Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Tutto secondo aspettativa, il soggiorno è stato ok, stanza grande e pulita, personale molto tranquillo e disponibile, colazione buona e abbondante, non avendola nel costo della stanza l'ho pagata a parte 15 euro, forse un pò eccessivo, ma era davvero buona e abbondante e con varietà di dolce e salato. Grazie dell'ospitalità.
Tutto perfetto, nessuna nota negativa.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026positive: convenient location, close to metro, ceiro grocery store(organic groceries)2 blocks, very helpfull staff, healthy and not healthy food choices at full breakfast, well maintained building, reasonably clean bathtab, one matrace was stiff and comfy, another one does have some ‘springs through’ feeling, comfy pillows, reasonably quite (good isolation on windows)when windows closed, many small restaurants and cafe around (mostly closed by7:30-8pm) when you decide to choose this place you might need to consider some cons of this hotel: very tiny room, very busy street during rush hours, furniture is so tiny and low(like child’s of 7 years old( not possible to fit normal ones as room is really tiny), floor was so dirty that i had to use towell to wipe it - dark black!!!…room has strong smell of moldy ac( good that i can open top of window to fresh air, towels feels like 20 years old( very clean though). i don’t feel it is 4 stars hotel- at best it is 3 stars hotel and could be in range of overall design as ihg( holiday inns ) however rooms at holiday ins are twice bigger and furniture is suited for adults. the price-wise this hotel seems way overpriced and overrated on booking.com or expedia .

Cheguei muito cedo e tive que esperar muito para dar entrada ao quarto, embora presenciasse diversos hospedes saindo. Alegavam que a limpeza do quarto demandaria mais tempo.Estava disposto a pagar para uma antecipação pois estava exausto.

Toller Schminkspiegel im Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Metro direkt gegenüber. Einkaufszentrum und diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La habitación que nos tocó nos dio muy buena impresión. Cama cómoda y baño completo y limpio. Su ubicación está en muy buen barrio pero no cerca del centro y sitios de interés. El desayuno fue completo y muy muy variado. Muy tranquilo.
Cuidado si vas en un 4x4 porque el acceso al garaje es estrecho y tiene una curva muy pronunciada que sí luego no te cabe en ningún aparcamiento la salida es de marcha a tras.

Le confort de la chambre ensuite, exceptionnel ! La petite bouteille d'eau quotidienne, une délicate attention. Le petit-déjeuner très complet enfin, c'était très bien !
Le parking un peu étroit d'accès, mais ça fait largement le job !

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Personal war stets überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr modern und ordentlich – das Bett war super bequem. Für uns war das Hotel bezüglich der Lage sehr gut geeignet, mit der METRO erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Stationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das Frühstück bietet weniger Optionen für Vegetarier und Veganer. Insgesamt wäre es schön, wenn es tageweise etwas Variation geben würde. Ansonsten hat uns das Frühstück aber gut gefallen - die Qualität war immer frisch und gut :)

The floor of the room is dirty. It was not mopped or vacuumed. Many tiny debris all over, which could not be seen by eyes , but you could see them by wiping with tissue.

Hotel Príncipe Ávila w Lizbonie to naprawdę świetne miejsce na pobyt! ❤️ Hotel jest nowoczesny, świeży, bardzo czysty i pięknie pachnie już od samego wejścia. Pokoje są komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone, a nam absolutnie niczego nie brakowało. Ogromny plus za przemiłą i pomocną obsługę, która od początku była bardzo sympatyczna. Śniadania były smaczne i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Największym atutem jest jednak lokalizacja. Metro São Sebastião znajduje się dosłownie przy hotelu, więc zwiedzanie Lizbony jest bardzo wygodne, a do wielu miejsc można szybko i łatwo dojechać. Bardzo udany pobyt i hotel, który zdecydowanie możemy polecić. Gdybyśmy wrócili do Lizbony, z przyjemnością zatrzymalibyśmy się tutaj ponownie! 🇵🇹❤️

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς το μετρο είναι ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο βολικό για κέντρο και απο-προς αεροδρόμιο. Τέλος, το προσωπικό φιλικό και ευχάριστο.

Das Hotelpersonal ist nicht sehr aufmerksam und könnte auch freundlicher sein. Wenn man das Hotel betritt hält es an der Rezeption keine für notwendig die Gäste zu begrüßen. Beim Frühstück werden die Teller lautstark abgeräumt sodass es keine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft.

