Accoglienza stupenda. La struttura è davvero molto rifinita nei dettagli, molto pulita e il ristorante ha davvero un'ampia scelta di piatti.

Camera molto comoda, visto che eravamo in tre e ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti quindi molto spazio e buon due bagni, per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione è buona per le piste considerando che l'hotel offre una navetta gratuita fino agli impianti e un deposito sci presso gli impianti. Intrattenimento per bambini ed adulti carino e anche abbastanza vario durante il soggiorno: ci sono piccoli spettacoli di sera e un club bimbi tutto il giorno. Inoltre organizzano escursioni in inverno per i non sciatori.

L'offerta del ristorante, sia a cena che a colazione è piuttosto scarsa e non di una qualità adeguata ad un 4 stelle. La colazione è abbastanza basic e i dolci sono tutti industriali. Il salato è poco e non buono. La palestra è piccolina e non offre molti attrezzi. La piscina è piccola per le dimensioni della struttura e anche questa davvero molto base è solo una piscina rettangolare senza nessun gioco per bambini, e non è separata appunta da una potenziale zona per i bambini: il che vuol dire che se ti rilassi a bordo piscina sicuramente riceverai schizzi da chi gioca e molti schiamazzi. Non c'è nemmeno una vasca idromassaggio. La zona benessere è a pagamento, molto strano per un hotel a 4 stelle e ancora più strano per un hotel di montagna in cui, normalmente sarebbe tutto incluso.

Il Sansicario Majestic è una bella struttura. Lo staff è attento e professionale. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il ristorante ben gestito e cibo di buon livello. La navetta per le piste passa molto frequentemente ed è spaziosa. C'era stato un disguido tra Booking.com e la struttura per quanto riguarda la mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto attendere 10 minuti ma il front office ha risolto tutto rapidamente e con diligenza... e fatto upgrade alla junior suite. Non mi aspettavo di trovare uno staff di animazione, avevo prenotato solo per un weekend di sci, e non lo cercavo, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla serata a cui ho assistito.

Considering this is a mid range and relatively large hotel, the facilities, rooms and restaurant are very high quality. Special mention goes to the restaurant. Ordering is via an app, and the service is fast, but the quality of food is excellent!. You can see that the restaurant manager and head chef really take pride in their offering. You also get four courses per evening meal, so plenty of opportunity to sample different dishes. Transfer to lift is regular and just 10 mins, and there is a ski room by the lifts so you dont have to drag everything back to the hotel each day

Only slight minus is the noise level in the restaurant. Its a big room with hard surfaces and it can get quite noisy.

No soundproofing room doors and toilet doors. There is literally a visible gap at the bottom and all sounds from corridors and the toilet are all audible nearly unobscured.

ארוחת הערב בהגשה לשולחן - זה לא מתאים לכל אחד, במיוחד לא עם ילדים והאוכל לא טעים. הצוות מקסים והם מאוד משתדלים אבל זה לא וואו. המיקום מבודד ומרוחק אז בלילה לא זזים משם. יש שאטל מאוד נוח שלוקח לסקי וחזרה. אבל יש עלייה מאוד לא סימפטית לרכבל הראשון. בספא גובים 20 יורו לשעה עבור מתקנים ברמה בינונית. ג׳קוזי לא חם ולא נקי. הבריכה כלולה בתשלום אבל מוגבלת לשימוש של שעה אחת אחה״צ והיא קרה.

Bark informacji na stronie hotelu o konieczności korzystania z sauny w kostiumie kąpielowym, a nie w bawełnianym ręczniku. Kompletnie absurdalny wymóg, tym bardziej, że nikt nie epatował golizną, a w dotychczas odwiedzanych hotelach, nie tylko włoskich, wręcz zakazane jest noszenie kostiumów. Poza tym korzystający z sauny Włosi, w tychże kostiumach od razu z sauny korzystali z jacuzzi lub basenu, bez wcześniejszego spłukania się pod prysznicem. Nie dość , że szkodliwie to jeszcze wręcz odrażające. Poza tym informacja o miejscowych wymogach, co do korzystania z sauny, jest dostępna w tejże saunie, do której można wejść dopiero po dokonaniu wpłaty. Karygodnym jest również wchodzenie personelu w ubraniach zewnętrznych i obuwiu, aby nas wyrzucić z sauny, z powodu braku kostiumów. Powtórzę jeszcze raz, mieliśmy na sobie duże ręczniku, które całkowicie nas zasłaniały. Zachowanie personelu całkowicie dyskryminuje ten hotel. Nawet nikt nie pokusił się o zapoznanie się z właściwą instrukcją korzystania z sauny.

