The room is excellent but facilities inside is disappointed. There is a induction cooker but cannot cook. There is a washing machine but we are not allowed to use if the stay is less than 4days. There are no cups, coffee or plates. But they do have another room that you can go and get disposable cups.

They can improve to provide some necessity such as cups. Allow use of unitilies inside the room. Otherwise provide a microwave.

Spacious. Had a couch and coffee table. Lots of closet space for clothes and suitcases.

The bathroom smelled bad reminded us of traveling/living in China. There was no coffee or tea available. Was not allowed to use the induction stove or the washing machine. No tissue, no hand drying towels. There was no staff available on site. Had to contact staff via WhatsApp or Line to get room number and door code. This makes check-in an issue if you arrive without having internet access as a foreign traveler. Fortunately my friend who lived in Busan WiFi hot spotted me to make contact. Would not have chose this hotel if I had realized it was a no personal contact hotel.

Todo genial. La verdad que pensamos que iba a ser complicado el check in o si necesitábamos algo porque no tenes contacto humano con nadie pero lo que necesitamos nos lo resolvieron enseguida. El departamento es súper cómodo, tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad. El baño está muy bien, muy cómodo. El wifi anda perfecto. Está cerca de lugares turísticos por lo que es muy conveniente todo.

침구 깨끗하지 않다는 후기가 있어서 걱정했는데 침구를 세탁을 하지 않는 건 아닌것같고 흰색을 오래쓰다보니 때가 안빠진 느낌.

Location is excellent - subway is 1 min away. Closest market food is just outside the entrance and lots of stores and restaurants. Rooms looks pretty new and were comfortable. It's a hotel without reception. You can check in and out in a few different ways. We used KakaoTalk and it worked flawlessly. We also got a code for a room to store our luggage in since we arrived early and asked for it. Really recommended - would return.

Il ne s'agit pas exactement d'un hotel, il n'y a pas de réception. C'est là où l'expérience a été un peu stressante, le temps de comprendre comment faire. C'est plutôt un modèle airbnb. Il y a un lave linge et une plaque de cussion qu'il est interdit d'utiliser ce qui est un peu étrange. Sinon, très bien placé, chambre propre, bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Contestan rápido al WhatsApp, ya que no hay recepción. Habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras y limpias.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el wifi/internet no tuviera contraseña, por tanto me daba cosa que cualquier persona pudiera entrar en mi teléfono por el wifi. A parte aunque tiene fuego y lavadora, no te dejan usarlo.

It was a little bit confusing when we had to do the check in but once we got in contact with the office number was easier. Overall the stay was pretty good and notnproblem at all.

위치가 번화가에서 가까워서 가가운 지역들을 여행하고 집으로 돌아오기에 편했어요. 시설이 정말 생각했던 것 보다 훨씬 좋아서 만족스러웠고, 전망도 너무 좋아요. 아침에 해가 뜨면 조금 더워지는데, 그래도 전망이 좋아서 이해가 됩니다.

건물이 정말 높고, 이용하는 사람이 많아서 엘레베이터를 이용하기가 쉽지는 않습니다. 많은 사람들이 이용하는 시간대에는 고층부에서 이미 다 타고 오르내리는 경우가 많아서 애매한 층수에서는 많이 대기했다가 이용해야합니다.

棉被有點重。剛好附近京信買件被子來蓋，好多了～晚上很安靜睡覺有一個機器頻率聲音。

■CHECK IN 本来はExpediaのメッセージからLINE IDが届くが、 チェックイン時刻過ぎてから届く。 ホテルの一階にLINE IDのQRコード表示があるので、自分で友達登録してコンタクト取れるが、チェックイン時間前は一切連絡がないので、焦らずで大丈夫です。 ■部屋 部屋は十分きれい。 清掃はある程度行き届いており、ホテルより値段が安いので納得。 タオルはLINEで依頼しないと持ってきてくれない。 2人宿泊だったが、バスタオルは1枚しか持ってきてくれずちょっと不満。 ■アメニティ シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープはある。 コップなどなにもない。

根本不是酒店，只是一間大厦內的套房，但房間尚算整潔。 第一天check in密碼連錯三次才能進入，房間廁所淤塞，應承找人維修，結果冇，還叫客人自己到樓下取廁所泵自行解決，完全零服務。 客服回覆慢及態度差劣，千祈唔好book, 垃圾公寓，不是酒店，欺騙客人。

The room is good for 2 people. The view is pretty and we had blinds at the windows so the lights of the building were no problem for us. The bathroom is nice and it has everything you need. We received a lot of towels and toielt papers. I also appreciate how we could keep our luggage in the "lobby" since the checkout was at 11 a.m., but our train was later that afternoon.

New, modern room and very close to metro station. Towels and water were provided every day.

Communication was terrible. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere that you have to contact them for the check in information as they did not send it beforehand. And only WhatsApp worked, did not get a reply through email. Washing machine can’t be used. There are only two clothes hangers.

傍晚樓下有好幾攤小小海鮮攤，雖然方便，但因為有不少人顧客都會喝酒，感覺上較不安全，我們是家庭成員一起走就還好。妹妹家三人出遊，訂購套房可以外加國二的外甥女一名，每晚加收22000韓元。但第一晚Check in 我們自己去518領取時，發現薄毯和棉被都不大乾淨，所以後來小女生只能穿自己外套睡沙發。雖然有2部電梯，但遇到團客時，曾經等了快十分鐘。

部屋の設備は比較的新しく、綺麗でした。

You need to be confident with KTalk.WhatsApp and Line. It is self check in with texting on KTalk app.You confirm 24hours before and they are suppose to send you a txt with room and door code 2.30pm the day of your stay. Problem is they didn’t send anything! We sent a txt on KTalk but they didn’t reply until an hour and a half later at almost 5pm. Luckily we found the Radiant box room on the 5th floor you can ring the doorbell all you want, nobody is there! But it had alternate QR codes for contact through What’s App. No answer to our call but they at least txted 15minutes later. They won’t send details on email either. If we didn’t have access to a second app or QR code we would have been very distressed. We don’t speak Korean. The glib apology for the inconvenience was Sorry we will try harder next time. The room however was clean It has NO crockery, cups or cutlery. You cannot use the washer or stove The only thing you get besides bed linen is kettle,soap,towels and toilet paper. Very spartan living but good beds,view and showers.

