Very polite staff, very helpful, despite being a bit far from the city center, the metro is right in the corner. Very clean and organised hotel, would stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay at M’AR De AR Auria! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The common areas were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

The room was a little tight, but since we were only staying for one night, we really didn’t mind. We didn’t need to fully unpack, so it worked perfectly fine for our short stay.

Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer - wir konnten nicht mal unsere Koffer richtig aufmachen. Die Dusche war auch so klein, dass wir uns bücken mussten während der Dusche und außerdem ist uns die Armatur einmal sogar entgegen gekommen, als wir den Duschkopf wieder aufhängen wollten. Die Tür an der Dusche war auch nicht heile sondern hing nur an einer Schraube. Ansonsten war es auch nicht allzu sauber und das Personal wirkte bis auf eine Dame eher lustlos. Für eine Nacht war es ok, wir würden das Hotel aber nicht weiterempfehlen oder nochmal wiederkommen.

The bathroom is a little small and there was a strange periodic noise at night either from the air conditioner or some piping. I forgot to bring it up with the hotel though. I am sure they would have addressed it.

Buona posizione vicino al centro di Lisbona. In realtà a noi interessava avere un parcheggio vicino perchè avevamo con noi la macchina quindi abbiamo cercato hotel vicino a un parcheggio conveniente e abbiamo trovato questo hotel vicino al parcheggio Alameda. Hotel vicino la fermata della metro, molto utile per raggiungere il centro. La zona comunque sembrava abbastanza tranquilla la sera. La camera era grande il giusto, con un bell'affaccio sulla strada. La colazione era varia sia nel dolce che nel salato, si poteva fare anche fuori all'aperto nella terrazza. Addetti alla reception sempre disponibili

L'accueil était incroyable, mes enfants et moi avons été très bien accueillis, l'agent d'accueil parlait un peu le français, c'était agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre, le ménage et nettoyage était fait tous les jours, Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'emplacement de l'hôtel : impeccable, des commerces à proximité comme lidl, continent, auchan, des restaurants et bonus: le métro est à peine à 10 min.

The staff here is phenomenal. I stayed here for about 2.5 weeks this summer and the staff was exceptional the entire time. From the free lobby popcorn, to the luggage storage, to watching FIFA with me one night in early July— they are kind and caring and professional. Great location and beautiful remodel.

Love the location, the breakfast is solid and the outdoor seating area was nice.

Everything worked properly and the bed was super clean and comfortable. 24 hr front desk with very friendly and competent staff. Nice full buffet breakfast with pleasant indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy them. Very quiet. Working elevator. Amazing value.

A acústica do quarto foi a pior parte, pois ouviam-se muitos barulhos desde cedo e acabei por acordar e já não dormir mais devido ao barulho. Acredito que isso varie de acordo com a localização dos quartos.

Achei excelente, nos deram um upgrade de quarto, a localização é muito boa, fica a uns 700 metros da estação de metrô que vai pro centro, mas se preferir, Uber e bolt são bem acessíveis... Café da manhã muito bom mesmo. Tem uma sorveteria logo abaixo e uns 4 mercados nas redondezas...

Wir wollten während unseres Urlaubs an der Algarve einen Ausflug nach Lissabon unternehmen und haben uns für dieses kleine Hotel entschieden, damit sich die lange Anreise lohnt. Das Haus ist für diesen Zweck ideal gelegen, da es sich bei vergleichsweise ruhiger aber zentraler Lage zwischen zwei Metrostationen unterschiedlicher Linien befindet mit Anbindung zum zentralen Bahnhof und ins touristische Zentrum, vom Saldahna Platz fährt außerdem ein Bus nach Belem.Gute Infrastruktur mit Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten etc. Das Zimmer war modern und zeitgemäß in hellen Farben eingerichtet, dabei sehr gemütlich. Sehr gutes Bett, das hätte ich mir für unsere Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft an dr Küste auch sehr gewünscht....:-) Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber, wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Da wir vor der Check-In-Zeit ankamen, bot man uns an, unser Gepäck für uns wegzuschließen, damit wir uns schon mal die Gegend ansehen konnten. Über den Tag stehen in der Lobby eine Popcornmaschine und ein paar Snacks kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Auch, wenn wir dies nicht genutzt haben, es war doch sehr schön, auf dieses kleine Extra aufmerksam gemacht worden zu sein und trug dazu bei, sich sofort wohl zu fühlen.. Obwohl es sich um ein eher kleines Haus handelt standen zum Frühstück pflanzliche Milch und Joghurt bereit, das war war wunderbar!

fiquei extremamente desiludido com a minha estadia, mais especificamente com o facto do meu pequeno almoço não estar incluido apesar de ter feito triagem no booking para alojamentos apenas com pequeno almoço incluído. Senti-me enganado pelo booking e sua estratégia de promoção enganosa. Quanto ao pequeno-almoço achei que o mesmo poderia ter uma maior diversidade, nomeadamente no que diz respeito a frutas, ovos mexidos. Por outro lado achei que não faz sentido ter copos tão pequenos para sumos ou água.

