Tot genial! Simplement has de saber que no està al centre de Ninh Binh. Tenen moto automatica per llogar i els grabs arriben sense problema.

Lovely, the staff worked every day to make all the guess happy, the scooters on site a must as there are just so many things to see in the area, the rooms are very large, and well kept. I loved my stay here a must for anyone looking to get back into nature, the bonsai are just a different level. The vibe and views are magical and magnificent.

To much to do, hard to pick the first thing you really need a month to get to everything

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und alles war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, es gab gratis Wasser und alles was man braucht. Es wird auch ein Wäscheservice angeboten und Motorroller zum mieten. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir hatten sehr schöne Tage hier. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Freundlichkeit und den Service der Mitarbeiter/innen. Wir durften kostenlos früher einchecken und bekamen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Sogar als wir sehr früh losgefahren sind, wurde extra für uns um 5 Uhr morgens das Tor geöffnet. Insbesondere Thuy ist so eine offene, freundliche Person. Mit ihrer freundlichen Ausstrahlung und ihrer Art hat sie den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Danke für alles :) <3

I loved everything about my stay here! The place is exactly like the photos. The people are absolutely lovely, the room was wonderful and the property is very relaxing. The room was clean, quiet had a great AC, great fridge, nice soaps in the bathroom and had such a beautiful view. I rented a bike with the GPS holder on the mirror giving me easy access to take off and enjoy the breathtaking sights and yummy cafes around the area. Just be sure to check that your bike has lights upon first renting that work before you are traveling at night in the dark ;) I highly recommend this place! It’s the best place I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! Really really wonderful ❤️ thank you so much!

Chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình với khách. Chúng tôi đi công tác phải ăn sáng rất sớm, bác chủ nhà vẫn dậy sớm nấu bữa sáng cho cả đoàn, bác nấu ăn rất ngon. Tks Bác rất nhiều!

Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, yên bình! Cô chủ home và bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương cực kỳ! Chỗ ở xa phố cổ, dành cho ai thích yên tĩnh. Mỗi phòng rất rộng rãi!

Yên tĩnh. Không quá gần hay quá xa trung tâm. Đủ gần để đi xe máy đi chơi, đủ xa để yên tĩnh. Không gian xung quanh thoáng mát yên tĩnh. Siêu yên tĩnh vào ban đêm. Chill. Đằng sau nhà là vườn cây, k sợ bị ai nhìn. Tầng 1 có hồ bơi nên khá mát, và có 1 cái đàn yamaha

Trong phòng k có cửa sổ mở được, chỉ có cửa kính nên gió mát ngoài trời ko vào được. Note: homestay k mở cổng 24/7 nên đi chơi về muộn phải gọi điện nhờ mở cổng từ xa.

Sehr freundliches Personal das sich alle mühe gibt den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Etwas zu weit weg vom Geschehen und sehr wenig Möglichkeiten wie Kaffees , Lebensmittelläden oder sonstiges.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Apartment sauber und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Wohngegend war sehr ruhig.

Нам все сподобалося: кімната дуже простора і нова, ліжко і подушки - комфортні, є все необхідне, великі панорамні вікна і багато світла. Все чисто в кімнаті і на території. Гарний басейн, хоч я ним так і не cкористалася.

Можливо розташовано трохи віддалено від всього, але ми цього саме і хотіли. Ми маємо скутер і для нас - все дуже доступно і легко, при цьому ми живемо у тихому місці, тому для нас це скоріше перевага, ніж недолік.

Everything. The view was just insane from my room. The staff were AMAZING, especially Thuy, she accommodated me when I was sick and they even gave me food to help with my stomach too which wasn’t on the menu. Very kind and warm. My favourite stay in Vietnam by far. Great value for money too!! The piano also was a great added touch and have some beautiful memories playing and listening to the very talented girl play.

You will need a bike or a car to get around as it’s far from shops / restaurants

Assez excentré. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt après un bus de nuit. Notre chambre était prête, mais nous avons dû attendre 14h pour entrer. Sinon, ils voulaient 50 000 de plus par heure. Le petit-déjeuner est gratuit, mais les boissons sont payantes. Nous avons demandé de l'eau, mais on nous a dit qu'ils nous en avaient déjà mis dans la chambre. Nous avons loué un scooter, mais il était en mauvais état (le rétroviseur était cassé). Pas de wifi ni de télé fonctionnelle sauf sur demande et après un temps de négociation. C’était pourtant indiqué dans les informations concernant la chambre.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super lieb und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Für die Lage ist es am Besten, wenn man einen Roller/Motorrad besitzt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

El lugar es tal cual se describe y aún mejor. Las fotos del cuarto son reales y el cuarto que escogí es aún mas grande que lo que se aprecia en las fotos. La vista es hermosa y a pesar de que la ubicación es un poco alejada, ellos te alquilan un scooter y puedes llegar en pocos minutos a los sitios obligatorios por visitar. Desde el primer dia la atención fue excelente, el staff fue cordial y amable, agradezco especialmente a Thuy la recepcionista, quien hizo de nuestra estadía la mejor. La calidad supera las expectativas respecto al precio, sin duda volvería. Muchas gracias.

