast was sufficient, staff were helpful. Excellent for overnight stay, only about 10-15 minute taxi ride from airport.

Perfect place to stay if you want to train at Saenchai's gym. Calm surrounding area. Near to Metro (airport and inner city) and Robinson. Breakfast was a bit boring.

The property is not in a good area, nothing to do or see near the hotel. The hotel was ok, the breakfast was average (cold fried eggs both mornings) ... to go anywhere you must get a taxi. Tge room was clean and the bed was comfortable
