Great location, amazing view from sea view room. Excellent staff. Check in is a bit hectic as it was very busy but moved along quickly. Initially we had a mistake with the room - 1 bed not 2. Quick message via Booking.com - quick response and we were moved. Then we asked for kitchen utensils- arrived almost immediately. Really great service every time we messaged!

It’s important people understand the Roof top pool - is NOT included, only the pool - and gym on level 6. You have to go down stairs and pay D220,000 each for the day for the the rooftop, glass bottom infinity pool (and I def recommend doing the swim,breakfast deal - D270,000)

Don't waste you money go to a proper hotel, not clean, host communication is bad. Try and charge you for everything and anything, it runs like a Airbnb. Customer service is poor. Never again

Nên cho khách hàng biết cần đem theo hộ chiếu và visa xuất trình khi nhận phòng nếu có khách nước ngoài. Nên xem lại phí dời ngày nhận phòng do thiên tai cơn bão số 13 vừa qua ngoài ý muốn mà thu 300k.

Căn nhà sạch sẽ tinh tươm và nhân viên không thể hữu ích hơn. Có một vài lần chúng tôi thực sự có hồ bơi cho riêng mình và bãi biển riêng thực sự là một niềm vui tuyệt đối

Cảnh biển tuyệt đẹp, đầu tiên chúng tôi ở trong phòng có tầm nhìn ra thành phố, sau đó chúng tôi chuyển sang phòng có tầm nhìn ra biển từ tầng 37 lên tầng 10. Phòng có ban công lớn, nhìn thẳng ra Lotus, chúng tôi thực sự thích sống ở đó

Staff and communication poor, paid for breakfast 2 nights x 4pax. Only to be told we only paid for adults not children. Never responded to any messages regarding this.

The Reception sent a message one day before check in and asked what time we will arrive, which was very good! Wonderful!

The location is next to the beach and the night market. We can enjoy Vietnamese foods just few minutes by foot.

Unsafe conditions and unsafe acts because many motobikes often blocked the cars entry and exit.

I think this is the worst hotel i have been to in Vietnam. I thought i was booking a relaxing and luxury hotel. Paying 3x more than most (better) hotels in the area. Honestly it was bad from when i stepped in the building with almost no luxury of customer care. Standing in line to check in took 40 minutes. Because they only employ 3 staff for a 40 story building. My room wasnt ready and i was asked to wait half an hour (thats fair) but there was no where to sit because 60 people were sat waiting to get their room as well. After waiting outside in the rain (the courtyard was filthy) i had to que up again to ask if my room is ready. Then wait for a guy to come down stairs to take my money. It turns out reception have almost nothing to do with the appartment i was staying in. So i had to wait for the manager. He did show up pretty fast to get his money of course. When i arrived in my luxury room after waiting extra time to check in. The room was still not clean. They had not done anything to clean it. Now when i try to call the manager the number on booking.com does not work. I mail and get no response. So i have to go downstairs que up again! And talk to reception who could not care less and ask them to get the manager back to so i could get my room cleaned so i could live in it. He didnt show up or message me. But after 15 minutes i was told by reception to go back to my room. When there i found 2 cleaners. Not cleaning the room but tidying it. They didnt use any chemicals on the toilet, then didnt wipe down the surfaces so they are germ free. As they leave i notice they didnt change the bed sheets they just made the bed. I had to chase them down and demand not to sleep in the old guests filth. Then i got to hear them be rude about me in vietnamese while they did it begrudingly. Once settle and in a slightly clean room. I notice how the air conditioning smells like old sweat. The balcony i booked the room for was just a 1 foot wide section with a rusty railing.

В номере воняет, и запаз никак не проветрить, вечно шумно на районе, персонал хаус кипинга ничего не понимает им говоришь не убираться, и не трогать твои вещи, а они специально заходят и начинают трогать твои вещи и забирать вашу еду

The apartment has a super beautiful high floor view, new luxurious furniture, clean, fully equipped, right in the center, attentive service.

Beautiful new hotel located in the center, very convenient to travel, polite staff. Because it's crowded, check-in takes a long time, there are many foreign guests here, I booked a room with a very nice view. When I return to NT, I will book this place again.

The location and facility were superb. The host helped me to check-in quickly, as it was very helpful for me since i was travelling with baby

위치는 최고입니다. 그런데 문제는 수건 가운 상태가 썩 좋지 않습니다. 하지만 수영장6층 무료 가성비 따지면 최고입니다

На кухне практически ничего нет для готовки - несколько тарелок, одна вилка, пришлось покупать сковородку,приборы.

