We booked two rooms: the double bed was very comfortable, while the floor mattresses very thin and felt light sleeping on the floor. Breakfast included toasts, jam and boiled eggs.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026춘천 시청 바로 옆. 춘천에서 여기저기 다니기에 위치가 매우 좋아요. 춘천명동이랑은 걸어서 1~2분거리.레고랜드,소양강스카이워크 등등 차로 10분이면 이동 가능.내부상태는 청결하고 친절하심. 주차장도 여유있었음.
욕실이 조금 좁아서 아이 씻기는데 불편함이 있었음. 복층형 방에 묵었는데 계단이 매우 가팔라서 주의가 필요했음.

The bath towels are small and you have to tell the receptionist when you want your room clean.

We asked for a drying rack at reception which we put on our balcony. Location is great. An about 10 minute walk to Chuncheon Railway station and right in the centre. A lovely park right in front of the building.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026這次在 벨라 레지던스 的住宿感受真的很好。想特別謝謝那天晚上遇到的女性員工，她真的好貼心，在我們旅程遇到難題時，二話不說就給了我們很多額外的協助，那種被照顧的感覺真的很窩心。 房間雖然不大，但設施很新很乾淨，尤其冬天的地暖非常舒服，每天回來都覺得很放鬆。飯店有地下停車場，對我們自駕的人來說非常方便。走路就能到鬧區逛街、覓食，位置剛剛好。謝謝你們給了我們一段這麼美好的回憶！

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026員工們很熱心幫忙，即使大家語言不通，但都盡力提供協助。 免費停車場，離開停車場乘坐升坐升降機直到房間樓層，十分方便。 對我來說房間很舒適，地板會發暖，也有一個大露台，望到寬廣的風景。 廁所及淋浴室不大，但足夠。 每日有新的毛巾及樽裝水送到房間屋口。 酒店門口有兩間便利店。
酒店提供的毛巾尺寸太少了。 入住期間，有一次員工入內清潔房間，扔掉了我的藥物。

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025This was really one of the best places we stayed in Korea. The room was big enough. The view was great from 7th floor. The location is smack in the center of town and most of the places you want to visit are walking distance or the bus stop is right around the corner. The receptionist was super helpful and she even found us drying rack to bring to our room. The beds were comfortable and they had large towels. All in all a great choice.
The breakfast was very, veeeeeery austere. Just a bit of toast, jam, hard boiled egg, coffee and juice.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025명동닭갈비 시청등 중심부에 위치해 있으면서도 조용하고 쾌적합니다. 홀로 자전거 여행중이었는데 자전거 거치대도 잘 비치되어 있고 춘천을 즐기기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 간단한 조식도 무료이고 2박 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 11월중 다시 숙박하려 합니다.
가성비를 감안하면 없습니다.