Chegamos bem cedo e fomos muito bem recepcionados. Posteriormente outro recepcionista nos deu ótimas dicas e orientações. Todos muito simpáticos. O Hotel tem uma localização excelente, próximo ao Aeroporto (Levamos 8 minutos) e bem próximo a estação do metrô. O quarto era amplo, bem limpo e tudo bem organizado. O pessoal da limpeza realiza um bom trabalho. Em resumo: recomendo o Hotel.

Apesar de termos reservado quartos com os mesmos valores, o segundo quarto era bem pequeno, o banheiro também. A pia vazava água para o chão e o box do banho não possuia local de apoio de shampoo ou sabonete.

Rumorosissime, nella camera 203 era quasi impossibile dormire se nella camera al piano superiore qualcuno cammina. Il pavimento scricchiolava pesantemente e non si riusciva a ignorare, pure con i tappi. Per 2 volte ho chiesto allo staff se fosse stato possibile trovare soluzioni alternative, ma hanno per 2 volte rimandato la cosa sino alla notte de 2 giorno in cui a mezzanotte sono dovuto riscendere per chiedere allo staff di intervenire. Il rumore era documentato da video che lo staff stesso ha visto e poi sono venuti di persona in camera per sentire. Ci hanno fatto fare il cambio stanza ma ci hanno dato una camera con finestra che affacciava sul tunnel di servizio utilizzato per alloggio per le macchine dei condizionatori. Non era possibile cambiare aria (un caldo infernale), un rumore costante di macchine di aria condizionata, non arrivava luce (una leggera penombra). Aria condizionata in camera rumorosa che punta davanti al letto, impossibile dormire senza visto il caldo nella camera. Sconsiglio fortemente stanza 203 e 205 Nonostante il disagio evidente e piu volte manifestato, avrebbero potuto almeno fare un gesto per mostrare comprensione ( l hotel era pieno a detta loro), ma non hanno fatto nulla. Alla fime dei conti abbiamo pagato per una camera superior vista citta e ci siamo ritrovati in un loculo con finestra cieca dal caldo infernale Un incubo, la cosa piu bella di questo soggiorno e’ stato andare via dall hotel. Peccato. Prima volta in 15 anni di viaggi

The breakfast was very good and had a reasonable price. The rooms and bathroom were overall clean. The hotel offered free water, popcorns and fruit.

The key cards to the rooms had some issues, as sometimes they had to be inserted in the designated socket multiple times before they actually opened the door.

Estaba muy limpio, el desayuno estaba muy bien y la fruta que dejan gratis, es un extra.

El baño del último piso tiene el techo inclinado y hay que agacharse un poco cuando uno está adentro

The receptionists were great and very friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Shampoo, soap, and body lotion were provided in the bathroom. Coffee, tea, and water were available at any time, and guests could also enjoy complimentary popcorn and fresh fruit. The location was great, close to the metro station, and grocery stores were just a short walk away. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but it looked quite good. We were also allowed to use the terrace during breakfast hours. A small gym is available.

The hotel has been renovated, but the work was not done to a high standard, which was disappointing.

La atención es muy buena, siempre están pendientes de ti y me gusta que puedes comprar desayuno buffet. Se adaptan a tu idioma y están todo el tiempo mirando que pueden hacer por ti, definitivamente es de las cosas que más valoramos. Además con la ubicación, es un barrio muy seguro y bonito definitivamente no podríamos haber elegido mejor !!! si vuelvo a Lisboa sin dudarlo volveré a este Hotel. También tienen palomitas, frutas y café gratis todo el día y noche. La atención de todos los que trabajan allí es excelente, de verdad se nota que les gusta su trabajo y tienen ese don ❤️

Lo único fue que una noche de las tres que estuvimos no limpiaron la habitación, pero no pasa nada, no le tomamos importancia!! Es algo menor

Everything was absolutely fantastic! We’re doing a eurotrip and hopping hostels every day and this one was by far our best experience so far! Silviu, the front desk is the friendliest and most professional front desk I’ve come across. I travel a lot and stay all over the world and this really says a lot about how well he does his job! We will definitely be back at this hotel!

É a segunda vez que me hospedo lá..A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. O prédio é todo revestido com azulejos portugueses, o que dá um ar vintage.. Só que internamente é elegante, moderno e todo.o espaço muito bem aproveitado, com bom gosto. Todo staff muito gentil e extremamente profissional..No dia do checkout não teria acesso ao pequeno almoço, porque teria que sair muito cedo para o aeroporto..Foi feita uma refeição in box para que não saísse em jejum.. São detalhes que fidelizam. Super recomendo!
