De 2 personeels medewerkers deden zeker hun best en waren vriendelijke, toch merk je dat er geen leidinggevende is. Kwaliteit/prijs is het veel te duur. Eer we konden douchen, moesten we minstens 15 min het water laten lopen voor lauw water te hebben. Koffie en water is te betalen, niets voorzien op kamers of in de gedeelde zitruimte.

Telefonámos para o contacto antes de fazermos o check in e não fomos atendidos. A porta nosso quarto (8) apresenta um erro de construção grave pois a caixilharia é demasiado estreita para suportar o puxador da porta, o que provocou uma ferida na mão (dedo) ao fechar a mesma. Os puxadores deviam ser longitudinais e não de “bola”.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026De locatie is perfect. Dichtbij het historische centrum maar ook heel dichtbij de vele restaurants. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker! Doordat het heel warm was tijdens ons verblijf, was het zwembad een pluspunt!! De kamer was zeer ruim en comfortabel. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Having made a last minute decision to visit Silves for the medieval festival, we managed to book the last room in this guest house. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown our room. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, with air-con and there was even a small pool. Very refreshing! The breakfast was exceptionally good serving cooked foods along with the usual cold staples and strawberry overnight oats. I’m so annoyed we forgot to ask the girls name because she was so kind and helpful. Thank you! Would highly recommend and we hope to return one day.

Falha na limpeza da zona de duche do WC,concretamente sujidade acumulada nas paredes e junto à base do duche, eu mesmo limpei com um pano de limpeza esquecido na escadaria do quarto. #1 com Mezanine tem a melhorar entrada de luz no quarto, colocação de portadas para quem não gosta de acordar com o Sol, bem como AC para a zona da Mezanine, a ventoinha é ruidoso. Zona da Piscina com relva seca, leia se :palha, já há soluções de qualidade de relva sintética, solução amiga do ambiente e amiga da limpeza da piscina que claro estava suja de relva seca, também faltam chapéus de Sol.

Staff are friendly, the whole place is exceptionally clean and beautiful- see images, just a perfect stop and could have stayed longer for sure.. Massive Lidl 5-10 minutes walk will have anything you need. Would highly recommend.

The price–quality ratio was disappointing. At more than €200 per room per night, we expected a little more comfort and luxury, such as a seating area in the room, fresh fruit at breakfast, and slightly larger rooms. The rooms felt quite basic for the price.

Poucos hóspedes então foi muito mais tranquilo que ficar em um hotel, inclusive conseguimos ter a piscina só para nós no período da tarde. Pequeno almoço excelente. Decoração lindíssima e super confortável. Ficamos em um quarto mesmo em frente à piscina o que foi incrível. Foi tudo maravilhoso!

We were not aware that it was self check in after 5pm. The room was spotless, but smaller than expected. There was no space for chairs in the room. The lighting in the communal area was too poor to read by. There were facilities to make tea and coffee in the communal area, for which there was an honesty box of €2. Seeing that the room was €134 for a double, that seemed a bit mean. This was the most expensive room outside Lisbon that we stayed in, but it lived not up to our expectations.

Silves touts a lot of about its historical places of interests but we found the information about their past history especially the Islamic part of it (we are Muslims so that sort of explain our interest) a little lacking. But we still very much enjoyed our stay there.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Es gibt keine Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe.. Man hat bei Anreise Probleme, das Gepäck auszuladen. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Dadurch dass das Bett direkt unmittelbar vor Terrassenfenster Richtung Pool steht (geht nicht anders), kann jeder vor allem Abends direkt reinschauen, vor allem, wenn innen die Beleuchtung an ist. Dann muss man sich zurammeln.

En nuestro caso viajábamos con un bebé y estuvieron atentos en todo momento para facilitarnos la estancia: evitar escaleras, trona en el desayuno, calentar leche para el bebé... La ubicación es estupenda para conocer los puntos de interés de Silves a pie. El desayuno y las zonas comunes están realmente bien.

Smaakvol compact buitenzwembad Van föhn tot shampoo & conditoner en wat dacht je van een schoenlepel? Nog nooit eerder gezien in een hotelkamer. Ontbijt ook perfect en heel aardige beheerder die alle tijd had voor een gezellig gesprek. Aanrader !

Reviewed Jun 18, 2025Lovely stay at the guesthouse. The staff are absolutely brilliant and a testament to the hotel, they could not be more accommodating to us. It was a lovely hotel to stay in. The only slight downside for us was that noise seemed to carry into our room from the dining area and kitchen. We were situated directly opposite from this area but nonetheless it was only a small matter that we could cope with. All in all, it was a great stay for us, in a great location and I would definitely recommend to others.

Once inside the room, another steep staircase from main level up to bedroom. Room layout is poor. Very small loveseat stuck against wall, makes watching tv difficult. Overall poor design. Staff was friendly, included breakfast was fair, nothing special. Check out at 11AM seems rigid for this type of property seems unfriendly. When I asked for extension I was brushed off with a quick no, although was offered the opportunity to hang out in common area. I can’t recommend. Price is high for a somewhat mediocre accommodation. Sorry.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2024Beautiful property! Don't be mislead by some of the surrounding buildings that are a bit of disrepair. You walk through the doors into a beautiful, modern guest house. Racquel, the manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the public area (living room, dining room, pool area). They even have an "Honesty Bar" where guests can help themselves to wine and mark down what they have. The place is immaculate Walking distance to many restuarants and attractions. Highly reccommend!!