Room service was excellent.......

we had an apartment, which included a kitchen.........that means some cooking....but there were no cleaning appliances supplied , no tea towel no detergent, until we asked for some............plus the hotplate didn't work. but one weakness was that there was no instructions on how to use the TV, the air conditioner ,even the shower taps needed help from the room service people....

Отличное месторасположение, все в пешей доступности, до пляжа 5 минут пешком. Уборка номера была ежедневная, полотенца и постельное меняли каждый день, хотя многие пишут что редко убирают. Лифты работали отлично, долго мы не ждали никогда, максимум минут 5. На крыше классный бассейн, были там один раз всего, в основном ходили на море. Вечером проходят классные вечеринки с хорошей популярной музыкой и вкуснейшими коктейлями 🔥 Но самое классное это вид❤️😍

Мы выбрали отель Panorama в центре, ориентируясь на положительные отзывы, но реальность оказалась крайне разочаровывающей. С первого дня столкнулись с серьёзной проблемой — в номере были тараканы: в ванной, на умывальнике, в душе, на кухне и даже в спальне. Отдельный инцидент произошёл с постельными принадлежностями: ребёнок случайно намочил одеяло. Мы были готовы сами его постирать или оплатить стирку, так как никаких следов или запаха после этого бы не осталось. Вместо разумного решения управляющий потребовал 500 000 донгов, как за «порчу» вещи. При этом позже нам подменили одеяло на другое, с явными пятнами крови и неприятным запахом. После того как мы указали на это, нам снова выставили счёт — уже 300 000 донгов, и при этом одеяло так и не выдали обратно, оставив только простыни. Персонал отказывается идти на диалог, игнорирует вопросы о перерасчёте и даже не рассматривает компромисс, например оплату реальной стоимости химчистки (100 000 донгов). Мы готовы были искать взаимоприемлемое решение, но получили лишь грубое и несправедливое отношение. За время проживания администрация никак не реагировала на проблему с тараканами, а условия, которые нам выставили, считаем незаконными и неприемлемыми. Опыт проживания — крайне негативный. Не рекомендую этот отель никому, особенно семьям с детьми.

Отдыхали в полулюксе. Видела перед бронированием, что многие пишут про муравьев в номерах. У нас ничего подобного не было. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Номер классный, нам понравилось, за свою цену более чем. Удобная локация, можно никуда не ездить, все рядом.

На 40-ом этаже есть бассейн, но он мелкий, по всему периметру одна глубина 1,2 метра и он узкий. Но вид конечно красивый. Сходили один раз, в целом там больше будет удобней для семей с детьми. Есть бар и кафе

Номер небольшой ,на фото диван ,а на самом деле кресло,для ребенка кровати нет.Ремонт нужно делать и посуду поставить,если есть плита,а в чем готовить и как есть нечем.

Worst experience that I ever have in my life! I paid for a sub bed and the bed doesn’t work! It’s broke! I called them to check and change a new bed or refund for me but they just said yes sir and ignored! That’s was the most disappointing feeling i ever have!

Staff. They make you stay at one room for one night "pretend that you're getting an upgraded room" charge you extra. Cancel your booking from the app. Then charge you extra with their own POS machine. After the first night, you will have to move to a new room. Just inconvenient specifically if youve been in a 20 hour flight and just want to relax and not have to repack your sh1t just to move to another room the day after.

Vị trí trung tâm phòng view biển đẹp. Có rất nh mắc áo cho khách treo quần áo, các tiện nghi trong phòng có đầy đủ tương đối giống khách sạn.

Tủ lạnh không dùng được, tủ không mát, thang máy phải đợi rất lâu mặc dù có 7 thang,rất bất tiện khi đi lên xuống, phòng tắm ko có chỗ treo đồ.

I had to make a bed up on a 2 seater lounge myself as they did not have the triple room as booked via Booking.com. Location was very prominent with a good view towards the sea and city. Gym was decent.

The room, balcony, and view are all great. The location is very central, right near all the main tourist things and the beach.

Great location, very busy hotel managed by lots of different agents. Great room, great view city side, helpful agent when I wanted to book with them and change rooms. The rooftop pool is lovely, at an additional expense of 200.000đ per day. The other free pool is also nice. Quite noisy if you’re in a beach side room with the music every night and everything happening on the street, but great atmosphere if that’s what you are looking for. Close to shops, restaurants, and everything else you can need. Would stay again.
