Me gustó la accesibilidad, las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal. Muy amables y nos apoyaron cuando dejamos las maletas antes de la hora del check in, se apreció mucho. La cama era muy cómoda aunque es mejor para días muy cálidos. Agradecimos poder tener una pantallita para poder ver la entrada para estar pendientes de cualquier cosa. La disponibilidad para poder cocinar, limpiar los platos y guardar cosas estuvo super bien! Probablemente reservaría aquí de nuevo pero ojalá con más tiempo para comunicar al staff cualquier cosa necesaria.

Llegamos muy cansados a hacer nuestro check in y nuestra tarjeta para acceder a la habitación no servía. Tuvimos que bajar al lobby y subir 3 veces para que vieran que no funcionaba y lo pudierdan resolver. Al parecer nuestra habitación no contaba con shampoo aunque anunciaban que estaba incluido. Cuando quisimos pedir desayuno del lugar de junto que colaboran con Be Local, el número no servía, quizás estaba desactualizado. Dejamos en la puerta la señal de que deseábamos que nos limpiaran la habitación al inicio del día y cuando regresamos en la noche seguía igual. no me molestó mucho pero esperaba regresar a una habitación limpia. Algo que tristemente me incómodo bastante fue que aunque podíamos cerrar las cortinas, desde la cama se veía perfecto el pasillo y vice versa. Esta vez estuvimos muy muy cortos de tiempo, así que no tuvimos mucha oportunidad de comunicarle todo esto al staff.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia durante mi estancia. El lugar es cómodo, limpio, agradable y cumplió completamente con mis expectativas. Todo se encontraba en muy buenas condiciones y en general me sentí muy a gusto durante el fin de semana.

Quizás el único aspecto a considerar es la ubicación, especialmente si el objetivo principal del viaje es recorrer varios de los puntos turísticos de la ciudad, ya que algunos requieren desplazarse un poco. Sin embargo, esto no representó un problema importante durante mi estancia.

Great amenities - large gym, rooftop social area and grills.

Avenue-facing rooms experience a lot of traffic noise but with the fan provided it provided white noise and dulled the street noise.

Staff was always friendly and helpful Location feels more authentic than condesa (less crowded too)

The TV had an alarm at 3am You may hear party people coming back and cleaners chatting early in the morning , bring ear plugs Prices may be a bit too high at times

Las instalaciones comunes a las que puedes pasar, el cuarto es amplio, y todo muy limpio.

Creo que un poco su entrada no es tan visible como parece. Y me tarde en encontrarla.

Que no tuviera cafetera individual para la habitación

Muy eficiente y amable el personal. Todos los servicios están cerca. Rumbo que se siente muy seguro. Los Ubers llegan a la puerta en menos de 5 minutos. Los cuartos son grandes y con refrigerador y estufa.

La zona en donde se encuentra, lo cerca que se encuentra de la Maraka ya que fui a un evento y me quedo super bien

Que en las mañanas pasa la luz del sol por la ventanas, no me gustó que no tuviera cortinas para tapar el paso del sol

Great view, great room, great spot. Can't complain. The coworking space is nice, the gym is sufficient, the rooms are good value and clean.

Very attractive place to stay. Excellent front office and reception staff. Lovely murals and interesting motifs through out. The gym was excellent and though I didn't cook, the common areas for cooking, grilling and hanging out, including the roof, were very nice. Comfortable beds, fridge etc. all good and working nicely, and clean laundromat. Dos Tapis, the restaurant downstairs is great, and popular in the neighborhood. Lively area, middle class to upper middle class apartments with many excellent street vendors and markets, not to mention neighborhood restaurants of all kinds. Common areas off the lobby offer good wi-fi and work spaces. They can rent small temporary two-person offices so that if you do want privacy to meet clients, it is handy. The beauty salon is extremely handy, and the technicians are good.

It is kind of noisy. I was there for two weeks and stayed on the fourth floor. If you have business to do, or don't party late, then get an apartment on a lower floor. The fifth floor is where the common areas are, with a roof above that. Guests are supposed to observe a curfew on at least some nights, but this is a place full of young professionals and tourists, so people stay up late and socialize. A lot of hard surfaces amplify the noise, so you really can't tell where the sound is coming from. Be sure to use the black-out shades for privacy, the screens are great for letting in filtered sunlight, but you can see right into all the rooms. I saw some things!

Que tuve que estar pidiendo la limpieza de mi habitación 3 de 6 dias.

