Reviewed Feb 1, 2025너무 너무 추운 객실이었어요. 새벽에 히터가 자동으로 꺼져서 자다 깨서 틀어야했고 창문으로 찬 바람이 들어와서 창가 쪽에서 잘 수가 없었어요. 침대를 안쪽으로 붙여서 잤는데 침대 밑으로 먼지는 말도 못했고요. 화장실도 공기가 너무 차가워서 아이들을 씻길 수가 없었어요. 뜨거운 물을 틀면 뜨거운 물이 나오다가 갑자기 미지근한 물로 바뀌고요. 전반적으로 너무 추웠던 기억밖에 없어요.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025Central location in Jeonju. Easy and convenient to get around. Convenience store on the 1st floor and another one 2 min walk away. Rooms were clean and basic. Washrooms was a bit disappointing, but considering humid weather and wet bathroom culture in Korea, little mold here and there was expected. Bed was comfy. Room size was enough for 2 with desk. Elevator could feel a bit slow, but overall very helpful and friendly staff, great location and if I need to come back and stay in Jeonju at this rate, I’ll come back.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2024객실 내부 청소, 가구는 아주 깔끔하고 이용하기 편리했습니다 . 다만 조금 아쉬운 점이 주차장 공간이 없어서인지 외부 주차장 사용한게 불편했어요. 다음 날 다시 호텔주차장 이용할 수 있었지만 나갈때는 또 정산을 해야하더라고요. 이 부분은 직원분이 전혀 언급해주지 않아서 체크아웃하고 나갔다가 다시 돌아가서 출차에 대해 확인했답니다. 그리고 객실에서 에어컨 조정이 불가능한 점.. 이게 제일 컸어요.ㅠㅠ 2박 머무는 동안 20도 이상인 날도, 급격히 기온이 떨어져 10도 이내였던 날도 있었는데 방에서 컨트롤이 안되서 불편했습니다.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2024우선 위치가 한옥 마을과 가깝고 해서 여행 온김에 하루 지내봤는데 지내고 보니 괜찮은 곳이라 생각됩니다.타월 넉넉하게 비치 되어 있고 샴푸 보충 요구에 빠르게 보충해 주고… 가운 & 실내슬리퍼 인원수에 맞게 있고… 시간상 이용은 못해 아쉽지만 아침 부페 둘러만 봤는데 깔끔하고 알차게 구성 되어 있었음 조식 이용객 많은 이유가 ㅎㅎ 19,000원 /1인 가격이 좀 쌘 이유가 있긴 하지만… 조식부터 과식할듯 하여 참았읍니다. 위치 4.5 서비스 4 청결 4 근처 올일 있으면 또 들를듯 싶네요.