Die Lage ist top. Direkt bei der U-Bahn-Station San Sebastiao, so kommt man easy vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Die Gegend ist super sicher und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab täglich eine neue Flasche Wasser for free. Die Bäder sind neu und sehr sauber. Top Wahl :)

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Byl to můj třetí nebo čtvrtý pobyt v tomto hotelu, což samo o sobě svědčí o tom, že jej hodnotím výrazně pozitivně. Lokalita je vhodná pro ty, kdo se chtějí dostat na hotel jednoduše z letiště metrem. Výstup z červené linky metra, která začíná na letišti, je doslova před hotelem. Na stejné lince je i autobusové nádraží Oriente, odkud odjíždějí některé regionální i dálkové spoje. Kromě toho je stanice u hotelu i součástí modré linky metra, která jede do centra či na další autobusové nádraží Sete Rios. Poblíž je velké nákupní centrum.
V podstatě všechno bylo OK.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The room was very accommodating and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful and the Hotel was located away from the high density tourist areas, which suited us. There was a very good shopping centre 4 minutes walk away and taking just a short stroll down the beautifully shaded street presented us with many wonderful dining venues. The staff at the Hotel were extremely nice and we were impressed that they assisted us with our luggage out to the taxi on our departure. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
There was nothing that we did not like about our stay.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Zimmer nicht groß, aber sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ansprechendem Ambiente. Freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage in schöner, grüner Straße. Direkt an der Metro, super Verbindung zu Innenstadt und Flughafen.
Bedingt durch die Stadtlage kein Außenbereich.

Leider wurde, der schon vorab bei der Buchung erfragten Bitte nicht nachgekommen. Da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für mein Sohn war, hatte ich gefragt, ob wir in einer höheren Etage ein Zimmer erhalten. Beim Check in bei Nachfrage hieß es am nächsten Morgen versuchen wir es. Danach wurde es einfach übergangen. Finde ich da kann man besser auf den Kunden eingehen und dem Kunden am nächsten Morgen Bescheid geben.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Habitación cómoda, botella de agua todos los días es un detalle. Desayuno variado, quiza faltaba reponer cuando se terminaba pero bien. La atención del personal fenomenal.
Garaje súper estrecho para acceder con mucha curva y esquinas, deberían avisarlo en recepción ya que se paga por aparcar con riesgos de golpear el coche. Leí que tenía una ubicación excelente pero no es así, para ir al centro hay que andar bastante. Tiene boca de metro justo enfrente pero hay que andar pir debajo mucho para llegar a la línea azul.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Die Lage ist ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Linie vom Flughafen Das Einkaufszentrum El Corte Ingles ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Loved the unexpected gift of a deluxe suit at 9/9 floor with a huge terrace and a large room - felt like home! Comfortable, spacious and modern design of the interior did a very nice impression for our stay. AC was very helpful in the hot days. 2 elevators made the traveling up/down quick and with no congestion. Breakfast was very tasty also, was amazed to see pancake-making robot! Metro entry/exit was just around the corner, so going out and using metro was extremely convenient. The overall place was quiet, I guess soundproofing was also very good. Anyway, this accommodation was better than I anticipated, thanks to this hotel! Bonus - since the flight was at the evening, the staff was very kind to let us leave luggage at the reception.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026조식 맛있어요👍👍 물도 잘나오고 전체적으로 엄청 깔끔하고 직원분들 계속 상주하고 있습니다. 몰랐는데 주변이 부촌이래요..! 밤 11시에 걸어다녀도 위험한 사람 하나 없고 도로가 조용하고 깨끗해요. 근처에 엄청 큰 공원이 있고 근처에 있는 역(sao bastian)은 공항으로 바로 가는 지하철이라 공항에서 접근성이 매우 좋습니다 ☺️ 저희는 안가봤지만 근처에 백화점도 있고 걸어서 10분 거리에 맛집들도 있어요. 에어컨 빵빵하게 잘나오고 침대 푹신하고 객실 넓고 침대 옆마다 콘센트 있어서 폰 붙잡고 자는 현대인에게 딱이에요 💓
지하철/버스 이동 시 돌로 된 길을 캐리어 끌고 가셔야해요. 호시우 광장, 산타루시아 전망대 등 주요 관광지에서는 거리가 좀 있지만 버스 타고 20-30분 정도 가면 되긴해서 이 부분은 관광객 여행 스타일에 따라 선택하시면 될 듯합니다. 오히려 graca 지역 쪽부터 가기에는 바이샤보다 여기가 더 위치가 나을 듯요..! 저는 동행인이 포르투갈에서 묵은 3군데 숙소 중 여기가 제일 좋았다고 했어요. 출국 전 하루 묵는 일정이라 여기로 선택했는데 공항 가기도 편하고 진짜 좋았어요✨🩷💓 근처에 유명한 브런치 가게 있는데 거기보다 여기 조식이 더 맛있어요👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ongeveer 15 minuten met taxi naar Lissabon centrum. Kleine parkeergarage onder het hotel, deze is niet geschikt voor grote auto's. Dit wordt ook netjes gecommuniceerd. Parkeren €15 Ontbijt is ruim
