O apartamento tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto na sala e no banheiro social.

La stanza era molto accogliente, pulita, il letto comodo, è stato bello trovare due bottiglie d'acqua e capsule per il caffè. Abbiamo avuto un problema in stanza all'arrivo che è stato risolto immediatamente, staff molto disponibile

La posizione dell'albergo è comoda in quanto c'è la metro a pochi passi, ma la zona non è proprio bellissima, avremo preferito alloggiare un pochino piu centrali perché avremo voluto avere più autonomia senza mezzi e da quella posizione diventa pesante farsi tutto a piedi (tante salite e discese)

Pros: - The apartment itself is new and modern. Very clean. - Very large living. - Each room separete AC unit.. - The masterbedroom with an integrated bathroom. - The location is broadly ok. Close to the subway

Cons - Many homeless in the neighbourhood. - Abandoned buildings around. - Clearly the street and the area is underfoing a major re-development and in several years should be a very nice place. - At the time of the writing the building just next was undergoing through a major construction resulting in noise from around 07:15am. There’s no iron, balcony, hardwood floor in the apartment despite listing. - Customer service is very mixed. Bad experience first 3 days (of 7 we stayed), mixed up my requests, could not make proper orders from the app due to its wrong config. Then service improved. - The Haus app and the digital key are pain in the neck and low usability/inflexible functionality. Unfortunately no option to avoid using. - The stovetop is a traditional electric (which means it heats up slow and stays hot long) rather then induction. The apartment (3 bedroom, living, 2 baths) would benefit from a built-in microwave especcially since there’s plenty of storage in the kitchen section. I’d expect a better customer service for the price. Overall we liked the place.

Die Lage ist recht günstig, ca. 300m von der Metrostation. Man ist in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt und 35 Minuten zum Flughafen. Gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Ein Auchan City Markt auf der Parallelstr und davor ein Super Gemüse/Obst Geschäft, von Asiaten betrieben mit absolut günstigen Preisen. Leckere Tomaten, Pfirsich und Mangos dort gekauft. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem, das Bad großzügig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, auch mit einer Nespresso Maschine. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.

Schlaf bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich, da lauter Straßenlärm, morgends Baulärm und Sirenengeheul stören. Kein Bügeleisen, sondern ein Dampfgerät. Kein Bügelbrett. Zu wenig Kleiderhaken. Keine Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher. Dusche könnte etwas größer sein, Platz ist genügend vorhanden.

A szomszédos házban hétköznap építkezési zajok voltak, de az ablakok jól szigeteltek, ezért csak kevésbé hallatszott. Nem közölte a szállásadó előzetesen, hogy pl. a takarítás kérése plusz költséggel jár. Az ajtón a tájékoztató kiírásban napi takarítás szerepelt, de költséget nem tüntettek fel, így ingyenesnek gondoltuk. Nem volt ruhaszárító és nem tudtuk hová felakasztani a törölközőket sem. De tiszta, tágas apartmanunk volt. Talán egy mikrohullámú sütő jól jött volna az ételek melegítéséhez.

Az előző rovatban leírtam a negatívumot is.

The location was very good, really close to the metro station. The apartment was clean, nice and was not noisy. I would recommend The Haus Santa Bárbara to everyone!😊

Very poor management. We were stranded for hours, before we got entry in the house. It was a nightmare. It was star of our holiday. There was no one with whom you could connect, to tell the problem, the no. provided by booking dot com went on voice message. and there was no response. Later on when I complained, the property owner was too rude in conversation. On asking for late check out fascility, he denied ( rascist behaviour) and the same was available online.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bonito y bien ubicado. Camas comodísimas.

Edificio nuevo con varios pisos turísticos. Bien situado cerca del metro. Las plazas del parking eran amplias. Eso sí, para acceder al parking hay que ir por una calle a un nivel inferior del resto de las calles que al principio no vimos.

Me gustó todo. Por decir algo, al tocarnos el piso -1, en planta baja, una de las habitaciones olía a humedad.

Comodidad general del apartamento

5 noches es para que hubiesen, al menos, cambiado las toallas 1 día.

