A wonderful stay in Porto – and an exceptional host! We had a wonderful stay at Brand Apartments and everything was exactly as we had hoped. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly located, within easy walking distance of Porto’s city centre and many of its main attractions. But what truly made our stay special was Sarah. She is an exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful host, and we are genuinely grateful for everything she did for us. Before and during our stay, she gave us an incredibly useful list of places to visit, restaurants, breakfast spots and supermarkets, together with practical information about the city, transportation and trains. She explained which attractions were nearby and could easily be reached on foot, and her recommendations helped us enormously in discovering Porto and enjoying our time here. We felt that Sarah genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant and easy as possible. Her kindness, availability and willingness to help went far beyond what we expected, and that is something we will remember from our trip. Everything was clean, well organised and in a fantastic location, but above all, the hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Thank you so much, Sarah, for your kindness, your recommendations and all your help. You contributed greatly to making our stay in Porto such a beautiful experience. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Appartamento moderno, ben arredato. Non mancava nulla, aria condizionata silenziosa anche di notte, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo, phon con diffusore, cialde caffè, the, bottiglia d'acqua. La posizione è ottima, in zona pedonale, vicino a bar e ristoranti e a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni, Sara gentile e disponibile.

Moc milé ubytování, prostorný apartmán. Vybavení kuchyně velmi dobré, velká lednice. Koupelna také dostatečně velká, ručníky v dostatečném množství. Místo velmi výhodné, blízko památek ale ne v nejvíc turistické zóně. Ubytovatelka nám předala mnoho potřebných a užitečných informací o památkách, obchodech a restauracích.

Me gustó que tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, además Sara fue muy educada y amable.

L’allotjament te una ubicació excel.lent. Molt cèntric. A prop de l’estació de trens i les principals atraccions. Està molt net i comfortable. La Sara és molt atenta i ens va facilitar molta informació. Tenen guixetes per deixar l’equipatge.

Zentrale Lage, am Wochenende direkt im Party-hotspot; es war nicht laut, da die Fenster sehr gut isolieren; hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr nette Gastgeberin

Geweldige plek in de stad, je kunt overal lopend naar toe. Vlak bij het uitgaand centrum (twee heel leuke straten!), maar geen last van geluid. Goede bedden, sanitair en klein keukentje, schoon, mooi en alles werkt. Vriendelijke online verhuurder (reageerde heel snel en adequaat via whatsapp) en aardige ‘hulp’ ter plekke. Er zijn trappen en een lift.

Er is geen uitzicht, nul, een blinde muur. Wij vinden dat geen enkel probleem. Ik kwam in het appartement om te slapen, voor het uitzicht gingen we naar buiten.

Tout ! La qualité des équipements, la literie extrêmement confortable, la propreté et la localisation qui m’a permis de tout faire à pied. Mais le plus important : l’accueil, la disponibilité et l’incroyable gentillesse de Sara du check-in au checkout. C’est une perle comme on en rencontre peu.

Excelente, es hermoso, las camas super cómodas, el sofá cama excelente, limpieza increíble, super bonito, nos encantó todo, la anfitriona una Excelente persona, me envió lugares para comer, visitar y demás. La ubicación excelente cerca de todo. Super silencioso doble ventana para el ruido, nos dejó agua y cápsulas de café, galletas. El Asensor un acierto, todo super nuevo. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100. Cuando vuelva a Oporto repetiré.

La ubicación cercana a todo; lo bonito del apartamento y la atención de Sara. todo lo que había allí era de calidad: camas; almohadas; toallas; sábanas..tenía un locker en el edificio que nos facilitó mucho las cosas el primer día

Estaba todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Sara, muy amable, nos ha dejado una botella de agua, café para los dos días que estábamos alojados, así como unos panecillos y mermelada para que pudiésemos desayunar el primer día

El apartamento está como nuevo, súper limpio y en pleno centro de Oporto. Perfecto para llegar a pie a todos los sitios. Sara es una anfitriona encantadora

The apartment is in a prime location, right in the city center. At first, we thought it would be noisy, but it turned out to be one of the quietest places we have ever slept in. We happened to be there during the World Cup, and it was also São João on June 23rd, so the city was absolutely buzzing. Despite all the excitement, the apartment remained incredibly quiet. The bed was comfortable, but what truly made the difference was our host, Sara. As soon as we arrived, she gave us a warm welcome and shared plenty of fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Host was very, very helpful Porto is hilly so be mindful of this , just such a pretty city, this did not affect us , but important to note

Very modern, well equipped, minor, but no milk in room or standard tea That would be a great touch but host lent us some milk and we brought our own tea. Small supermarket left and left from apartment though!!

The location is right in the city center. This accommodation is everything you could wish for when imagining the perfect trip. I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean and well organized. The host is a wonderful and friendly person who was always available whenever I needed anything. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay in this apartment. I would warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Apartament molt ben situat, al centre d'Oporto, es pot anar a peu als principals llocs d'interès turístic. Ben comunicat amb transport públic. Ens van recomanar un lloc excelent i molt a prop per esmorzar. Apartament molt nou, reformat de feia poc, comfortable, espaiós (per a 2 persones) i ben equipat

Es troba al costat d'un carrer amb pubs i ambient nocturn, però per sort l'apartament està perfectament insonoritzat.

Bueno no puedo decir nada malo, fuimos en el mes de junio y mucho turismo...bueno lo que no me agrado fue una visita a una de las bodegas en gaia, me pareció mas un decorado que una bodega autentica.

poche volte metto 10 alle strutture, questa supera tutte le mie aspettative. posizione eccellente, a non piu di 15 minuti praticamente da tutto. in pieno centro, noi avevamo un stanza che affacciava in strada e non si sentiva nulla (insonorizzazione perfetta) sara è stata 1 host eccellente, premurosa ed attenta ad ogni cosa. risponde subito per ogni cosa alloggio bellissimo, confortevole, pulito ad un prezzo concorrenziale! se dovessi tornare a porto, lo sceglierei sicuramente

Fortunately, it was quiet during our stay, but it might be noisy outside at weekends. As others have mentioned, if you’re not careful when taking a shower, the floor will get wet.

Great location, for all the sites and done great local family restaurants… and the apartment had everything you need for a short stay. The host was very responsive and gave lots of useful links for places to visit/est. etc. I particularly like MAGA on the grand boulevard, and “SpaccaNapoli” restaurant next door to brand hotel was great too.

Close to bars so bursts of noise late at night BUT the windows help reduce the noise and this shouldn’t put you off staying here. Just bring ear plugs if you’re a very light sleeper.

We had the most incredible stay in this apartment during our three-day couples trip in Porto. The owner is absolutely wonderful—so kind, warm, and incredibly accommodating. The apartment itself is spotless, with everything we could possibly need. It’s right in the center—so central that we could always come back to freshen up between outings. It’s super close to the Ribeira area and all the cultural sites in Porto. Even though the check-out was early, the owner kindly let us stay a bit longer since our flight was later. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

La ubicación es perfecta para llegar a todos los lugares. El apartamento está muy limpio, y tiene unas camas estupendas. La anfitriona, Sara, se encargó de que no nos faltara nada. La calle es peatonal por lo que no hay jaleo que pueda interrumpir el descanso.
