Clean and great location. Staff was very polite and helpful. They were very accommodating and held my bags safely in the luggage room after I checked out till I collected them later in the evening.

The breakfast was just okay, could be better. The water in the shower took a while to get hot.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The location and the constant noise level of the bikes from the street was way to much.

The chef and Ririn made us very delicious vegan food upon request. Reception staff (Martin and team) were welcoming and helpful indeed.

The bathroom towels are old and grey and should be changed. Shower floor linings are mouldy and must be regularly bleached.

Washing machine and iron area can be improved further. The bathroom water drainage is blocked. The body soap needs to be changed. It does not smell good.

The hotel is exactly what was advertised from a Holiday Inn Express hotel, clean, functional, staff very helpful and while the breakfast was not a 5-Star spread it had sufficient choice and good quality.

There was nothing specific that I could say I didn't like as I said it delivered what it advertised

LOCATION: Only the location was one that I liked, as we had to travel less from the airport. Other than that, I didn't like anything.

ROOM: Honestly, I expected a little bigger room, and even though the staff at the reception gave me an upgrade, I could not see any upgraded version of it. I expect that in the future, whenever I come, I will get a better room.

The Hotel is nice, Breakfast is good. The Rooms head away from the busy street, so its quiet.

Because of the Location, i can not recommend this hotel to anyone. You are dependent on taxis to go anywhere.

Great location in the center of sunset road, amazing staff. They provide everything we need. The pool inside hotel is amazing anda you can just get out of room and enter pool (3 meters). Rooms are small but with confort.

The pool area is genuinely beautiful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Those were honestly the only enjoyable parts of the stay.

But the moment we entered the room, everything went downhill. The smell of mold was overwhelming—so strong that we had to wash all our clothes afterward. The trash cans were disgusting; they don’t use liners, so you can literally see (and smell) years of grime stuck inside them. It was nauseating. What made everything worse is that I ended up getting sick. If you look inside the air conditioner, it’s packed with dust, dirt, and buildup from who knows how long. It’s clear they never clean it, and breathing that in is honestly dangerous. This could be a nice place if they took cleanliness seriously, but as it is now, it felt unhealthy and extremely uncomfortable.

The bar and restaurant was not open after 1 pm , which meant that guests could not get dinner in the hotel and a quiet drink in the bar at night. Had to go to another restaurant nearby.

The Hotel is centrally located with a lot of Restaurants within walking distance. The staff at check in are very efficient and are happy to help with anything. The hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast is quite well spread out.