No me gustó que no tengan lockers para dejar las cosas o algún espacio, siendo que es la primera vez que me pasa y viajo mucho. A lo mejor le sumaría siendo un apartamento que tenga aceite de oliva y sal pero el resto estaba todo

Esta bien situado, nuevo y limpio.

Ofrecen TV y sofa y no existen. Ofrecen lavadora pero no funciona al igual que la tostadora. El aire acondicionado no enfría y el horno se paraba cada 3 min. Bandeja sucia que al quejarnos vinieron a limpiar. Tuberías del baño con mal olor Por lo demás bien

Parking acceso a la habitación.

Nuestra experiencia no ha sido buena y nos vamos bastante decepcionados. Era agosto y hacía bastante calor, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera bastante incómoda. Además, la lavadora tampoco funcionaba y, por lo que pudimos comprobar, los plomos estaban desactivados, algo que da la impresión de que ya se sabía. La tostadora tampoco funcionaba y, aunque avisamos, no la cambiaron hasta varias horas después. Por otro lado, tampoco había TV, algo que consideramos importante que se indique claramente en el anuncio si no está disponible. En general, creemos que por el precio y las condiciones esperábamos mucho más. Una pena, porque con un correcto mantenimiento y solucionando estos problemas antes de la llegada, la experiencia podría haber sido muy diferente.

Het appartement zelf is mooi ingericht, ruim en voorzien van 2 badkamers en een goed voorziene keuken. Geeft een hotelgevoel. Vlakbij metrostation en tegenover leuke restaurantjes zoals de Pastaria.

Even uitzoeken hoe we binnen konden komen. Aparte sleuteltag miste.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and in a fantastic location. It has a beautiful design, a washing machine, a dishwasher, comfortable beds, and even three separate bedrooms, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. It was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was bright, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was equipped with a coffee machine and coffee capsules, a washing machine, and a dishwasher with all the necessary supplies. The location was also convenient, not far from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

The only downsides were that the apartment had a noticeable musty smell, which made it feel a bit damp. Also, the pillows were new but very firm and quite high, so they were not comfortable for us. In the end, we used the small decorative cushions instead.

El jaleo a la hora de entrar y salir porque el apartamento que nos tocó, estaba en el piso -1 y había que coger un ascensor y también escaleras para entrar y salir.

A szállásnak saját weboldala van, ahol a foglalás után minden információ elérhető, és számos kiegészítő szolgáltatás is elérhető. Megfelelő, részletes és folyamatos volt a tájékoztatás. A szállás jól felszerelt, kényelmes, tömegközlekedéshez közel, amivel minden látnivaló könnyen elérhető volt.

The most disappointing part of our stay was that our rooms had an extremely unpleasant odor of sewage, not sure if this had to do with an issue of plumbing, construction in and around the building itself, or a combination of both. While the exterior of the building is beautiful, the apartment itself was underwhelming. In general we were satisfied with the modern amenities, except for that on several occasions the hot water ran out very quickly. The apartment felt sterile, lacking the character/charm that one would expect in such a vibrant city like Lisbon.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a family, especially while traveling with our 9-month-old! The building is modern, spacious, and equipped with elevators, making it very convenient. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s still incredibly accessible—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. There are multiple nice restaurants, shops, and even two grocery stores all within a very short walk. Even with some construction nearby, the apartment was very quiet and felt completely safe. Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but the thoughtful amenities provided at no extra cost—like a crib, bathtub, high chair, and even plates and utensils for our little one—made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and modern, and communication with the host was fast and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Lisbon!

Apartamento muito espaçoso, moderno, limpo e com muitas facilidades para nossa família foi perfeito. 3 quartos amplos e limpos, travesseiros extra, toalhas acolchoadas e cheirosas, boa iluminação e ambiente acolhedor e tudo extremamente novo.

O box do bamheiro da suíte era muito pequeno, mas nada que tenha interferido na nossa aprovação geral.

Prachtige locatie en keurig appartement. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk ook de wijnbar naast de voordeur! Te voet ben je zo in het hart van Lissabon of verder met OV. Lekker terras om in de avond na te borrelen.

