The view was excellent. So was the café and coupons we used for it.

La chambre était très spacieuse, les équipements de bonne qualité. Le jardin privatif attenant était magnifique, avec la piscine et la baignoire en plain air et sa belle vue sur la mer.

La chambre avait des problèmes d’humidité ! Le papier peint gondolait et ça ne sentait pas très frais à l’intérieur. Aussi, le petit déjeuner dans la cafétéria de l’hôtel ne remplaçait pas favorablement les buffets « classiques » des hôtels continentaux.

침대 스트레스가 너무 푹푹 들어가서 자는 내내 허리가 아팠다. 그리고 숙박요금이 많이 비쌈. 자쿠지 딱 30분 1회 이용했는데 자쿠지 아예 이용 안 하는 고객은 숙박요금 할인되면 좋겠다.

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und dafur dass man einen privaten Pool und eine Art Spa + Garten hat ist der Preis wirklich gerechtfertigt.

The location is lovely and peaceful, with plenty of parking space available. You reach the property through a small road, but that is because it is located right next to the cliffs, which gives it a very unique atmosphere. While you do not have direct views of the famous Seongsan crater, you do get beautiful views of Udo Island. It was really special waking up in the morning to the misty sea, watching the ferries and fishing boats slowly start their day. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although it could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom was quite basic, but perfectly acceptable. The outdoor area was also nice and relaxing. I personally did not enjoy the spa bath that much, as it was more of a simple bathtub, and I felt the pool could have been cleaner and slightly warmer. There were also some insects outside, which is understandable given the natural surroundings. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was still very calming and we genuinely felt relaxed, almost like being in a small private spa retreat. There is a reception desk where staff help you further with any questions or requests. The service was more formal than warm, but still professional and efficient. It was also convenient that you could wash your clothes there and purchase additional amenities if needed.

Hôtel superbe avec vue splendide. La chambre est magnifique avec la piscine privée extérieure, la baignoire extérieure et le petit coin jardin avec fauteuil. Il y a un peu de vis à vis avec les personnes sur le côté et au dessus, ce qui est un peu dommage. Il y a aussi un super café avec des lits/ parasol extérieurs, une grande piscine et plein de coins instagrammables pour faire des photos. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était délicieux. L hôtel est simplement à 10min à pied du petit centre pour trouver un resto le soir car leur café ferme à 21h.

Hauling my suitcases up stairs was cumbersome, but manageable.

Great location to see the sunrise. Beds were good and the bathroom spacious. The jacuzzi and little pool were appreciated. I’d stay here again for sure.

Nothing really that we didn’t like except our room entry was under an outdoor stairway, which felt a little odd. It would also be nice if the cafe would open a little earlier than 9AM.

The hot tub and mini pool is awesome, could spend some time to chill at the outdoor area, listening to the sound of waves. Also room comes with heated flooring, great for the cooler nights

建議可以早點到去泡溫泉，看得到海景！ 樓中樓，設施都很新，會送旁邊cafe優惠券 天氣好可以待在旁邊的cafe，有水池 有停車位，可以洗衣烘衣（疑似免費沒有看到投幣孔？）

the view was great. nearby eateries are only a 10 minutes walk.

counter staff ends at 7pm. my toilet was choked at night so need to wait till morning for staff to come to clear.

Haeilri pool and spa hotel was amazing! It felt so fancy and luxurious for such a great price. We had a beautiful view and the room was amazing. Everything was so thought out and well designed! The laundry room was a wonderful perk and the staff were so helpful and kind.

The balcony & spa unit comes with big tub facing ferry terminal and Ollie trail #1 walking path, hence usable even during wet or windy weather. Right next to a very popular cafe with giant swing and beautiful photo spots. Has 24hr hotel lobby with washing machine/dryer, cutleries, microwave and water cooler for self-service.

The room has fridge only and an open rack with hangers for clothes. As it is next to the Olle trail #1 (very popular trail), not much privacy during the day to soak in tub in balcony.