durante la prenotazione abbiamo avuto un contrattempo con un amico e per la camera tripla è stato richiesta la modifica a doppia superior , ci hanno fatto PAGARE €220 in più rispetto alla prima prenotazione lo skiroom non è adeguato al livello dell'albergo )armadietti vecchi e non riscaldati) l'utilizzo della SPA era da pagare come EXTRA nonostante il costo della doppia fosse di €330 al giorno

The hotel is a bus ride from the slopes and tiny town so you are kinda stuck there . Its like eating in a nursery cafe for breakfast and evening meal as its packed with loud children and the room is huge. The food wa absolutely terrible .The chefs try so hard to be clever with very poor quality ingredients and it doesnt work. Our server threw the plates down in front of us. We couldnt wait to leave the dining area every night. The pool is shut all day and opens late afternoon and its LOUD. Rooms were good size and clean with good views if you have mountain side ,if not you face a depressing car park. No Crystal REP and NO help at the hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very sweet staff, great facilities, super comfratble beds .

The organization is perfect for families, with every sort of activity, plenty for non skiers. The timetable is rigid, and the staff di not think outside of the box. Checking in at the desk on a tablet , watched by FOUR sweetly smiling staff was an unusual experience. The resteraunt is on par with those big ones along the autostrada. The spa needs alot of maintenence, it was end of season battered.

Breakfast and Dinner included. Very close to the slopes with a shuttle and a locker for each gest. Great sauna and spa. Perfect for a family with kids.

Personnel a little bit rude and inflexible. Overall, Maria was the one that treated us well. The ski lockers are super out dated

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux dès mon arrivée. Le personnel est sympathique, efficace et très professionnel. La propreté de l’établissement est irréprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec de belles terrasses face à la montagne. La piscine avec vue sur la forêt est magnifique, et la terrasse donnant sur un grand salon/bar est très agréable. Un excellent musicien joue pendant l’apéritif, ce qui crée une ambiance particulièrement conviviale. Le personnel a toujours été très réactif et attentionné pour toutes mes demandes. Un grand merci à Maria, à l’accueil, qui m’a beaucoup aidé avec mes questions, mes demandes et même quelques petits soucis techniques , toujours avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. L’hôtel propose une navette vers les pistes en seulement 5 minutes, ainsi que des lockers sur place pour laisser les skis, ce qui est très pratique. La nourriture est d’excellente qualité. Un soir, des chefs de différentes régions sont venus préparer chacun un plat typique de leur région , une très belle expérience culinaire.

l’insonorisation du restaurant ainsi que l’éclairage, qui pourraient être améliorés. L’ajout de panneaux acoustiques et de luminaires plus chaleureux rendrait l’atmosphère plus agréable et conviviale. Il est également nécessaire de réserver via le téléphone portable pour accéder à la piscine, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant.

La cantine est plutôt bonne mais nous avons préféré le mode buffet car en mode menu c’est un peu long. La navette qui nous dépose au casier et à ski.

Le personnel qui ne parle ni anglais ni français Le volume sonore de la cantine et nous étions à côté de deux familles avec des enfants qui pleuraient et criaient tous les soirs. Le spa payant alors qu’un seul jacuzzi marche mais il était froid et les douches étaient cassés. Attention la piscine doit être réservé avant sur une application pour un créneau de une heure mais il est difficile de nager car il y a beaucoup de monde qui barbotte dans l’eau.

Le lieu est correct et le systeme de navette est bien. Le domaine skiable est agréable.

