En la habitación 105 estaba goteando el lavabo y ponía todo perdido, no se podía usar, menos mal que había un fregadero, porque si no era inutilizable. En la habitación 104, olía a tubería y agua estancada. Y la habitación estaba sucia, había tapones de oídos por el suelo.

Room was spacious. Very private no one about

Air con was leaking water into the room . You could hear all the noise from the street even though they include ear plugs for you to use during the night. Bathroom was a bit small. Upon arrival we weren’t able to open the lift door for the first floor( where we were staying) and called support an out it and got no answer.

El alojamiento muy bonito y cerca del centro de Porto todo muy bien por la ubicación y el apartamento es verdad que es una zona de fiesta muchos bares y mucho ambiente por la noche pero bien nos dejaron unos tapones de cortesía me imagino por el Ruido de la calle y también unas galletas y café de cortesía muy bien todo lo recomiendo

Bueno el problema está en el agua de la ducha lo regulas a una temperatura y cuando menos te lo esperas el agua sale muy caliente así que eso no nos gustó pensé que era algo puntual pero en las dos noches que estuve allí fue igual *Otra cosa que no vi bien fue que a las 9:10 de la mañana nos abrieron la puerta el día que nos íbamos cuando la salida es a las 11 me imagino que la chica que limpia se equivocó pero nos asustamos saltamos de la cama mi esposo y yo en eso tener más cuidado

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement de Limehome, situé au 57A de la Rua da Conceição, en plein cœur de Porto. L’emplacement est vraiment remarquable : très central, dans un quartier vivant et agréable, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et commerces, et les principaux sites touristiques facilement accessibles à pied. L’appartement est moderne, très bien aménagé, confortable et particulièrement fonctionnel. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux, la qualité des équipements, le soin apporté à l’aménagement ainsi que l’atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. Tout est pensé pour que l’on puisse s’y sentir rapidement à l’aise et profiter pleinement de son séjour. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié l’autonomie et la simplicité d’accès proposées par Limehome. L’ensemble de l’expérience a été fluide et bien organisé, depuis l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. C’est une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Porto dans d’excellentes conditions, tout en bénéficiant du confort et de l’indépendance d’un véritable appartement. J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Porto.

A sujidade do apartamento, as instalações , os vidros para além de sujos, deixavam passar o barulho todo.

在老城區裡面，就是走去哪裡都很方便的飯店，樓下就是ＢＡＲ區，所以很多的餐廳，附近就有超市很方便，地鐵站就要走一小段，如果是拉行李就建議搭計程車也不貴，房間對外的大窗戶很漂亮，有小流理臺、冰箱、熱水壺、咖啡機，算是很齊全的飯店

樓下因為是餐廳眾多，所以相對也會比較吵雜一些，如果是怕吵的人也不用怕，房東有備耳塞給大家

Für alle, die einen empfindlichen Schlaf haben, ist die Unterkunft leider nicht geeignet. Es war sehr sehr laut und die Fenster waren leider nicht besonders dicht . Zum Glück gab es die ohrstöpsel. Weiterhin konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht von innen abschließen, was aus meiner Sicht leider ein absolutes No Go ist (vor allem als Alleinreisende). Und die Gardine im Badezimmer war Leider absolut nicht blickdicht, man konnte die Dusche / Toilette nur im Dunkeln benutzen.

Doskonała lokalizacja, w pobliżu dobrych restauracja, parków. Dobre miejsce wypadowe żeby obejść całe centrum miasta. Super wyposażenie pokoju, aneksu kuchennego i jakość łazienki.

Nie jest to miejsce dobre do spania, hasał nocą jest nieustający, od 10 w nocy imprezy w barach, od 5 rano sprzątanie ulic i wywóz śmieci.

The kids loved the mezzanine. The check in and out was very easy and smooth. Very central in a trendy area of Porto.

There was a horrible smell of sewage coming from the toilet which made it very hard to sleep and stay in the bedroom. Very noisy area throughout the night.

La ubicación esta muy bien. Tienes todo muy cerca (incluyendo restaurantes, supermercados y parking pago)

Aparcar cerca al hotel para bajar el equipaje fue complicado y luego tener que aparcar tu coche en un parking pago cerca del alojamiento es muy caro (80€ - 36 horas). Quizas un hotel mas caro con parking es una buena solución.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, alles vorhanden, mit Küchenzeile, Föhn, Bügeleisen - perfekt für uns! Zentrale tolle Lage!

At night from the bar below was noisy but I got earplugs and worked well :) the Communication from Limehome was very generic and not custom replies I had to ask few times to be specific with the responses.

The location was good, but the soundproofing of the windows was non-existent – sleep was barely possible due to street noise.

