Hotel GRALTA

Gym and restaurants

Price point for the area off peak can be better

Everything was excellent.

Ok

Todo el servicio del hotel excelente

Nice clean place. No windows in the rooms. Staff was really good and helpful.

Excelente servicio e instalaciones

Beautiful property. Easily walkable.

This property is close to all of the main attractions of the city so you can easily walk to any location.

Excellent Staff! Good was good and Room Was clean

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The onsite GYM facilities are the very best!

Love this place

Love this place.

This is a hotel that was longer over due. Its a crown jewel for this small town. Beautiful property that is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful I'll always stay here when available.

The hotel and staff are top notch. Rooms are clean and very well equip. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Second time staying here.

.

Great place to stay...

Amazing Hotel I will definitely be back. The staff was very attentive, super clean they mop almost every hour

.

Close to the plaza, and many stores near by. It’s safe and the room are spacious and great views of Jalos.

Great place, delicious food in in-house restaurant . Phenomenal customer service

Jalostotitlán, Jalisco. Pueblo mágico y rejuvenecedor! Excelente el hotel Gralta

Gracias.

I loved everything about my stay here The staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating I highly recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel to stay and relax

Beautiful hotel.

The staff was friendly and professional. The Hotel was beautiful. The bar availability was great.

N/A

clean, rooms good size

Property was very nice, the gym was Top notch the restaurants (2) provide excellent food and cocktails. All in all made our stay memorable!

The room was fabulous only it was a corner room glass floor to ceiling on two sun facing corners so the AC during the hottest part of the day struggled to keep the room. At set temperature. Aside from this the gym was also one of the best with the range of free and machine weights!

Extraordinariamente bien..!!! Me encantó mi suite. El servicio es excepcional.

The property was very clean super nice

It was really good

Very clean and very friendly staff

The water pressure was very weak in the shower. My wife had trouble rinsing shampoo out of her hair. The toilet gave off a foul odor. The service in the restaurants was less than acceptable. The staff is friendly but they need to be trained on time of time it takes to get drinks or food.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio

Ok

Elevator slow

Close to the town plaza, but far enough to be calm

Room had no windows

Beautiful buildings, shops and restaurants. Secured parking on premises

Very accessible to around the area restaurants, shop stores, and downtown

Great experience staying there. Would do it again.

This place is very close to La plaza and the staff very friendly

Everything was excellent. The restaurants serve excellent quality food.

I’ll stay there again.

We stayed in a few different rooms through out our stay this vacay. All were spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating, helpful, and accessible. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on staying in Tlaquepaque. Free breakfast is a perk as well as free drinks your first night. The pools are welcoming and refreshing. If you need the Hot tub let them know ahead of time to assure they turn on the heat.

I have stayed here twice. When it opened in 2021. And this past week. I can’t say this enough, this is an EXCELLENT hotel. The service and staff is the best I’ve experienced, and I travel around the world often. I can’t recommend enough.

Place is really clean, staff is very attentive

Centralized to the plaza, friendly staff and super comfortable beds/pillows.

Will definitely be staying at Hotel Gralta again!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Gralta. The hotel location is very convenient and amenities available are top notch. From the chic rooftop restaurant/bar to the large and well-equipped gym, as well as the restaurant servicing delicious brunch and café, the hotel has it all. Our room was equipped with everything with the exception of a window (room was windowless) however this was good for us as it allowed us to rest/nap during the day and kept the room relatively cool without using AC. Will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