Nous répondons à votre sollicitation et vous prions de noter ici la teneur de notre réponse. Nous sommes venus en famille dans votre établissement et avions 3 chambres : 405, 406 et 511, pour sept personnes voyageant ensemble. Depuis notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré de nombreux dysfonctionnements importants, les avons signalé à plusieurs reprises à la réception, sans qu’aucune solution satisfaisante ne soit apportée, rendant notre séjour non conforme aux prestations attendues. Problèmes rencontrés dans deux des 3 chambres : • Chambre 511 : chauffage défectueux et impossible à régler. Malgré plusieurs signalements à la réception, aucune intervention n’a été effectuée. La chaleur excessive a provoqué des maux de tête et un début de fièvre, rendant le repos très difficile. • Chambre 406 : Coffre-fort inutilisable (absence de piles), empêchant la sécurisation de nos effets personnels. • Découverte à l’arrivée d’un sous-vêtement sale appartenant à un précédent occupant, révélant un manque manifeste de nettoyage. • Évacuation de la douche extrêmement lente, rendant son utilisation très désagréable. Problèmes rencontrés au restaurant de l’hôtel : Refus répété de changement de table malgré un niveau sonore excessif dans la zone ou nous étions, Alarme sonore déclenchée pendant 20 à 30 minutes durant le dîner, sans interruption le soir du 05 février. Service déplorable avec un serveur nerveux et désagréable qui nous jetait presque les plats sur la table lors de cette même soirée - il manquait de personnel. système de commande des plats par Iphone pas au point du tout Temps d’attente d’environ une heure pour des plats très simples, servis froids, ne nous ayant pas permis de dîner correctement. pour conclure, la qualité de la restauration n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, mais plus d’un 2. Pain dur, fruits flétris, oeufs brouillés froids au petit déjeuner … catastrophique.

1. Untrue info on Booking that says on the first page that the ski-lift is 500 yards away, when in reality is double than that. 2. The path to ski-lift is actually via a bus shuttle which you have to wait for. You are not told this before or after you are booking the hotel. 3. I have paid for half-board and because my flight was late in the night, we reached the hotel after restaurant was closed. I knew that in advance and asked the hotel to get me the menu food in the room and I said that I don't mind if it is going to be cold. They said that they can only offer me cold food. Very disappointing to see the hotel did not make an effort to help with this. They sent someone up in my room with the cold food, was was the difference to get us the menu food that was served that night instead ? I tell you what the difference was: the lack of professionalism and helping. 4. the hotel is too big in comparison with how small the spa is. What is the point to advertise that you have sauna, if you don't tell me that I have to book it in a week before ? I would have booked the sauna when I booked in the hotel. Another reason for choosing this hotel was for the sauna. Sauna after ski this is what I am after. The only time available for me to use the sauna was 6 hours after checking out ! 5. Italy is recognized for its excellent food, and believe you me, I've lost the count how many times I've been in your country, but in comparison with hotels in Cervinia, the food at this hotel lack diversity and taste. 6. The ski-room is located 1 mile away from hotel, so very awkward and inconvenient if you change your plans and want to drive to another ski location.

Il buffet della colazione era ben assortito, frutta fresca, molte proposte dolci e salati, diversi tipi di pane, cereali, molta attenzione per le intolleranze a lattosio, uova e glutine. La cena era da prenotare tramite un QRcode che proponeva diversi piatti per ogni portata (antipasto/ primo/ secondo/ dessert). Camera: il letto era bello grande e materasso ottimo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo! Il personale MOLTO GENTILE e DISPONIBILE, un ottima squadra (molto affiattata) per l'intrattenimento di grandi e "piccoli" (il dreamteam). Noi non avevamo figli piccoli ma ho visto com'erano seguiti e gestiti, complimenti! Ottimo servizio navetta tra albergo e base impianti sci / centro commerciale. Strade pulite anche con 2 giorni di neve fresca😅

Sul sito di booking c'era scritto che gli animali erano ammessi MA una volta pagato ho ricevuto il regolamento di BLUSERENA che specifica SOLO cani e di al massimo 10kg (noi avevamo 1 cane di taglia media e 1 gatto). Alla fine non ci sono stati problemi (e abbiamo visto anche cani decisamente più grandi - forse da rivedere il regolamento?). Supplemento per il cane 22€/giorno. Ci hanno dato una "dogroom" che non aveva niente di speciale per un cane a parte una ciotola (che abbiamo dovuto chiedere per 3 giorni prima di riceverla). Il cane non era amesso nella sala ristorante (non segnato sul regolamento ma scritto da qualche parte in piccolo sul sito web dell'albergo come ha fatto vedere la reception). Abbiamo quindi fatto colazione a turno e ci siamo dati il cambio per la cena visto che il nostro cane non è abituato a stare chiuso in camera da solo (per evitare che abbai troppo e che facci disastri) a parte 2 sere che la reception ho proposto di tenerlo☺️ Colazione: inizialmente c'erano 3 macchinette per il caffè e altre bibite calde ma 1 non era mai accesa (e dopo 3 giorni è stata tolta) più una macchinetta per solo caffè (ma mancava sempre il caffè e dopo 3 giorni non è più stata accesa). In alternativa si poteva chiedere all'angolo bar (dentro la sala ristorante). C'era quindi sempre una coda lunghissima ai diversi punti e la quantità di caffè erogato era sempre molto limitato. Cena: il servizio era molto caotico e spesso lento. La prima sera è stato un disastro totale. Proposte molto varie ma non sempre di buona qualità. Molti prodotti sono surgelati. Il centro wellness è molto piccolo, il prezzo per il servizio proposto è eccessivo. Gli accappatoi forniti dall'albergo sono solo di taglia unica e quindi decisamente troppo piccoli per una persona grande e/o robusta.

