Algo de insonorización. Zona de bares por la noche y se oían muchos gritos y ruidos de cristales y golpes. Nada relacionado con el establecimiento.

Tendo em conta , o preço cobrado por uma estadia de uma noite, creio que o apartamento poderia estar com a manutenção em dia. O apartamento tem várias paredes com fissuras grandes e visíveis, tinta a descascar. Existem claros problemas de escoamento de água no chuveiro. Mesmo fechando a cabine do duche, a água sai, molha o chão e demora muito a escoar. A decoração é bonita e a cama bastante confortável, mas visto o preço cobrado, esperava um melhor aspecto ( que não coincide com as fotos, tendo em conta as fissuras e a tinta a descascar visivelmente em várias paredes do apartamento) .

In bagno andrebbe aggiunta una mensola o qualcosa per rendere più comodo l’uso. In più sarebbe carino far trovare una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo o due cialde del caffè, visto che c’era la macchinetta del caffè ma non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Lejligheden lå på toppen af bakken ved udsigtspunkt, vi boede øverst på 5 sal, så havde flot udsigt fra 2 altaner. Kabelbanen Gloria er ude af drift pga. ulykke. Så det var ærgerligt vi ikke kunne benytte den. Der var i stedet indsat bus. Vi have 8 overnatninger. 2 gange fik vi skiftet sengelinned og håndklæder. Rengøring, fik mere wc papir, opvasken var taget. Affald var smidt væk. Ny ovn, ny elkedel, ny kapselmaskine til kaffe.

Der Parkplatz ist 13 Gehminuten entfernt, was bei der Buchung nicht klar wird. Da der Acensor Gloria aktuell nicht betrieben wird, war die Anreise mit zwei Kindern und Gepäck sehr mühsam. Außerdem spricht man in der Anzeige von einem Balkon, es handelt sich aber lediglich um einen französischen Balkon.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Great area, we loved that it was an apartment, so one person could hang out in the living room while another was still asleep. It was great to have a heater, and access through the digital key on your phone was very easy. Overall, it was quiet and nice. If we come back to the area, we would most likely stay here again.
It wasn’t as well cleaned as we expected, the carpet and sofa were dirty. The hairdryer was falling apart and unusable, so I had to ask at the reception for another one. Initially, I was told they most likely didn’t have a replacement, but thankfully they found a new one within 30 minutes. Additionally, it would be great if the room had an iron or a steamer, as well as a separate hair conditioner. They only provided an all-in-one body wash/shampoo, which was a bit frustrating for someone who takes hair care seriously. It’s also hard to find good hair products at a reasonable price in the area, since it’s very tourist-oriented and prices are higher. I would recommend bringing your own.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026La estafa que el establecimiento realizó con nosotros. Despues de pagar la totalidad de parking por los días que ibamos a estar en Lisboa, tuvimos que pagar de nuevo en el parking para poder sacar el coche. En Portugal desconozco el nombre, en España se llama ESTAFA

Posizione scomoda da raggiungere dal centro: tante tante scale o salite ripide. Inoltre in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto via messaggio se ci fosse la possibilità di lasciare il bagagli prima e dopo il check in e mi era stato detto di sì, salvo poi scoprire che i 5 box disponibili erano già tutti pieni.

Unica pecca (ma veramente una minuzia) il leggero odore di chiuso, persistente nonostante abbiamo lasciato aperte le finestre un giorno intero, ma sicuramente questo dettaglio non inficia la valutazione della struttura

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Die Lage ist perfekt - an der Grenze Principe Real/Bairro Alto. Principe Real ist ein gleichzeitig recht grünes wie hippes Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen, exquisiten Läden und tollen Ausblicken in verschiedene Richtungen. Auch eine historische Straßenbahn ist ganz in der Nähe unterwegs. Bairro Alto ist ein Ausgehviertel, das erst am Abend zum Leben erwacht und in dem man auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen hat. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem top gepflegten sanierten Altbau und ist selbst stylish eingerichtet. Trotz des Türcodes gab es eine besetzte Rezeption, die sehr kundenorientiert aufgestellt ist.
Check -in nur vorab digital möglich (mit Scannen des Passes etc.) - mag ich gar nicht! Evtl. kann es nachts etwas laut sein. Das ist vermutlich die Kehrseite der Lage. Wir waren in der Nacht von Halloween auf den 1. November, da war schon einiges los. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört.

Promenadvänligt och god tillgänglighet till lokaltrafik för längre sträckor. Enkelt att checka in och ut, och med möjlighet för väskförvaring i anslutning till vistelsen.
Bokade med frukost, men paketet som levererades till rummet var inte särskilt prisvärt och inte jämförbart med normal hotellfrukost. Boendet var också ganska lyhört vilket störde nattsömnen en del.

Etwas wenig Ablagefläche und Haken im Bad. Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Ausgehviertel von Lissabon, deshalb war es nachts bei offenem Fenster doch ziemlich laut

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The check in took a bit of time because it was a self checking in, but our stay was wonderful overall and no complains at all. The most important thing is that my family was comfortable with our time there including the fact that the hotel is close to transit options and food choices. Will stay on the same hotel if ever will come back to Lisbon again. Thanks

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025The property was clean, maintained, and in walking distance from shopping and dining options. Parking was about a 10min walk away which was ok, but found AC unit difficult to work properly. Overall it was a good experience.