Obiekt bardzo ładny i czysty. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Oferują wypożyczenie motorów co bardzo ułatwia dojazd.

Trước ngày nhận phòng 1 ngày thì home gọi điện, nói chuyện cực kỳ không chuyên nghiệp, kêu là “hệ thống booking.com bên em bị lỗi, giờ full phòng rồi, chị huỷ đi”, mình hỏi tại sao booking.com bị lỗi nhưng traveloka và các trang khác vẫn còn phòng thì bên home cứ ấp úng kêu hệ thống lỗi rồi, huỷ phòng đi, trong khi kế hoạch thì mình đã lên xong hết rồi. Home cũng không đưa ra một lời xin lỗi nào cho mình. Tới khi mình tìm được phòng mới và gửi yêu cầu huỷ miễn phí thì home không duyệt yêu cầu cho mình. Mình gửi tin nhắn tận 3 lần vẫn không có hồi đáp, sau đó thì im ỉm huỷ phòng và vẫn không một câu trả lời cho mình. Mình biết home im ỉm với mình là nghĩ huỷ rồi thì mình không đánh giá home được. Mình đánh điểm trung bình để home không bị kéo điểm quá thấp, nhưng home cũng cần xem lại cách quản lí booking và cách làm việc với khách hàng của mình.

El personal muy amable aunque no hablan mucho inglés pero con el traductor te apañas.El homestay es muy bonito y la habitación estaba limpia y era muy grande.

El desayuno estaba bien aunque no había casi opciones y no incluye bebida,ni un café o zumo lo cual es una pena. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro,con lo que necesitas moto o coger taxi o grab.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. We waren laat en de gastvrouw maakte nog eten voor ons. Je kan scooters huren bij de homestay. Vandaaruit kun je de omgeving goed verkennen.

That was such a nice homestay. The room were exactly as the picture with a very nice view, the receptionists were so nice and kind. The swimming pool was very nice. They also helped us with bus to go to Hoi An. The breakfast was really good and the food too. We also rent a scooter with them and it was very good. It's a very quiet place ten surrounding are very cute, you can walk in typical street with a neighbourhood so cute I will be very happy to come back❤️

Giá cả rất tốt cho chất lượng. Vị trí có thể hơi xa trung tâm nhưng thuê xe máy đi thì cũng ksao. View rất healing luôn. Nhìn chung sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, đầy đủ tiện nghi.

Không có room service dọn phòng hàng ngày

I loved the room, it was clean and vary spacious, the facilities and the breakfast were excellent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful!

Und hat das Homestay wirklich sehr gefallen. Die Familie die hier lebt ist super lieb und hat uns bei allen unseren Fragen weiterhelfen können und war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber liegt perfekt zwischen Ninh Binh und Tam Coc. Da es in der Unterkunft Roller zum Mieten gibt, war es für uns kein Problem, alle unsere Ziele zu erreichen! :)

La chambre avait une belle vue sur les montagnes, la climatisation était fonctionnelle et silencieuse. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le mobilier est choisi avec goût. Le lit est très grand. Nous avons pu louer des Scooter directement depuis le logement, 150 000 dongs par Scooter par jour.

Il y a des rideaux sur les fenêtres, mais pas sur la porte vitrée, donc il y a beaucoup de lumière le matin dans la pièce. La piscine n’est pas du tout entretenue, elle était sale autant en surface que dans le fond de l’eau. Le personnel n’est pas souriant, ils ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais, donc c’est très compliqué pour la communication. Il y avait un monsieur le premier soir qui faisait que de nous regarder avec insistance, c’était vraiment très désagréable, même quand on montait dans notre chambre à l’étage, on le voyait regarder notre fenêtre du logement. On a jamais su pourquoi il regardait comme ça… ça nous a pas du tout mis à l’aise.

Dette er et fantatisk homestay, hvor man får god valuta for pengene. Familien som bor her tar deg godt i mot, og du føler deg som hjemme. Rent og ryddig. Helt nydelig!

