Reviewed May 20, 2026The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, elegant and airy. They gave us a complimentary breakfast during our stay. There were lots of variety of food choices at the breakfast. It would be more helpful if there are English translations on some of the equipment in the room and around the hotel.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024Just returned from our first stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Huizhou North Railway Station, and it was a memorable experience! 🌟 Room was clean, modern, and comfortable, meeting all expectations. A special shoutout to the amazing front desk team: Ms. Andi Zhong and Ms. 黃一萍 went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we faced an unexpected situation with an eye infection. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Grateful for such exceptional service! We'll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for future visits to Huizhou. 🏨✨ #CustomerService #HiltonGardenInn #TravelExperience

Reviewed Apr 13, 2024Over all it was a very nice place and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend that you speak Chinese and bring hard cash to exchange at the airport. without a offshore account you will not be able to use transportation. The buss is 2 RBM into town and taxis will take cash in RBM.