The most important shortcoming of this hotel is the restaurant. Unfortunately, we found it to be extremely disorganized and inefficient. Service was very slow and the food was low-quality. I hope the hotel management fixes whatever went wrong here because it constitutes an important part of the overall experience.

IL caldo in camera e il bagno sufficentemente pulito. Il personale in generale che cercava di fare del proprio meglio.

Centro benessere sottodimensionato e a pagamento ( 25 euro un furto ). Acqua della piscina gelida. Servizio ristorante pessimo e disorganizzato ( per 2 sere consecutive hanno smarrito le nostre comande, serviti 2 antipasti su 8 persone al tavolo in 2 ore ). Cibo pessimo ( pasta stracotta, immangiabile, condita con ragù e sughi di pessima fattura e qualità ). Per altre pietanze, stendiamo un velo pietoso

+ Big room, clean, nicely decorated, huge windows. Excellent food, so varied and delicious, super careful staff and very attentive to us, having a small child. It really is something else to have half board in Italy, the food is amazing and the local dishes a must try. We had a varied menu, especially in the evening, with multiple courses or even buffet. They have a separate spot in the restaurant where you can even cook for your baby/child all day long, and they have food especially for that age. The pool is super clean and with extraordinary views of the mountains, perfect temperature. Ski bus on time, regular service, so it takes a few minutes to get to the slopes. - We had to pay extra for the infant, although we didn't need and didn't use the "baby package" constituted by crib and baby tub; extra for the pool+ski bus+ski room. Room was facing the parking lot and we were at the same level with the parked cars and ski bus - we would've had to pay extra again to move on the other side and see the beautiful mountain range. If you want the real "mountain view" be sure you're on the right side of the building.

Spacious rooms, excellent food, attentive service, spectacular views from terrace bar and lovely afternoon snacks, fantastic kids club and evening entertainment.

We had such an amazing stay at Hotel Sansicario Majestic. The service level from all staff was top notch, highly attentive and friendly! The sauna and spa after our ski was much needed and relaxing. and the food was great! Would highly recommend staying here.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. On the plus side, the food was generally very good (though not great veggie options) and varied. The staff were helpful and always accommodating with the kids. There was evening entertainment most nights with a kids disco and show, plus a cinema room. The bus to the slopes was frequent and the ability to leave our gear in the lockers at the slopes was a big help. The pool was small but fine, we managed to get in every day (there is a booking system but it was not actually enforced). On the negative side, we were 3 families occupying 5 rooms because there were no large family rooms. Despite asking several times before arrival to be close together, we were spread throughout the hotel on multiple floors. Apparently there is only 1 adjoining room and the max in any regular room is 3 people. The rooms are very small indeed and the hotel in general feels a bit tired. Wine was NOT included (despite being advertised that it was), and the cheapest white was €30 and cheapest red was €21. Mineral water was available at dinner but in the bedrooms the tap water was very cloudy. At one point I ordered 2 double gin and tonics and was charged an astronomical €50. I refused to pay and stuck with the wine. When you order wine at the dinner table, you immediately get marched to the till to pay for it, which is annoying as it takes a while and you just want to sit and relax with your family and friends. The spa cost extra - you couldn't even use the sauna without paying. Location wise, where the bus drops you isn't actually by a lift, just a small magic carpet only for very young children. You have to walk up a steep hill with all your ski gear to get to the first lift. The town is very small with a small Spar shop and 2 or 3 restaurants but not much else.

The hotel manager leads the way in the staff making guests feel welcome. From the dining staff to the theatre performers and class instructors to the reception and the concierge. Magnificent views, private connecting rooms, great entertainment, 4-course + dinners, what a great stay.

Great location with easy access by road from France. Excellent restaurant, friendly staff, and lovely views from the bar. We also had a great view of Mount Chaberton from the balcony of our room on the 5th floor. Plenty of good walking paths with beautiful views in the local area.

È una splendida struttura con moltissimi servizi. Fornitissimo il buffet della colazione, ottimo il servizio navetta per le piste da sci, molto bravi e simpatici i ragazzi dell'animazione. Peccato per la posizione un po' isolata, nei dintorni non c'è assolutamente nulla.