Upon arrival on Saturday 25 April, the floor of my room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Limehome promised 15% discount for both nights as compensation – this promise was never honoured. The room did not resemble the Booking.com photos in any meaningful way. Sleep was also disturbed by street noise – the soundproofing was completely inadequate. On Sunday 26 April I returned from a short trip to a nearby shop to find the door would not open. The cause was flat batteries – a 2-minute fix. The technician arrived after 7 hours of waiting. During this time my wallet, cash, clothing and passport were locked inside. No representative was physically present – customer service operated remotely from Barcelona. I was repeatedly told the technician would arrive "soon" – these promises were false. My one and only full day in Porto was lost entirely – all planned meetings and activities were cancelled. The safety risk is real – the door had a manual key override but nobody knew where the key was. What if a child or person with limited mobility had been left inside the room? Limehome offered partial refunds against my explicit wishes – I did not accept them. Limehome has unilaterally declared the matter closed without adequate resolution. The matter remains open and is currently being reviewed by several authorities. Is it the guest's responsibility to stay on-site and wait when no staff are available? What is the hourly rate for that? A remotely operated hotel that collapses due to three flat batteries does not meet the minimum standards of hospitality.

Great location

Everything about this apartment was bad, broken chair, no fridge in the room, wall sockets broken, electric box exposed, curtain that does not close, hard mattress, lack of cups and spoons. Literally the worst apartment. LimeHome should feel ashamed, I used to live their apartments but room 102 was awful!!

Debería estar mejor insonorizado ya que al ser tan céntrico hay mucho ambiente y ruido

Die Fenster filtern sehr wenig der Lautstärke von draußen - direkt nebenan sind Bars und Cafés - man bekommt bis tief in die Nacht einen Eindruck vom "Partyleben" in Porto

O quarto é amplo, muito charmoso, cama boa.

O chuveiro era forte mais a têmpera oscilava e vinha um jato quente de tirar o couro. Na segunda noite o ar desligou e não ligou mais, com o calor do período foi muito complicado. Pedi para fazer late check e não deixaram mesmo com todos estes problemas.

Location is the only good thing about this place, even though it can be loud outside at night.

We understand the price was low but the stairs towards the upper beds are insanely impractical. It did not look extremely clean and the kitchen is tiny. I recommend this only for quick 1-2 night stay, you can’t really do much cooking and it’s generally too small for 4 persons.

Fraca insonorização face ao ruído exterior, ( zona de muito ruído toda a noite ) oferecer tampões para os ouvidos não é claramente uma solução ! Ar Condicionado com problemas ( além de pingar água fazia também ruídos toda a noite), humidades nas paredes ( o quarto tinha cheiro a mofo ) chuveiro deficiente ( temperatura da água inconstante, por vezes queimava ).

Noise! There are people downstair in the bar talking loud at night and in the morning 6am comes the trash truck.

Great location! Everything’s near the apartment.

On the other hand it’s pretty loudly but there was ear plugs which was very helpful. The bed is comfortable.

The room itself is cozy and comfortable, very clean. Air conditioning was really needed for my visit days.

1. World Football Cup + matches at 2am + three bars nearby. Guess how I slept (or not). 2. The teapot, coffee machine, and freezer are there. But no microwave, knife and cork remover. You're in the vine country, but you cannot taste the vine.

Rezerwując apartament oczekuję, że po całym dniu zwiedzania mam miejsce, gdzie mogę wypocząć, wyspać się i nabrać sił na kolejny dzień. W tym apartamencie tego brak, więc jak cokolwiek może się podobać, skoro czuję się tak, jakbym nocował na ławce pod budynkiem i jeszcze za to płacił duże pieniądze przed sezonem!

