Hotel is beautiful, old building which makes a change from the modern skyscrapers in Bangkok. Clean hotel, comfy bed, the staff are amazing, everyone including the security guards, so helpful. We got an upgrade as the balcony was tiny so they moved us straight away so thank you for this. Breakfast is adequate. Didn't use the pools but the grounds were lovely with koi carp pools. I knocked a point off because the area wasn't for us, the hotel is opposite abandoned buildings and definitely the area needs a lot of TLC which is a shame as the hotel cannot be faulted, also koh san road maybe suited to the younger generation as it's wild. I'm not as wild now as i was.

The rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff excellent. There are no food options on site but the Khao San Road is only 5/10 min walk so it’s easy to find food there.

Central to shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are accommodating and very respectful. Front staff is amazing!! Absolutely great service! Rooms are beautiful and new. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

All of the staff that worked at the hotel were lovely. Everyone who worked there was friendly and always kind and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. It's also a very smart place to stay because you are very near much of the sightseeing! You could walk to several close destinations as well for your needs such as 7-Eleven and places to eat. The breakfast was great! They had such a great selection and it was a wonderful. I only would call out that the beds are very hard. Some people love hard bed so if you like a hard bed this is the place for you. The bed was a little too hard for me, so I found it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it's a well located hotel with solid accommodations and a great staff!

Safe, greatly situated hotel with amazing amenities and awesome breakfast. The only thing I did not like were the poor fish in closed tiny tanks in the dining area..that just seems cruel and the hotel should consider bigger tanks for them!

We had such a great time staying here! The staff were so nice and helpful! Clean rooms, good breakfast and close to the Grand Palace and other attractions. Easy to get a Grab or tuk tuk and go anywhere you need!

A great location from which to explore central Bangkok. The property is well looked after, a nice big room with a comfy bed. A dip in the pool was perfect after a day sightseeing. The staff looked after us really well. It was nice to have freshly cooked eggs at breakfast.

Great hotel! Service was definitely the highlight, they open your car doors for you and carry your bags, never experienced service on this level. Hotel is in a great location, about a 20-minute walk (or short drive) from the major templates. We had a very late check in and late check out which they were able to accommodate with no issues. Breakfast spread is great as well. This was our first stay in Bangkok and the staff was helpful with sightseeing options too. Can't say enough great things about this hotel!

Väldigt fint hotell med bra service. Två negativa saker: det var mörk film på fönstren i frukostlokalen, kändes som man var hemma i Skandinavien på mörka vintern. Hotellet ligger på en liten gata som inte är upplyst, lite läskigt att gå hem sent på kvällen.

Hôtel Siri grand Bangkok : charmant hôtel avec un personnel très courtois, toujours prêt à nous aider. Chambre tranquille pour nous, grande chambre et plancher de bois. Lit confortable. Piscine \~ 4-5 mètres par 15-16 mètres, propre et fraîche. Déjeuner très correct. Bonne variété On peut avoir des omelettes sur demande. Seul élément déplaisant à améliorer: Wifi pas puissant, peu fiable et qui coupe constamment.

A hotel that claims to be grand but is not Claims to have soundproof rooms - but absolutely they are not and the hotel is ion a major road intersection The access to the hotel is down a small lane which is the residence of homeless drug users and prostitutes at night - I was nearly mugged reaching the hotel The photos on the hotel website imply it has a luxury pool area - in reality it is by a plot of waste land with feral cats prowling the area Avoid this hotel at all costs - the worst place we stayed in a month long trip in Thailand and also the most expensive

Good hotel in Bangkok. Our stay here was nice. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and breakfast fine although not much choice for westerners. Staff were friendly. The adjoining rooms can be noisy but we were lucky with our two sets of neighbours. I’d stay here again.

Convent location, thatvwas easy walk to Khaoson Rd markets / night life.

The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions like the Grand Palace. The food from the breakfast buffet was delicious and everybody was very attentive and friendly. I want to make a special mention to Zak from reception who was of great help with an issue I had. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.

A fantastic hotel only 3 star but worth a four. Freindly staff, nice clean rooms , great facilities. Would recommend go a stsy close to all shops, pubs etc 10/10. The atmosphere is colourful and friendly . Roads very busy but ok. Breakfast was great loads of choice.

You will love this hotel. Everything is up to date. It has a lovely pool, pool table, and even fuzzball. The breakfast has all the options. Great place.

Nice family stay in a balcony room. The size of the room is good, the bathroom and balcony are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great and everyone is very nice. The view is over an ugly but quiet street. There are people sleeping in the street at night but the area is safe. A/C is very loud.

Excellent hotel at good location if you dont mind a bit of walking, which you will do in Bangkok anyway. Very clean. Friendly staff. Pool is refreshing and clean. Breakfast good. Many of the main sights within 30 minutes walking distance. Canal boat pier at just 5 minutes walk. Nearest metro is at 20 minutes walk.

This hotel has really lovely, helpful staff. It is really well-kept and clean. The breakfast has various options and even though we did not have time to use it, the pool area looks lovely as well. The hotel, although it is found in a central area, it's really quiet.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. Breakfast is available in the restaurant but no dinner is available. There is a fridge in the reception area to get cold drinks and beer. There is no bar option. Several restaurants are a short walk from the hotel including McDonald's. It's around a 20 minute walk to the waterfront and Grand Palace. The rooms are lovely. Beds are very comfortable and the pool area is a delight. The staff are very friendly. This hotel is definitely worth a look

We stayed here one night as our ship was docked for 2 days. So glad we did! The room was spacious, had modern amenities and a nice shower (so important in hot Bangkok). While we didn't use it, the pool looked very nice. The location is just one short block off the main road next to Democracy square; a bit of a challenge for a non local taxi, but easy once you look on the map. It is close enough yet far enough from the night market. A cheap taxi or tuk tuk (more expensive!) ride down to the palace and Wats. Keep in mind that Thai hotels must take a copy of your passport. Our cruise ship kept ours and it's a good thing we had photocopies. Breakfast was nice, albeit a little weird (Spaghetti? Spinach au gratin? But also western fare). Great price for such a nice hotel.
