14階だったから窓が綺麗じゃなかった

スタッフの対応が大変よい。 とても親切です、

清掃状況がとても悪い。 部屋の設備が壊れている(換気扇)のせいでトイレや部屋の悪臭がする。 シャワールームのハンガー？物掛け？が破損している。 毎年、このホテルを利用していますが、年々、悪くなっていて、とても残念です。 リッチやスタッフの対応は良いのに勿体無いと感じる。

シャワーのお湯の出が悪い。人手不足なのか掃除が少しだけ行き届いてなかった。ホコリや髪の毛が所所に落ちていた

Overall, the facilities are very good, and the room is well equipped with all the essential amenities required for a comfortable stay.

For long-stay guests, room cleaning charges should not be charged separately. Free cleaning at least on alternate days should be included in the stay. Big size garbage bag not available. Also, the commode remote in Room No. 1306 was not working and needs attention.

Gute Lage zum Wave Park, ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schlecht.

Obwohl das Apartment relativ neu ist, ist es schon etwas heruntergekommen. Es ist zudem auch nicht sehr sauber. Es ist sehr feuchte Luft um Zimmer und die Klimaanlage muss Tag und Nacht laufen (laut).

I am very upset that I was not able to tidy my room or properly use the amenities during my stay. Every time I asked for something, the answer was always "no." When I requested towels, I was told no. When I asked for a garbage bag, the answer was no. When I asked for a broom, again, no. I even asked for toilet paper and was told no. I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper from a store. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The woman at the front desk consistently had an attitude and never seemed interested in helping. Instead of offering assistance or alternatives, she simply responded with "no" to every request. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated throughout my stay. I stayed for more than 8 days and spent over $2,000 USD, which is a significant amount of money in Korean won. For the amount I paid, I expected basic customer service and essential supplies to be provided. This is not what I would consider a normal hotel experience. If you are visiting from the United States, I would strongly recommend staying at an American-branded hotel where customer service standards are more consistent. Most importantly, always read the reviews before booking. I wish I had paid closer attention to them before choosing this property.

바다가 보이는 뷰는 좋으나 아직 주변이 공사중이고 미세먼지 등이 있어 쾌적한 느낌은 없었고 침대보는 깨끗이 세탁되어 있지만 이불 안쪽에서 느껴지는 쾌쾌한 냄새에 잠을 뒤척였고 조식도 별도 결재하면 2만원이라는데 가성비는 좋지 않았음

У нас была ознакомительная поездка в г. Сихын, наша остановка на ночь прошла в вашем отеле! Это был прекрасный ,удобный номер ,с двумя спальнями и кухней -гостинной! С видом на океан!Мы отлично выспались и проспали завтрак, но это не страшно! Спасибо за отличное время! В номере было все, что нужно для жизни! Просим выразить благодарность всем кто обеспечивает проживание в отеле! Спасибо!!!!

It's good value for money, and the area isn't popular right now, but it's well-made and beautiful.

Communicating with the organization team was uncomfortable. I had to put all the information, like my name and mobile number, each time I needed to ask something. And when I asked for the garbage outside the door to be cleaned up, it stayed there for over a day. It can be better.

Frühstück top! Sehr schöne, ausreichend große Zimmer, tolles Bad, genug Platz, schöner "Balkon".

Lage war anders als erwartet. In der Gegend ist nicht los, scheint noch im Kommen zu sein, es wird viel gebaut. Aber kaum Restaurants, Nightlife oder auch wenig Läden/Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Good view of pool, convenient to walk there.

They only give 2 coffee capsules even though it’s 2 people for 3 days. In addition nowhere to buy capsules even if you want to. There should be enough for the whole stay. Everything in Korean so it’s difficult to understand the lights, remote control, toilet etc. as well all the msgs from hotel are in Korean with English following later.