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The food was very good and the hotel well equipped. The shuttle bus throughout the day and the ski and boot room right by the slopes, were very convenient. The refreshments late afternoon after coming off the slopes were a nice touch too.

The food was amazing and possibly a bit too fancy for the hotel set-up! The waiting staff didn't always know what they were serving and in our big family group with children, people had forgotten what they ordered the previous day. Maybe a few more buffets in the evening would help. Our kids loved the live-cooking stations.

All that we needed for a big family group ski trip. Staff really friendly and helpful. Amazing views of the mountains on the terrace after a day of skiing. Regular bus transfers to the ski lockers on the slopes - or a 10 minute walk (easier down hill at the end of the day!). The food was delicious. Very kind also to surprise my son with a bottle of bubbles in his room on his birthday. Thank you!

I was impressed by the hospitality of the entertainment team and restaurant personal. Many many activities for children, friendly staff and warm atmosphere! Kudos to them! + playroom for children + pool (in the first part of the day + food (breakfast buffet, dinner a la carte) + baby products in the room + confortabile beds + lockers (warm) for ski next to the slope + frecvent transfers to the slope + snacks in the afternoon - pretty small rooms (did not have space for the crib) but there was an extra bed which we used

Due to flight cancellations we needed an extra day in Italy, and why spend it at the airport when you can extend your stay in the mountains? So we booked Majestic Sansicario because our other hotel couldn’t accommodate us another day. Omg! What a discovery - it’s like Italian Kellermans! High up in Sansicario Alta, the views were spectacular! The facilities were gorgeous, and the hospitality was delightful. The hotel accommodates all for dinner, and it was surprisingly delightful and creative. The vegetarian options were fabulous. We love skiing and riding Via Lattea, and will definitely come back, and Majestic Sansicario would be a great place to stay . Only downside is the harrowing drive up the mountain, I recommend doing it at night if you get vertigo.

Ficamos hospedados por uma semana, a facilidade em chegar ao local foi um ponto positivo. Estacionamento gratuito em frente ao hotel. Muito bem localizado, a 5 minutos de ônibus da estação de ski. O Hotel fornece transporte de 20 em 20 minutos, é incrível e ainda fornece locker para os equipamentos em um local muito estratégico. Avaliação máxima em todos os quesitos, limpeza, cordialidade, acomodação. A comida sempre muito variada, os garçons maravilhosos, especialmente Vicenzo (não sei se escreve assim) um amor de pessoa, extremamente educado e cordial. Quarto amplo o que facilita com as malas de inverno Serviço de quarto bom, minha filha não quis acordar para jantar, foi possível trazer a janta no quarto. Existem fotógrafos full time para ajudar a registrar esses momentos no hotel e na estação de ski. Era possível encher a garrafinha de água no café da manhã e no jantar. O Serenino é um Club para crianças que é incluso na estadia, as crianças tem atividades das 9h as 18h e das 21h as 22h30 (se não me engano) Minha filha amou! Na semana que fiquei não conheci absolutamente nenhum brasileiro e ninguém fala português no local, mas mesmo assim não foi um problema - todos são solícitos, mas sugiro saber espanhol ou inglês) Uma ideia de valores da estação de esqui em Sansicario: Média para 6 dias do aluguel: €165 ski, € 135 snow, 80-115€ Júnior. Aula: média 60€ 1 hora particular para 1 pessoa, amamos Leila e Jade (são irmãs) (valor sem imposto)

Hotel was clean, good facilities, great food and friendly staff. Just dont stay here unless you have young children. This is totally a family hotel not suitable for travellers without kids. shuttle bus to slopes and ski room worked really well.

Upon arrival we needed to pay an addition € 190,00 for entertainment in the hotel. We did not even want or use the entertainment but still had to pay anyway. This should have been included when reserving the hotel. The spa was tired and jacuzzi water dirty. Pool water was never clear and gave us skin irritation. Too many young kid families and pool was not at all divided for someone who actually wanted to swim. Restaurant was noisy again due to young children shouting, coughing etc.

Excellent location (ski) with all necessary facilities. Very professionel and helpful staff. Food very tasty and good variety, especially the breakfast is super.

The SPA was extra cost, could be at least sauna included. The application necessary to book for pool and SPA not working properly. But we got very nice quidance from the receptionist

The food was really spot on every day.

Booking of the pool was a little tedious as their App is not the greatest.
