Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer perfekt. Zwischen Hotel und Strand gibt es einen wunderbaren Pinienwald mit tollen Spazierwegen. Das ruhige Zimmer ist sehr gross und hell, das Bett bequem, es hat eine Küchenecke (kochen darf man jedoch nicht), einen grossen Kühlschrank und alles sonst, was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, mit dem Englisch happert es wie überall in Korea.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut, das Zimmer ist überteuert, die Unterkunft hat wohl schon bessere Tage gesehen, sie ist ungepflegt und abgenutzt, die Lobby und das Zimmer waren nicht besonders sauber, Staub, schwarze Haare im Bad (ich bin blond), die Mikrowelle in der Lobby aussen so schmutzig, dass ich es kaum wagte, das Türchen zu berühren und zu öffnen. Die Steckdosen innen total verschmutzt, Türe Fettflecken von Händen, Wände schmutzig und der Teppich im Flur sowieso. Ich frage mich, ob die Lichtschalter etc. desinfiziert oder wenigstens abgewischt werden bevor ein neuer Gast einzieht. Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt, das ist io, sie sollten aber gründlich gereinigt werden, wenn ein Gast geht. Das Restaurant gab es wohl früher einmal, jetzt existiert es nicht mehr und Frühstück ist nicht möglich.

5m to the cafe across and 30m to the beach - it doesn't get better if you like to view over the ocean. Bus stop 5min away, start of Anmok Coffee street as well.

Proximity to the sea side, the room was with view to the seaside and at dawn it was amazing. We had twin bed, and they were comfortable. The Café adjacent to the hotel is excellent for breakfast. Taxi to and from the hotel is really convenient.

At the moment all around there are construction sites, and the only convenience store located below the main hotel building is permanently closed. Cafes and restaurant street is down the promenade 15 min walk and they open late.

We will visit again. It was a nice and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is an easy and scenic walk from Anmok beach and just across the street from the coast itself. The only issue I had was the large bright green exit light in my room that lit up the whole room at night like an eerie alien movie. If you're sensitive to light when your trying to sleep, it will definitely givw you problems.

Мне понравилась девушка администратор, которая работает на стойке. Она очень вежливая и все мне объяснила, а так же помогла с вещами. Очень красивый вид и хорошее расположение для тихого отдыха. Пляж тоже довольно удобный и подходит для расслабления.

Ужасно грубые мужчины администраторы, которые работают вечером. Они будто надсмехались надо мной, что я дурочка и не понимаю (хотя я прекрасно говорю по корейски) , что у них идёт в номере каждому гостю только по 2 полотенца (дополнительно платно), зубные щётки тоже платные. За год своего существования отель сильно устал - все в номере какое-то потрепаное, местами ржавое и во многих местах есть плесень.

All expected equipments

Perfect quiet location across from the beach and adjacent narrow strip of pines, yet just a 5-minute walk to Anmok Beach and Coffee Street with its coffee shops and bakeries. The hotel is modern, clean and offers sea views from some rooms for a modest rate premium.

Some room tech needs attention such as faulty light switches, unreliable wi-fi equipment and air conditioning with a mind of its own, but eventually I managed to come to terms with it all.

Friendly staff, I could hear the sea from my room. Good, basic accommodation.

Would have liked some cutlery in the room, so I could make coffee, etc. Sheets were clean but old and had some rips.

I have stayed here multiple times. It has a great location. Close Anmok Street but not too close. I paid extra for the ocean view - was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable. Will continue to stay here.

사진에서 보여지는 것보다는 객실이 작게 느껴졌습니다. 트윈 침대 객실이었는데 하나는 쾌적했지만 제가 사용한 침구에서는 약간 콤콤한 냄새가 났습니다. 베개가 하나씩이었는데 하나 더 있었으면 좋았겠다는 생각이 들었고, 전망도 좋은데 벽면 전체가 바다를 볼 수 있는 구조였더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다.