Shower was great, had a large tv, view was great, comfy bed.

The staff entered the room without permission. Also we found a VERY SMELLY men underwear in the closet, it’s a but wet and smell terrible. There is stoves and washing machine on the pictures, but they are not allowed to use.

Clean and comfortable, shower is awesome. The apartment is right in the center and close to metro. Fridge a bit smelly. Only thing they should improve is the communication for the check in, they should have known it was impossible for them to send their email address via hotels.com. Overall is excellent, will highly recommend it to everyone.

チェックインは無人でオートテックインなので事前に情報を入手しておく。繁華街内なので徒歩圏内で食事、買い物は便利。上層階だったので海の眺めも良く、部屋は清潔。地下鉄の駅にも近いので、移動、観光も楽。

베개가 좀 높은거빼고는 모든게 괜찮았습니다. 자갈치역 근처 최고의 가성비 호텔이지 않을까 싶어요. 직원분들도 친절하고요.

非常にロケーションがよくコスパがいいホテルですが、普通のホテルではないので不便な点もあります。 アリーチェックインに対応していのと、洗濯機や調理器具があるのに使えないこと。電子レンジがないこと、カップなどがなくて、アメニティが足りないことなどはマイナスポイントでした。 でもいい部屋に安く泊まることができたので満足しています。

I really can’t recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, it was a letdown - there was a long black hair on the yellow chair, followed by more in the bed, which immediately made the place feel unhygienic. Communication was bad too; we had to message multiple times just to get check-in details, and the staff were rather unhelpful and unfriendly throughout. For tourists, receiving instructions for check-in at the exact time of check-in is just not acceptable - it was very stressful, especially with patchy internet signal. The room itself is tiny, much smaller than the photos suggest. There wasn’t even space to open one suitcase comfortably, let alone two. The blinds don’t cover the windows properly - they are several inches too short, so light flooded in at night, making it hard to sleep. We weren’t given any instructions about Wi-Fi or air conditioning either, so these were challenging to work out. Check-in was frustratingly rigid, they wouldn’t let us in even a minute early, despite knowing we were waiting and the room clearly being ready. On top of that, the luggage storage room was left unlocked and totally unsecured. Anyone could have walked in and taken our bags. Basic amenities were lacking in the room - half the plug sockets didn’t work, the hairdryer overheated within a minute, and overall, it just felt like the bare minimum was done. If you’re looking for a more vibrant area with better restaurants and bars, you’re better off staying near Gwangalli Beach.

立地と眺望は良かったですが‥‥ 部屋の棚に前宿泊者のパンツが入っていました（とても臭い）キッチンスペースの下の棚には空き缶や空きペットボトルのゴミが入っていました。きちんと清掃しているのでしょうか？エレベーターは部屋数に対して少なくボタンを押してもなかなか来ません。

The location is great. Only 1 min walking distance from metro station. But the hotel staff asked guests to contact them via email before check-in in order to provide self check-in password. However, the staff didn’t replied me emails and no one answered hotel’s phone number until 4pm. There head office staff replied me but couldn’t provide any check in help. It is inconvenient for foreigners to receive check-in detail after check-in time even I tried to contact the hotel in many ways whole day. It’s a terrible check-in process. On the other hand, there is washing machine in the room but it’s extra charge unless you stay more than 7 days.

Easy check-in and out. Nice and close to everything, train, shopping, restaurants, and markets. Only thing was hard to find at first. (1 block away from the Jagalchi-ro train station, luggage use exit 5 than walk up till you see the G25 convince store, than turn right n the hotel entrance is on the left side) hope this helps. Convenient and easy to access, but no cups, spoons or anything and as a guest you are not allowed to use the cooking top or the washing machine, though they are pictured when you book. Also two pairs of old socks were left in a drawer when we arrived. Otherwise fine, the bed is good and the bathroom is too.

Checking in takes a little while, but not bad (getting a reply) and once you’re in all’s good. Very nice view, yes, no washing machine use and no glasses/cups is a let down but lots of towels and loo paper given :)

チャガルチ駅の3番出口付近のエレベーターを上がって1分ほどなので立地は最高です。マンションの一室をホテル仕様となっているので、一般家庭の大きな冷凍冷蔵庫付きは初めてでした。 洗濯機、IHクッキングヒーターがついていましたが使用禁止で、使用できるのは電子ケトルのみでした。 宿泊日24時間前までに、メールなので連絡するとなっていましたがエクスペディアを通じてのメッセージはホテル側からのアドレスが伏せられていて———@———となって、そこを解消するために、かなりの時間がかかりました。 フロントが無いため、入国前に解決するためにもっとスムーズに出来ると、快適だと思います。 ホテルの1階にNaver、kakao、LINEのQRコードが有り、登録したので、次回はスムーズに使用させていただけると思います。 Wi-Fi、エアコン、テレビの使用方法を明記していただきたいです。 総合的に交通アクセス、立地、施設の環境が良いので、おすすめかな？と思います。