The property and the suite was very nice. I loved the proximity to the Wave Park for surfing which I took advantage of. The only drawback was that there were not many restaurants (that were open) or shopping opportunities in the area. The staff at Le Collective were very helpful. We enjoyed the property just hoped for more to do in the area

部屋番号とパスワードが携帯に送られてくる無人チェックインだったのが最新式で良いが、携帯がないとアウトだった。新しくて天井が高く建物がしっかりしている感があり、キッチンや洗濯機も申し分ない。

ウェイブプールがすぐ目の前に見えるがゲートはグルっと歩く。エアコンや設備のリモコンが全て韓国語なので戸惑った。

Nous avons réservé cet établissement en pensant qu’il y avait une piscine accessible. Sur l’annonce booking on voit la piscine et j’avais mis le filtre piscine lors de la réservation. Il y en a bien une mais payante (et chère) et seulement pour 2h… Aussi les draps du lit étaient sales et troués.

Where to start…first the communication was awful. There is no signage for the entrance, the “email” never came, and most the staff struggle to assist. You will pay for EVERY Thing, even when the hotels.com site says it is there/include as so price is mentioned. Breakfast was okay (know), the pool, and many other amenities were not said to have to pay. This was the place I was most looking forward to staying and am so glad my plans changed and I was only subjected to this place for 1 night. If you can stay else where…not worth the bait and switch prices.

The parking garage is very spacious. New apartment building. Bed good.

Building and apartment unfinished. Renovation dust everywhere and a bit untidy. Windows and surfaces dirty. Breakfast so bad that we only drank coffee from disposable cups. The food was standing warm and was not fresh. We do not recommend breakfast. Some of the instructions and messages were in korean. Our messages and phone calls were not answered when we asked for advice.

It is a set up only for Koreans. Non-speaking Koreans are completely lost. The staff were not super helpful and friendly.

편안한 숙소 입니다. 접근성이 좀 부족하고 주변에 아직 상가도 부족합니다. 아침 조식은 종류를 좀 줄이더라도 질적인 향상이 필요합니다.

No bus, hard to get taxi The hotel is in the middle of Constructional site of condo. Only several restaurant in the isolated area.

투룸오션뷰로 1박 숙박을 했는데 화장실에 비대가 설치되어있었으나 작동이 되지않았고 침실의 침대는 성인 2명이 같이 자기에는 너무 작다 개선이 필요하다고 느낌

The room including kitchen and washing machine was roomy, modern and nice. Just the automated electronic toilet with too many features and just Korean writing are a challenge for foreigners. Thanks to google translates camera function, I survived also this :-)

The automatic check-in was not working as all the links in the email were removed by the firewall. Luckily the receptionist was very helpful and did the check-in manually. Automatic check-in = room for improvement The breakfast was very basic and simple. No tea, just a big tank with pre-prepared coffee, very little options to choose from. For such a big hotel I would expect a larger and higher quality breakfast buffet. As the hotel is next to the wave park and now there is off-season (winter time) it was not easy to find open restaurants near-by. I guess during main season this will change dramatically. Hopefully the quality of the breakfast is also better during main season.

The only thing I liked about this property is probably quiet and that’s it. There’s CU and eMart.

The balcony was super dirty, the location is literally in the middle of nowhere and honestly it’s my fault I booked it cause I didn’t do my research. You barely get any taxis so you mind wanna rent a car cause not even Ubers wanna come to this area, the stuffs at the lobby literally had to book me a taxi from somewhere.

Everything was perfect! The area is very beautiful, check-in was convenient and easy, the apartment is super clean and modern.

We were a bit surprised that the pool was not free, but it’s not such a big deal!

This hotel is clean but you need to call every time for the service....no helping front desk. This area is developing now...just few restaurants available... It is good walking distance to Wave Park for Surfing.

The kitchenette and the ease of getting and out. And the luggage storage.

Communication was a little tricky with the front desk when it was after hours. I didn't know how to call them or text them or email them. Also, we didn't speak the same language. But I was able to work around that. The thing I really didn't like was that when I use the air conditioner, there was a bright green light on the air conditioner, and it was not possible, according to the front desk, to turn that off, so it was bright at night. It was a bad design by the air conditioning company.