Vær oppmerksom på beliggenheten, som er litt utenfor sentale områder. Men du kan låne scooter!

I booked the triple room even though I was on my own because that room has a lot of windows. It looks right out over the rice fields so the view was great. Really worth getting that room just for that. The family were lovely. Pool was good. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out.

Decent stay in the family room ... had an electricity failure which was not fixed promptly but other than that had a comfortable stay .. pool was well-maintained

Good place for long stays and also interestimg as manny guest are Vietnamies. They where hapoy to take care of our lougage amd us to stay for 3 hours in the evening until our train departyre

The family did a great job of making us feel welcome. The food they cooked for us was great. And the accommodations were nice. The beds are softer which is nice as a westerner not used to Vietnamese beds. Also all their pricing was very reasonable.

The room is quite large and equipped with almost everything you need for your stay. There's also a huge windows looking out to the rice field which is very nice. They also provide us motorcycle rental service so we can just rent there and drive around to visit the city of Ninh Binh effortlessly. The staff is nice and very helpful.

The AC cannot warm up the room completely as there is a lot of space to covered and it is not powerful enough to handle such load. You might feel cold during your sleep if you travel to Ninh Binh during winter period. The hot water is not guaranteed, we ran out of hot water while showering and it was not pleasant.

Price (420vnd) was convenient, room is spacious and bed is large and very comfortable. Girl at checking was friendly and helpful. We could sleep well.

I started to fill the bath and could reach 5cm before hot water ran off. Bath is useless, I couldn't even shower, but I guess it looks good on the pictures. We had breakfast included but the two women in the morning were not informed. Apparently there is no set breakfast, but told us to choose 1 toast each (cheapest options 30vnd) from the menu, no drinks included. It took 40' for them to prepare one toast and one "waffle", two coffees and 1 juice (very poor cooking) and they charged us for it 90vnd. Not clear what they charged. No bath and no breakfast, sleep and run away

The staff were super friendly and very attentive. We booked a motorbike with them and also they did offer laundry service. All very reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful on booking tours, pre ordering taxis and organising bikes for us.

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the greatest, but the lady did clean it again for us. The light in the hallway didn’t get turned off until after midnight, which with frosted doors kept us awake, and allowed lots of bugs to come into the hallway then into our room.

This homestay was perfect! The room was the biggest we've had so far with an incredible view. Amazing location being in the middle of all kinds of different activities, and the homestay provides their own motorbike rental, too. The food was delicious and the swimming pool was never cold. A special thanks to the owners Mr Giang Va and Mrs Thu Thao for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time here.

Staff were so lovely and always helpful. Provided us info on local tours so we were able to do Trang An with them. They provided us a taxi driver number who we used throughout the duration of our stay. Extremely lovely area and very handy to rent a scooter from the homestay to head into Ninh Binh or Tam Coc. Food is also delicious here and they were very kind to let us have a late checkout as we had a train to Da Nang in the evening. The rooms are also lovely and have everything you will need during your stay!! Well worth the price and would highly recommend.

The staff/family who was managing the property were so accommodating and helpful during the stay. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for us. The property was the same in the picture and it had a very nice view of mountains and the rice fields. The location was also perfect for us because it was away from the crowd but everything is also accessible with motorbike/scooter. If I come back to Ninh Binh, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.

Everything was just great - the hotel, food, a motorcycle rental, and organized transportation. Super supportive Host and Owner. We felt very taken care of! All is very clean and in good quality.

Messy place You supposed to have breakfast then its a hassle to get it , and when you do she brings you a tiny plate of egg rice thats it. We rented a scooter for 2 days she tried to make me pay 3 days cause it was 1 afternoon , a full day then a morning. I paid 150 first afternoon 150 second day and 100 the last morning so i said no the first afternoon should be the same price . She was like you kept the key? Anyway..barely speak few words of english. The room had hairs all over the floor. A messy local group came for a night and took over the place. The pool isnt taken care of.

Run by a lovely family who were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Very happy to stay here, it’s a little outside themain area but I had a scooter so it was very nice to stay in a quiet area rather than surrounding by noise and tourist.

You feel at home everyone here is family when you walk through the gate. Best place I stay💙

Room was nice and bed was pretty comfortable, the pool was great.

The shower drain in the bathroom didn’t drain well. It’s a bit outside the city so there wasn’t much to do in walking distance.

Very nice view, spacious and clean rooms in a quiet area. the family is very sweet also. Few kilometers from city center in a nice local area. They do rent out motorbikes and the roads are quiet. More local experience than the city hotels and resorts which is a big plus. We absolute recommend.