- 문의 잠금 장치가 고장임 - 엘리베이터를 내려보니 객실 바닥 카펫이 제대로 깔려있지 않음. 마치 공사 중인 건물 같았음 - 외형은 신축 이미지인데 실내 내부는 그렇지 않음

Great place for a short stay in Gangneung. Close to Anmok Coffee Street but not too close. There is a decent convenience store on B1. Also, there is a nice quiet beach area across the road. This is my second stay here.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 인근 호텔에 비해 약간 저렴해서 좋음. 숙련되지 않은 직원이 체크인을 진행해서 다소 불편했고, 친환경 정책으로 일회용품이 없는것은 좋으나, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 기본적으로 다회용품으로 구비해 놓았어야 하나, 환경파괴적인 1회용품을 자판기로 구매하라니 비용절감으로만 읽힘. 주차장 진입로가 다소 좁고 복잡해 차량 이용시 약간의 주의 필요

직원들의 무뚝뚝함, 방의 청결도 상태등이 나빴으며, 타월에서는 비릿한 냄새가 나는등.. 다시는 안갈것임~

Nice hotel with a great location. Very close to the beach and a short walk from Anmok Coffee Street. I had a good stay here and the price was very reasonable. My room was showing signs of wear and tear and the linen had a couple of stains, but no big issues. There is a convenience store on floor B1 - oddly, it was not well advertised. There is also a swanky burger restaurant in front of the hotel. I didn't try it, but it looked good and was busy. Overall, I comfortable stay at Pineart, and I would definitely use the hotel again.

Clean and quite place to stay. Great ocean view.

조용하고 해변옆이라서 바다도 보이고 산책로도 바로 있고 주변 음식점들도 많아서 좋았습니다.

The place is still developing so it is in need of more amenities such as concierge desk. They have a pair of massage chair and it was very good. It is so good that I wanted to take one home. The room was clean and quiet. The staffs asked not to open the balcony door unless necessary because of flying bugs can come in. I stayed only one night but if time permits I wouldn't mind staying for a few more days.

Nice hostel, well placed in front of the sea. People at the desk are nice and check in was pretty easy. Burger restaurant downstairs and 7eleven were pretty useful

다 좋은데, 이불도 냄새나고, 실내 청소상태가 많이 안좋아요. 연박에 수건만 교체, 침구교체나 청소는 제공 안되네요.

깨끗하고 객실내 세심한 서비스가 느껴져 편리하게 이용했습니다 재방문의향있움

오션뷰라 기분 좋게 들어갔는데 침대 옆 구석에 청소를 안한건지 머리카락부터 쓰레기가 많이 있었어서 별 점수 뺍니다. 숙박하는데에 있어서 청결이 가장 중요한거 아닌가 생각이 들어 조금 아쉽습니다.

바다 앞이라 바다 전망 보며 편안하게 묵었습니다.

바로 앞이 바다라 전망이 매우 좋았음 직원들이 친절하고 방이 매우 청결함 바닥이 신발벗고 사용하는 마루라서 더 청결하고, 바닥난방이 따듯함

전반적으로 청결하고, 직원 분들께서도 친절하셨습니다. 무엇보다 편의점이 바로 밑에 존재하고 새벽 늦게까지 영업해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 안목 해변이 있어서 바다 보러 가기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 그런데 복도 소리는 잘 들리고 쿵쿵 소리도 은근히 들립니다.

I liked the location. The room was nice and relatively clean. There is a 7/11 and cafes which is nice. The staff there was pleasant. The front desk staff was nice and checking in and out was quick and easy.

The basin and shower had some mold that was not properly cleaned. The balcony was dirty too. There were no sleepers in the room, I had to buy my own. There were also no spoons. They didn’t clean my room on the second day. Water refill is at an additional cost. So if you visit, keep that in mind.

The room was better than I expected. We had a perfect view of the ocean and tons of natural light. It was very clean and organized well. The staff was also very polite and accommodating.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable. But everything else was great!

안목해변에 위치한 것은 좋은데 호텔 보단 모텔 수준이네요.