Location is great! My lady loved the view

Maybe leave couple bottles of water in the room, consider it’s quite far from convenient store

第一天很晚才到飯店，會協助自助入住 真的好喜歡這裡，還好安排了兩晚！ 原本想泡澡， 可是因為在房間外面真的太過冷沒有泡到， 可以留著下次來泡😂 房間就像照片裡一樣，該有的都有， 溫暖、漂亮、跟其他地方的小冰箱比起來這裡冰箱很大！！！ 可以讓我冰超多水果，這是讓我驚艷的地方！ 飯店外也很多可以拍照的地方 真心覺得來對了！ 最後一天退房要離開時發現租的車子無法發動！ 還好後來進去大廳找了當時值班的先生（1/10，11:00AM) 他幫我們聯繫租車公司，並給我們房卡讓我們回房間等待，後來租車公司來電說10鐘就會到達，這位先生也一直在幫我們注意，修車的人來時還過來幫我們跟對方溝通，我跟我先生真的真心感謝他！請你們好好獎勵這位先生🥺 覺得都可以調薪了！ 等待的這段時間我去了飯店的咖啡廳買了兩杯咖啡，離開時在車上發現真的超級好喝，可惜最後一天才買，下次來濟州島還要來這裡住～ 真心喜歡這裡！！

走過去泡湯池的走道有點危險，泡湯池位置太冷

房間的視野很棒，房間乾淨 規劃合理~ 有自己的咖啡廳，咖啡、麵包都好吃!最令人意外的是巴斯克乳酪蛋糕，超 級 無 敵 好 吃 ! ! ! 入住那幾天剛好風雨較大，無法長時間待在戶外，但不管待在臥室或是客廳景觀都很不錯! 洗澡的熱水也夠熱，水壓充足 讚讚!!!

the lodging was very comfy for us as a couple. the heater in the unit was very good and the floor to ceiling windows had such a beautiful view of the ocean out there. we even caught Haenyo divers in the morning catching sea conch etc!

To get to our unit, we had to climb stairs with our luggage. and to get to our bed, it is on the loft, so there is stairs as well, and it was quite steep. maybe it would not be suitable for elderlies.

The location

Didn’t like seeing the dogs caged up in the carpark. They looked so unhealthy and not well cared for. Please do something about this.

Room is big , but quality is mediocre at best. The hotel cafe, had nothing of what they advertise in the menu.

The scenery is excellent. The location is great.

The cafe open at 9am but there is no food ready yet. It will be good if there are some breads to serve after the cafe opens at 9am

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. The location is exceptional, the views from the rooms amazing. We could watch the haenyeo women diving from our bedroom, then go to the cafe for the best coffee and cakes and the best view of Seongsan Ilchunbong. Its a short 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal where you can take the short trip to Udo Island. The room was great and very comfortable. All in all a fab stay and we hope to be back someday.

The room was spacious and clean. The view of the ocean and Udo Island from the room was breathtakingly beautiful.

Communicating in English with the staff at the Hotel Cafe was a bit difficult.

No reusable cups provided in the villa. Only paper cups provided in the lounge. The attached cafe is not friendly to guests. The pool is very small and has a lot of bugs.

Het is echt een accomodatie waar je van wilt genieten, gezien de pool, de ruimte en het heerlijke uitzicht. Niet alleen slapen en de rest vd dag weg zijn. Daarom zou een klein keukenblok wel gepast zijn met serviesgoed. Nu zijn alleen een kleine koelkast beschikbaar en een waterkoker. Ook een eigen wasmachine had geen overbodige luxe geweest. Er is een algemene wasmachine, wasdroger en styler beschikbaar, maar daarbij krijg je toch een beetje 'camping life' gevoel om met je was naar de wat kleine 'hotel lobby' te gaan. Er is ook maar beperkt personeel aanwezig.

객실에 전신거울이든 뭔가 화장실과 별도로 여자들이 화장할 수 있는 공간이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요~ 객실에 공기청정기, 제습기까지 완벽하게 구비되어 있어 다른 개선점은 없습니다^^

호텔에서 보이는 전경이 너무 아름다웠습니다

Le cadre est magnifique, la vue sur la mer et sur les montagnes, la nature, le calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont de très grande dimension et sont très bien entretenu. Un distributeur d'eau, un micro onde ainsi que d'une machine à laver sont disponibles à la réception quelque soit le moment de la journée. Le parking sur place est gratuit et dispose de nombreux emplacements. La Haeilri Café propose un cadre magnifique et les plats et boissons proposés y sont délicieux. En résumé, nous reviendrons.

Il y avait de légères traces d'humidité par endroit dans la chambre et le toit extérieur au dessus de la piscine aurait mérité d'être nettoyé. Certains employés peuvent passer d'un logement a un autre en marchant le long du muret autour de votre hébergement lors des heures de nettoyage. L'emplacement est relativement isolé, ce qui est aussi un point positif permettant le calme et la sérénité, mais rend également indispensable le fait d'avoir une voiture pour pouvoir explorer les environs et trouver des restaurants.