Limehome okazał się marką, która nie dba o zachowanie standardu. Zarezerwowałem apartament nie sprawdzając opinii co było największym błędem. Nie zrobiłem tego, bo parę miesięcy wcześniej byłem w Limehome Italy w Lecce i byłem zachwycony standardem myśląc, że Limehome to firma jak znane hotelowe marki, w których niezależnie od kraju wiesz, za co płacisz. Zarezerwowałem Limehome Porto Rua da Conceicao na 3 noce i na miejscu okazało się totalną katastrofą. Apartament w średnim standardzie ale okna to totalna porażka. Cienka drewniana rama z pojedynczą szybą, przez co w apartamencie słychać wszystko jak byś spał na ulicy. Dodam, że w budynku jest restauracja, a w sąsiednich kilka barów, gdzie imprezy trwają do godzin porannych. Jak zamkną bary to rozpoczyna się dostawa towarów, samochody i dostawcy hałasują szczególnie, że ulica jest z kostki brukowej. Wiedzą, że w apartamencie jest bardzo głośno, bo na wyposażeniu są zatyczki do uszu, jednak w opisie to ukrywają. Po pierwszej nieprzespanej nocy zgłosiliśmy problem z chęcią zamiany pokoju na cichszy w dowolnej lokalizacji Porto lub rezygnację z kolejnych dwóch noclegów. Cała korespondencja odbywała się przez whatsapp i ostatecznie Limehome zaproponował zwrot 50% kosztu z drugą noc i 100% za trzecią. Poinformowaliśmy ich, że w takim razie się wyprowadzamy. Po powrocie zapytaliśmy o zwrot zaoferowanych pieniędzy i się zaczęło – za każdym razem na whatsapp zgłasza się inna osoba i chyba nie widzi całej naszej korespondencji (kilkanaście stron), bo od nowa trzeba opisywać problem i podawać nr rezerwacji itd. Wycofali się z wcześniejszej oferty zwrotu i stwierdzili, że 12 maj oddali połowę za trzeci noceg. Na dzień 9 lipca nie mam zwrotu i na każde zapytanie odsyłają do banku, a bank pisze, że nie ma zwrotu i chcą potwierdzenie wysłania pieniędzy od Limehome. Przestrzegam przed Limehome Porto Rua i ze względu na podejście portugalskiej załogi trzeba uważać na dwie pozostałe lokalizacje w Porto.

O ruído vindo do exterior, mas que em nada o estabelecimento tem culpa. Simplesmente fica situado num local com muito movimento de estabelecimentos de restauração e bebidas/diversão.

The location was very good

The shower was not very powerful and would go very hot momentarily. It could get noisy outside at night as there is a bar next door.

Понравилось расположение - многие культурные достопримечательности были в шаговой доступности (впрочем, нужно учитывать каменную мостовую и необходимость двигаться вверх по улице и обратно). Интересно решение интерьера - двусветное пространство с двуспальной кроватью внизу и двумя кроватями наверху, использование экологичных материалов. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. В номере есть холодильник, раковина для мытья посуды, капсульная кофемашина и электрический чайник, несколько ложек, стаканы и кружки.

Двусветное решение интерьера может быть неплохим вариантом для кратковременного путешествия с детьми-подростками (скорее всего, им понравится идея сна наверху). Но не всегда это подойдет для взрослых - металлическая лестница наверх строго вертикальная, ступени достаточно острые, чтобы безболезненно взобраться наверх. Мы останавливались на неделю втроем, поэтому одного чайника и кофемашины, а также наличие двух чайных ложечек нам определенно не хватило для организации базового завтрака. Было бы неплохо установить варочную поверхность. Была определенная трудность с уборкой - предусматривалась одна уборка за неделю. Если бы была швабра, мы были готовы сами сделать легкую уборку.

The location was good. Perfect area to explore and lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The unit itself was nice, clean and the access was straightforward.

Also the location. It was very noisy at night, even the earplugs provided didn’t stop us being woken up.

The room looked nothing like the photos or the room I expected to receive. The pictures showed a spacious, beautiful room overlooking the intersection, but I was given a small, plain, unattractive room instead. There was no receptionist or manager on site to discuss the issue. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they simply told me that everything was correct and that the room matched the category I had supposedly booked. That was the end of the conversation. No attempt to help, no explanation, no solution. It honestly feels misleading. They advertise the most attractive room in the category, knowing that guests may end up in something completely different. I asked for a refund so I could check out immediately before using anything in the room, but my request was completely ignored. This was a very disappointing experience and showed a complete lack of customer care. What’s the problem to upload photos of the actual room people are likely to receive?? Booking a room shouldn’t feel like a lottery! Guests shouldn’t have to pay for something that looks nothing like what was advertised!!

I will say it can be loud at night - they provide ear plugs for you. If you’re like me who sleeps through anything and everything it won’t bother you! Unable to do late check out unfortunately - doesn’t appear to be an option.

the bathroom smelled bad consistently

Good location within walking distance of Porto’s main attractions. The apartment was spacious and the self check-in process was easy.

Several serious issues remained unresolved for almost my entire 6-night stay despite being reported from the beginning. The main room light was so dim that I regularly had to use my phone flashlight to move around after dark. The bathroom blind provided insufficient privacy, forcing me to use the bathroom or the shower in complete darkness at night to avoid being seen from the building opposite and from the street. The main curtain also did not close properly. Although I was repeatedly assured that maintenance would intervene, the intervention was postponed several times and none of the issues were fixed before my departure. No alternative room was offered, and the €35 compensation proposed for a stay costing approximately €460 was wholly inadequate given the circumstances.