El personal que me atendió fue muy amable y las instalaciones están muy bien ubicadas y tienen bastantes amenidades que te facilitan la estadía

Retrasaron mi entrada casi 40 minutos,entiendo que debemos esperar pero fue demasiado, además de la espera la habitación ni si quiera estaba lista y aún había mucho olor a cigarro del huésped pasado que la verdad no se quito durante el tiempo que estuve ahí,Yo asistí a un evento cerca y llegue super tarde por que me retrasaron mi entrada,Ojo el personal siempre fue muy amable pero si es un problema muy grande que dejen pasar estos detalles ya que a ti como huésped si te piden dejar a tiempo la habitación y cuando llegas hacer tu entrada te la den una hora después de lo que publican

la ubicación, limpieza del lugar, la atención del personal, poder ver multiples apps en la tv incluidas con el servicio, las reglas del lugar promueven un ambiente tranquilo

The place is well located, it is well designed and maintained and it is a good middle point between a hotel and a small studio

The walls with the neighbor rooms are thin, one hears the other people. But the place has rules for noise so this was not a major problem.

La personal/staff fue más allá, increibles, amiables y muy atentivas. Nos ayudaron mucho! Excelente ubicación. Se admiten perros. Un buen espacio y el departamento era muy comodo. Casi perfecto.

Solo una almohada fina. La última noche nos mantuvieron despiertos unos borrachos que también empezaron a golpear a nuestra puerta. Falta muchas cosas en la cocina.

The location was perfect for visiting my family, given that there aren't many great hotels in the immediate area. I loved the modern feel of the hotel, the room, and the excellent, well-functioning bathroom. The facilities are fantastic. This will be the place I stay when I am in that are of Mexico city.

The elevator could be kept cleaner.

Some cleaning issues and no hot water

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y espaciosa. Las instalaciones estaban bien, con buen gimnasio y áreas comunes. Hay un filtro para rellenar botellas de agua y un rooftop con parrilla.

La gestión de las toallas y el servicio de limpieza es muy mejorable. A mi llegada al hotel no tenía toallas en el baño, ni una, lo cual me parece inaceptable. No me dieron etiqueta para señalizar cuando quería que hicieran o no la habitación hasta el último día, por lo que a diario me llamaban a la puerta para ofrecer.

This place was excellent. Nice modern spacious studio, with kitchen and big balcony. Clean, safe, quiet, very helpful and nice staff. I enjoyed being there for 4 nights.

You could hear everything! from the city sounds to the neighbors screaming at each other ...if you are a light sleeper maybe this is not the best place for you.

En general todo esta bien, pueden mejorar en la limpieza, me tocaron toallas manchadas. La habitación tiene TV sin cable y si quieres verla debes de poner tus cuentas de las plataformas.

Loved the gym and common areas, particularly if you are travelling with a group of friends. The rooms were large and spacious. Loved that they had an option for breakfast with the coffee shop next door.

The bathroom was not clean. The sink and showers were dirty and there were hairs everywhere.

cuenta con un Coworking del cual puedes diponer. Ademas de las amenidades con las que cuenta el hotel. La decoración interior del hotel tambien resalta. Y lo mejor, su personal, sumamente atentos.

La ubicacion es excelente, el lugar agradable, pequeño pero con lo necesario.

The rooms do not have any air conditioning, and if you're staying in Mexico City when it's going to be hot, this is definitely NOT the place to stay as it will be too hot to get a good night's sleep without any proper air circulation (even with window and balcony door open). Also while there, we were locked out of our room for about an hour while they had to change the battery on the door lock. I will say all the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful, and if the room temperature was not so uncomfortable, this would have received a much higher review as the location was great and the people were friendly.

Que tienen estufa, refri, microondas, utensilios de cocina por si quieres prepararte algo. Puedes pedir algo para comer y puedes guardarlo. Son como un micro depa.

Great place to stay at, staff is nice and will get you the answers you need. Kitchen already included pans and pots for cooking. I would stay here again

Visited this hotel many times before and it has been great. The pillows on the bed weren't as comfortable as previous stays.

Amazing value for money. Love the different amenities, co-working space, and gym that you get access to. Can highly recommend it especially for digital nomads!

The rooms facing the street are very loud, so just be aware of that.

El concepto y la estancia en general fue excelente, la atención y servicio del personal fue impecable.

Check in was a total mess, they had us change rooms 3 times before "upgrading" us to a suite. The room was cleaned only 1 time despite us staying 6 nights... it also was unbelievable how noisy it was at night. Will not be going back and would not recomend it.

The shower temp was not as regulated as it should be. Starts off burning hot, then gets ice cold.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff went above and beyond for me. The restaurant they work with is good too to get a good meal in. Besides just needing a fan in the room, I still had good rest and woke up feeling refreshed.

Room wasn't ready when we first arrived, but after a short wait, we had a pleasant stay.

Everything was good , just a parking space, the hotel doesn't have a private space for Parking, so i had to park on the sreeet, so of course i little concern about my car sence the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft, besides that like a said Everything was great..

El lugar es de muy facil acceso, media hora en transporte a los lugares que necesitaba ir así que fué bastante centrico para mi. Personal súper amable y el lugar es verdaderamente encantador. Gracias!
