Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The staff are wonderful, very kind, very helpful. They made an excellent dinner recommendation. Fabulous seafood, very affordable. For a small room the layout was good. We could both fit in the bathroom, and we had enough room so that we weren't tripping over our huge suitcases.
it took us a while to figure out how to get all the lights working. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about.

In generale un hotel che si presenta come minimalista ma in realta' e' solo "povero". L'hotel non ha presenza di personale dopo le 21 . All'arrivo mi hanno informato che mi avevano fatto un upgrade di camera ..... e meno male .... perche' ho trovato un letto scomodo , il telecomando non funzionante , mancanza del lenzuolo di sopra ( l'ho fatto presente e la risposta e' stata "eh signora si saranno dimenticati" ...) colazione molto spartana con prodotti confezionati di bassa qualita' , ho chiesto un caffe' e per concedermelo la cameriera ha dovuto chiedere un'autorizzazione perche' avevo gia' avuto il capuccino (!!!). A Rimini, in bassa stagione, al costo di 75 euro /notte per una singola si puo' avere un hotel di livello superiore e auspicabilmente anche personale piu' professionale.

Жестковатый матрас и кровать можно было сделать чуть шире у номера среднего класса. На балконе поставить 2 стула, странно почему только 1. Плохое кондиционирование, было душно и не охлаждало. Персонал не смог исправить ситуацию, тк управление централизованное. Это огорчило, тк взяли отель подороже и новый, что бы точно не было проблем с вентиляцией.

Понравилось все без исключения Единственный момент, на который я хотела бы обратить внимание управляющего - это то, что номер 208 находится смежно с service room и когда в 8:30 утра уже начинается уборка и работница бесконечно хлопает дверью, гремит ведрами, а также слышно каждый ее шаг - конечно, просыпаешься невольно. Предлагается рассмотреть возможность, чтобы персонал не шумел хотя бы до 10 утра

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025La posizione è davvero ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni di Rimini. La struttura è moderna, pulita e accogliente. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e ha saputo soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. Non ho usufruito della colazione quindi non posso giudicare questo aspetto.
L’unico piccolo dettaglio migliorabile riguarda il soffione della doccia, che risultava leggermente otturato dal calcare, e il lavello del bagno che scaricava lentamente. Un piccolo intervento risolverebbe tutto.

The room had air-conditioning but it kept going off. Had to ring reception multiple times. It's an eco hotel so believe it was programmed to go off. Everything fine once it was switched on room cooled down quickly.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025The hotel is super close to the beaches, it’s just 2-3 minutes of walk to the nearest beach. Before you arrive to that beach, there is a busy street with all the shops you need (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies,..). The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel is a smart hotel. The staff was the best thing about the hotel, they are very nice and helpful, there is always a kind attitude and making sure you are having a good time. The one thing that made me trust the hotel more was that they definitely take these reviews seriously. Before going there I read the comments where many people saying that they were not satisfied by the breakfast for it being small, and that was something they have changed. They had a really nice buffet breakfast for a cheap price. At the end of our stay, they gave us a 10% discount for incase we want to come back again, and we definitely do! If we go to Rimini again, we won’t be looking for another hotel.

A big plus is the location itself. Whether you prefer spending time on the beach or exploring the city, it's up to you. Nothing is really far away in terms of walking distance.