그냥 대체로 만족스러워요. 이유 중에 하나는 그렇게 큰 기대를 안했기 때문이기도 해요. 바다뷰는 정말 좋아요. 안목커피거리까지 걸어 갔다 올만해요. 아쉬운 것은 비상등 불빛이 너무 환하다는 것이고, 바라는게 있다면 일회용 슬리퍼 제공되었으면 하네요.

숙소가 깨끗하고 침구도 청결해요 욕실도 깔끔하고 세면도구챙겨줘서 좋았어요.

샤워기 수압이 약한거 빼고는 무난해요! 강릉온다면 다시 방문할 의향있습니다

지은지 얼마 안된 건물이라 깨끗 했지만 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 숙소네요.침대가 옆에 사람이 조금만 움직여도 침대 전체가 너무 흔들려서 잠을 이룰수없었고 누워 있을수록 허리가 아팠어요.비상구 불빛은 왜이리 밝은지 잠을 이루지 못하여 새벽 세시에 벗어놓은 옷으로 간신히 가리고 새벽에 잠깐 잠들었습니다.남편과 모처럼 떠난 여행을 불편한 침대 때문에 마음이 상했습니다.호텔에 그런 불편한 싸구려 침대를 비치해놓고 영업을 하다니 정말 어이가 없어서 일찍 일어나 퇴실하고 떠나왔습니다.

Room is a little small. Also, there was a huge line at 3pm because staff refused to check people in early.

연박했는데 침구류 교체가 이뤄지지않아서 불편했어요. 안목해변과 가까워서 좋았어요.

Good location to coffee shops and beach. Two restaurants and a cafe on site. Rooms are modern. Bathroom good size. Car parking under hotel was easy to park and get to rooms. I was at the hotel during a typhoon and the room was secure and safe. My car was safe underground. American style food restaurant open late and has reasonable priced meals until 1130pm.

many prohibitions, confused the room with the wrong size of the beds. there is no cleaning service in the room.

해변이 가까워 물놀이 하기 아주 좋고, 동시에 지나치게 번잡한 거리에서는 벗어나 있어서 조용히 휴식하기 좋습니다.

Rib-off big time!! Never go back!

위치도 복잡하지 않고 호텔 주변이 깨끗해서 너무 좋았다. 호텔앞 까페는 쉬기 진짜 좋았다. 커피가 저렴했으면 좋겠고... 숲 산책로도 있고 앞 바닷가도 깨끗했다. 안목 식당까페거리와 10분이라 위치도 좋음. 아쉬운건 넷이 이용하는 방은 좁은데 성수기 가격이 터무니없게 비싸고 욕실에 곰팡이가 있는데 곰팡이는 락스청소 신경만 쓰면 되는데..아쉬웠다. 신축호텔인데 청소 관리를 잘 해주면 금방 입소문 날 것 같다. 요샌 청소상태 좋은 곳을 선택하는 고객이 많다.

객실 내부는 청결합니다^^. 특히 침대 시트 촉감이 너무 좋아서 아침에 일어나고 싶지 않았어요. 뷰가 좋아 베란다 나갔는데 죽은 벌레며 거미줄이 가득한 의자 다리는 아쉬웠어요 매번 베란다까지 청소하기 어렵겠지만 다른 부분에서 정말 만족스러워서 그부분만 개선되면 최고일꺼 같아요. (주변 자연경관이 펼쳐져 벌레가 많아 충분히 이해는합니다^^) 운좋게 저층예약했는데 오션뷰 6층으로 업그레이드해주시는 센스도 만점입니다. 그래서 원래 후기 안남기는데 글씨도 입력하고 사진도 올려보려고 합니다. 감사했습니다.

안목해변 앞에 호텔만한 호텔인것 같습니다. 호텔은 새로열어서 깨끗하나, 기본 샴푸라던가 이런것들이 없어서 조금은 당황했습니다. 그래도 가성비가 좋아서 재방문 할것같습니다.

안목 커피거리가 가까워 접근성은 좋으나 방이 좀 좁은것 같다. 부분 바다전망이라 아쉬웠다. 그냥 하루 숙박이라 크게 바라는것은 없었다~

객실은 잘 정돈되어 있고 프론트 직원 넘 친절합니다.
