The room is very quiet, and the bed is comfortable, which helps you sleep well. My husband loved the 3 shots of coffee and 3 scoops of ice cream that the young man, whose name I can't remember, sorry, gave him. The staff are really helpful and friendly

We had an amazing time in Tavia Heritage Hotel. We had a layover in Jakarta for one night and it was the most relaxing experience ever. They have good roomservice for a good price, a nice swimming pool, a gym with sauna and the breakfast has so many options I did know what to pick! We also had booked a massage at our room right before bed which was fantastic. The hotel staff was really nice and upgraded us to a family suite! The room was clean, nice and the beds were super comfortabel. We did not leave the hotel but we also heard it was in a very central location. I would highly recommend going here for your time in Jakarta, if was exceptional!

I really liked my stay here. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location - convenient reasonable taxi ride to train station and central Jakarta. Staff helpful with taxis, some language communication confusion regarding airport and train station but we got there ;) Only stayed one night but breakfast was good and one of us had a really really good burger from the restaurant for dinner.

Super Fitnessstudio! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich! Tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück, geschmacklich auch super.

Langsames wlan und das „tablet“ zum bestellen des room Service etc. war so unglaublich langsam, es ist regelmäßig abgestürzt, sodass die Nutzung unmöglich war.

Het is totaal andere als op de foto‘s. De kamers zijn oud, vies en totaal niet comfortabel. Gangen zijn smerig en overal in openbare ruimtes ligt rotzooi. We kwamen op de 17e verdieping per ongeluk en het leek wel een spookhuis. Alle deuren hotel kamers waren open, donker en overal troep .. 1 keer en niet weer

飯店的設備和餐點都非常好，服務也很好，泳池非常乾淨，每天早上都有人清理。自費的按摩也很棒！ 特別是清潔人員Setiawan知道我們是去慶祝結婚週年後幫我們準備了特別浪漫的驚喜，我們都超級開心的！ 下次我們一定會再去，也推薦要去雅加達的朋友可以入住此飯店唷！

Very kind and helpful staff. Good hotel with good breakfast

復古但維持基本的乾淨典雅。人不多時游泳很舒服。

房間椅子上有未清乾淨的碎屑。游泳池的淋浴間是男女共用，不太方便。

The hotel’s strategic location made exploring the city effortless. The spacious room provided plenty of comfort, and the mattress was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A great stay overall!

The hotel looks like an old hotel that has been abandoned for sometime, the humidity smell in the rooms, the breakfast did not feel fresh. I had higher expectations from the pictures

Stuff was good but thats it

Awful room felt like being in homeless shelter, bathroom tab is broken and you cant close sink. Bathtub is 10 years old atleast with stains. Room itself have no night lamp near bed and I have stand up go to the door and turn lights off, only one socket on the left side of the bed and nothing on the right.

جو الفندق ملوث لا يوجد تهويه للغرف ولا للممرات وكذلك اللي ينظفون غير نظيفين وعند التنظيف اذا تبي نظافه لازم تبخششهم وكذلك اللي يعملون في المساج غير مؤدبين وبالاصح مساج غير سوي واللي يفهم يفهم يعني لا تسوي عندهم مساج خساره فلوس

The Hotel is relatively old, Had issues with leaking pipe and leaking roof. Aircon was noisy not so cold. Bedsheet was clean but still had stain and marks. The power sockets has exposed wires, Bathroom roof has brown watermark. I have to change room when the bathroom roof was leaking.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place for a 2 week holiday.

We found the air conditioning pipe was dripping into the wardrobe, but staff were very quick to come and try to fix it. Because this was not possible immediately we were straight away moved to a bigger and better room, so no complaints.

Very old place. Looks like it was abandoned decades ago. The maintenance is really poor. Smelly room, spotty bedsheets, leaking water in the bathroom, a crowded street. I am completely dissatisfied with the place.

لايوجد اماكن سياحية بالقرب منه ولاكن بوجود وسيلة مواصلة لا مشكلة بذلك

The room like vip

Looked great and after I complained about the bad smell in my room I got another room.

My personal information was stolen by a staff member and used to scam me. Saying that I still have to complete a reservation and pay. It's scary that I get contacted by a stranger naming all my personal information.

الصور في موقع الحجز بكينج تختلف كثيراً جداً عن الواقع، الفندق قديم وليس عصري والخدمات محدودة والفرش قديم جداً جداً، ويوجد بعض الأثاث مكسور أو متآكل، ودورات المياه قصيرة جداً لا يوجد دش علوي وللأسف.

Hôtel de standing, grande tour situé à 3km du centre ville. Chambre grande et sdb aussi mais nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Hôtel assez calme. Buffet petit déjeuner énorme au niveau du choix. Personnel très bien.

On sent que l’hôtel n’est plus tout récent. Besoin de modernité dans les chambres.
