The building works can’t be helped but the hotel will benefit from that being over. The coffee capsules in the room are great but no milk please add milk capsules

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. Balcony and patio so quant and nice to relax in. Staff was very friendly.

Tastefullly decorated , spacious rooms and ground floor space had plenty of areas to sit in communal areas , very friendly helpful staff

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very well located, at calm narrow street a bit away from night facilities. Stylish and well decorated state of the art rooms, modern interior.. the designer who worked over hard might have received some award for his job. The one who wants to try something really different and unusual will be totally satisfied. Cleaning service - excellent.

The variety of breakfast was far below than expected and should have been much larger at this hotel.level. You basically have to search what to eat and poor you if you are later than others. Besides ladies at service start loosing control of the situation if there are more than 8-10 people at once. Nevertheless everything is quite delicious including coffee. Bed in the room - in case of double bed it has to be minimum 1.8m, not those 1.4-1.5 we got in our apartments. Air conditioning was bringing too much noise in the room ( why those air conditioners are so loud these days everywhere? ) we were hoping this wouldn't be a problem in Nolia but we were wrong. The system has to be adjusted so that once desired temperature in the room is reached the unit is stopped whereas it had been working all night long.

Initially put in a room without functioning air conditioning and a flooding shower pan.

The staff were amazing, the location is excellent and the rooms had everything needed.

Breakfast was a little slow, we appreciate it was busy however most mornings we attended for breakfast the breakfast bar was empty.

One minor issue was that only small hand towels were provided rather than normal sized towels. Made showering more difficult!

Excellent location on a relatively quiet road right in the middle of town close to many sights. The room positioned at the rear to a courtyard meant it was very quiet even with window wide open at night. Interior of hotel modern,tasteful, very clean. Excellent shower .

Great location to the city center. The staff was super friendly and attentive. João the manager, is awesome, as well as his assistant Bianca. The rooms are impressive, and the breakfast is made to order.

Ubicación excelente, céntrica pero en una calle tranquila. El personal, amabilísimo, sobre todo Joao (Recepción). Nos gustó todo, la limpieza, la decoración y el espacio en la habitación. El patio está muy bien para desayunar. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

El plato de ducha resbala, peligroso cuando viajas con una persona mayor, como era mi caso. Pero lo solucionaron de inmediato colocando una alfombrilla antideslizante. La luz del espejo del baño un poco escasa, complicado maquillarse

Super Ausgangspunkt um Porto zu entdecken.Sehr sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick Richtung Stadt.Sehr freundlicher sympathischer Herr an der Rezeption.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Die Fotos online entsprechen der Realität.Schönes Frühstück. Wir empfehlen Nolia Boutique Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Das indirekte Licht über der Tür glaube von der Lüftung oder Klimaanlage war mir etwas zu hell im Zimmer.Wenn man es gerne dunkler zum schlafen mag stört es etwas. Die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstückservice wirkten etwas unstrukturiert und unsicher im Umgang mit den Gästen. Mir fehlte da etwas die Herzlichkeit und Freude gegenüber dem Gast.

The location, the style of the hotel and the well equipped room. The stars of the show are definitely the staff who were so helpful, friendly and generally lovely.

I didn’t really dislike anything, but for me a bit brighter lighting in the bathroom (applying makeup) would be great.

Fabulous location and staff amazing! The welcome glass of port was such a lovely check in gesture. Rooms had everything you wanted and the designs and little extras amazing. Best boutique hotel I have stayed in for a long time with lovely outdoor terrace, small but lovely. Faultless! Just a few mins away from main Porto streets but lovely shops and restaurants locally away from the noise.

Only very very tiny improvement would be more fresh fruit for breakfast

Por decir algo, si te toca en la última planta de arriba tienes que subir por las escaleras. Nosotros no llevábamos maletas y no tenemos problemas de movilidad.

Our room was very good and spacious with a large bathroom, separate WC and Shower although the lighting in these rooms was a little dim. Good choice on the TV as well. Excellent breakfast with a choice of eggs cooked for you and a food spread and choice of other cheeses, meats and fruit. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The general design of the hotel wis very clever featuring modern design within the old fabric. Location was excellent. When we return to Porto in the future we hope to be able to return to the Nolia Hotel.

The initial morning there were mistakes in taking our order and delays in getting our cooked food to us. Lighting in the toilet and shower rooms, although this is very much personal choice.

Very nice room and great location in the centre. After staying here we went to the Duoro valley and when we got back to Porto we stayed in a different hotel that I had already booked. It was twice the price of this one as not as nice (!) We slept really well in the big comfy bed here. Our room was also very quiet and lovely. The breakfast was good too!!

Nothing. Although it's more a hotel for exploring the city. It has a courtyard and communal places to hang out, but it's not a hotel with a pool, spa etc. I'd say this hotel is ideal for a city break!!

Hôtel situé au coeur du centre historique. Monuments principaux cathédrale, pont Luis 1...à quelques minutes à pied. Tous commerces, bars et restaurants, Ribeira, Douro, Gaia... Accueil chaleureux avec dégustation de Porto. Hôtel rénové luxueusement avec décoration raffinée. Tout est propre et moderne et calme, joli salon bibliothèque. Literie très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une salle très agréable.

Super clean and loved the decor in room and throughout the hotel. Room was really specious and the shower was excellent. Who knew I needed a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling - brilliant! The soundproofing was wonderful, you could hear a pin drop at night. The perfect location too. We were very happy as soon as we arrived.

We struggled a bit with the pillows but still slept well enough throughout the trip.

Czekając na check out i taksówkę poprosiłam o kawę (za którą chciałam zapłacić) - personel zachował się bardzo lekceważąco, a w zasadzie arogancko. Tak przekreślili całe moje dobre doświadczenie z hotelem. Za tydzień wracam do Porto, ale już na pewno nie skorzystam.

Posizione moltostrategica a 3 minutidalla metro e dalla stazione, stanze molto funzionali e ben organizzate.

Insonorizzazione non perfetta, alcune clienti americane hanno preso il cortile interno come una loro dependance ridendo e urlando,, la ragazza della reception è subito intervenuta dopo mia segnalazione. La colazione buona ma avrei preferito avere più opzioni.

Wij hadden ontbijt maar moesten al vroeg weg ivm de vlucht. We kregen ontbijt to go, wat voor de kosten wel een karig ontbijt was.

The property was spacious and clean, very much new.

The fact that housekeeping sometimes would forget to give towels, lotions and soaps on some days. The AC breaking down a couple of times during my stay there which proved to be quite difficult for me

Super hyggeligt lille hotel, som er helt nyt og lækkert. Dejligt stort værelse med egen lille balkon. Fin morgenmad, som var lige tilpas. Man skulle dog spørge efter juice ellers fik man ikke noget. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til attraktioner og spisesteder.

Prachtig modern/nieuw hotel met ruime schone kamers in een super leuke wijk met vriendelijk personeel

Nella nostra camera c’era un odore terribile che arrivava dal bagno e il water si muoveva

Bereits bei Ankunft wurde ich äusserst herzlich vom Personal in einem wunderschön ästhetisch eingerichteten Hotel, eingebettet in einem alten Haus mit tollem Innenhof, begrüsst. Während meines Aufenthalts unterstützte mich das Personal stets grosszügig in sämtlichen Belangen. Die Lage des Hotels ist inmitten der Stadt, zentral in alle Richtungen. Die Zimmer bieten einen hohen Komfort, sind stylisch, geräumig, sauber und sehr ruhig, feines und vielseitiges Frühstück- ich verbrachte herrliche Tage und Nächte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es gibt nichts, das mir nicht gefallen hat.