Bewertung für Haus Santa Barbara 9, Apartment 1C: Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und macht insgesamt einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Küche verfügt über eine solide Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck. Auch die vorhandenen Küchengeräte – Backofen, Toaster und Wasserkocher – sowie eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und ausreichend.Besonders positiv ist die Lage: Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer U-Bahn-Station der grünen Linie in Lissabon, was die Erkundung der Stadt sehr einfach macht.

Was könnte besser sein:Das Apartment entspricht insgesamt der Beschreibung, dennoch möchte ich einige Anregungen als positive und konstruktive Hinweise geben, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen könnten: Im größeren Badezimmer mit Badewanne könnte ein herkömmlicher Duschkopf mit breiterem Wasserstrahl den Komfort beim Duschen deutlich erhöhen. Das kleinere Bad, das von einem Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist, ist funktional, jedoch recht kompakt. Für größere Personen könnte die Dusche etwas beengt sein. Da dies baulich bedingt ist, wäre es hilfreich, bereits in der Beschreibung darauf hinzuweisen und gleichzeitig das zweite, größere Bad als Ausweichmöglichkeit zu erwähnen. Zusätzlich wären hier weitere Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher sinnvoll, damit diese besser trocknen können. Im dazugehörigen Schlafzimmer würde eine zusätzliche Kommode mit Schubladen den Stauraum sinnvoll ergänzen und den Komfort weiter steigern. Beim Zimmerservice wäre es eine schöne Ergänzung, wenn bei längeren Aufenthalten – beispielsweise ab einer Woche – ein Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ohne zusätzliche Kosten angeboten würde. Das würde den insgesamt guten Standard des Apartments noch weiter unterstreichen.

El apartamento -1A no tiene una entrada directa y tienes que recorrer bastantes pasillos hasta llegar a el desde la calle.

1.超市離粉近 2.空間大 這次入住3個人 3.乾淨舒適 4.離機場近 車程約15~18分鐘 5.廚房配備齊全 6.有洗衣機(內含烘衣功能) 7.樓下有烤雞店(如果不想跑太遠 我覺得還行) 可以買生菜來加 8.領鑰匙 是通過網路開啟(一進大門旁邊有WIFI資訊 這樣開啟入住的房間比較方便 覺得葡萄牙網路不是那麼通暢)

1.洗澡熱水是加熱式(不過加熱速度還行 須等一會) 2.入住4天 沒有打掃&換浴巾(需要20歐元的費用) 3.有點異味(通知後 馬桶有掛清香劑) 4.3點入住 鑰匙密碼才會通過網路給予(沒辦法提早入住的) 5.旁邊的大樓也是在改建(粉塵比較多點)

O apartamento é muito bom, mas não pudemos ficar nele...

Não por culpa dos proprietários, mas graças a Deus, conseguimos encontrar do nada, uma pessoa na garagem do prédio que era funcionário e nos socorreu, pois o elevador parou de funcionar e como eu já havia solicitado previamente, só aceitaria se tivesse elevadores ou SEM ESCADAS. Ai esse funcionário nos arrumou dois apartamentos no andar inferior, que tinha outro elevador e tivemos que dividir a familia pois este tinham apenas um quarto cada.

Needed to keep shutters closed to give us privacy which made us feel closed in. As said in other reviews it would have been good to have a chest of drawers in main bedroom & a wardrobe in second bedroom. Also more towel hooks or something to hang up towels.

Great location, in walking distance from main tourist areas. Lots of great restaurants nearby, walking distance to grocery stores. Felt safe. Amazing Natural Wine bar downstairs! Very clean, lovely bedrooms with little balconies off each with views of the street.

Felt the living room area was very dark, no street facing windows. We were four people but they only had a couch and one side chair so hard to relax comfortably as a family. Elevator was not working, we were not informed of that so recovering from an injury the flights of stairs was challenging at times. There is construction currently going on next door (we were well informed of this by the hosts). It is quite noisy from 7am-7pm at times.

Modern self check-in via website—no keys, super easy. Very clean room and building. Fast, stable Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work. LG Smart TV with Netflix and entertainment apps. Comfy sofa and good setup to relax. Housekeeping was excellent—cleaned every day when we went out. Quiet and comfortable stay overall. Location in Anjos is great—close to Lisbon center. Easy to reach Baixa in about 10–15 minutes. Everything worked smoothly; I’d definitely recommend this place.
