Very Friendly and helpfull Staff at Front Desk. Super Apartments with very comfy Bed, nice shower, fully equiped Kitchen, extra Bedroom ( Executive Room) Living room combined with dining table and chairs. Balcony. Spot less clean with a super housekeeping staff. Little Restaurant and Supermarket right at the entrance. Good Breakfast and friendly Staff also. Pool Area and Fitness Room with super view overlooking Jakarta

Le petit déjeuner froid et pas tellement bon. L'espace jeux enfants tres dégradé et désuète. Une odeur désagréable dans les ascenseurs et dans les couloirs. Piscine froide et pas très bien entretenue

Spa needs to be improved

fantastisch uitzicht vanuit het hotelappartement. Lekker zwembad. Zéér vriendelijke personeel. Kamer werd iedere dag keurig schoon gemaakt. Gratis koffie en thee de hele dag door in de lobby verkrijgbaar, naast dat dit ook op de kamer aanwezig was. Kleine winkel in hotel aanwezig met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam en plezierig verblijf.

klein minpuntje, maar uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost; niet standaard een droogrek in het appartement. Dat zou je wel verwachten, daar er een wasmachine, strijkbout en plank wel aanwezig waren. Nadat we hierom hadden gevraagd bij de receptie troffen we het droogrek 2 dagen later in het appartement keurig aan. Top!

The hotel apartment is located in a prime area , but the expectation for the breakfast not to the level I expected .

جميل جدا 3 غرف وصاله بمطبخ حمامين ومطبخ مجهز وحمامات بشطاف الافطار لا يناسب العرب اندنوسي جدا لكن يجهزون البيض حسب الطلب يوفرون اسره اضافيه تضاف بالاستقبال بمبلغ مالي ليست مجانا لان احد الغرف الثلاث كانت صغيره بسرير واحد اعتقدت انها بسريرين الغرفه الماستر بانوراميا جدا زجاج بواجهتين لكن اليتائر لم تحجب الضوء 100 بالمئه ممكن 80 بالمئه حجم السرير كبير جدا الافضل وضغ غطائين كان بحجم السرير الافضل اكبر او اثنين والاروع وجود غساله وتجفيفها رائع لكن لا يوجد صابون توجد بقاله بالفندق فاشتريت ارخص شامبو للغساله ، ليس بعيد عن المطار ممكن 30 دقيقه يوفرون تاكسي خدومين جدا ليس بعيد عن مول كوتا كازبلانكا

Solo nos quedamos 1 noche en este hotel porque teníamos el vuelo de vuelta desde yakarta. Nuestro vuelo era por la noche así que nos dejaron quedarnos todo el día en las instalaciones del hotel aunque el check out fuera a las 12pm. Fueron muy amables!!

I like the overall hospitality of the staff; at the entrance to the lobby, at the reciption desk, and from all staff. The 3-bedroom apartment was amazing, and comfy for a family of 5. I liked the modern design. The TV was good, the rooms were comfertable. The gym was sufficient.

Maybe add more weights to the gym. However, the weights are sufficient for moderate exercise.

No comments as we are comfortable with everything!

Should have a bathrobe and the entrance is always route wrongly via gojek. We had to walk in and up the motorcycle exit slope everytime we come back to the hotel.

Spacious accommodation. Nice pool with view of city. Balcony. Nice masterbedroom. Indomaret in house.

Everything was exceptional! The staff were all helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave luggages before our room was ready and they put our bags in the room before we got there. They even helped my elderly Mum to go to the room by offering wheelchair for ease of access. The apartment was fantastic. We stayed in 3 bedrooms executive. Breathtaking view of Jakarta skylights in the night from our master bedroom and the balcony! Couldn't get enough of the view. Even both of my daughters were fascinated by it. All facilities inside the apartment was complete. From kitchen stuff, body wash, shampoo, washing machine and dryer! All you need to do was just bring yourself in really. The swimming pool was amazing too. Gorgeous view of the city from the rooftop floor. Breakfast was delish! There was alfamart down nearby the reception, outside the back of the building there were many street vendors too. Would definitely come back there when we are in Jakarta.

Everything was clean and great for the location, we slept-in a lot of the time so that created a delay for the cleaners, sorry! :-) We were sad to leave and wish there was a Citadines in Bali where we are heading next! You were that good we compare everywhere we go to you! :-)

متكامل ونظيف كل شي متوفر وسريع في تسجيل الدخول والخروج والموظفون قمة في اللطيف اي طلب تطلبه سريعين التجاوب معك تجربة مميزة واكيد راح اكررها

المولات تبعد مسافه مو بعيده بس اقل شي 15 دقيقه بس مع زحمة جاكرتا الطريق لها اطول

The hotel was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a great variety, the pool was lovely, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout before our late flight. The children's carnival games on Sunday were a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable.

There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy. It would simply be helpful if guests were told at check-in about the convenience shop on the property and where to find the swimming pool.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, genuine kindness, and a sincere commitment to ensuring our comfort. It is god located and clean.

The towels smell like teenspirit.

Room size, room style, view, available appliances, etc. Also, very friendly staff. Nice gym and swimming pool.

I really liked the service and hospitality. The place was clean, quiet, and 20 minutes by grab from most locations, which was convenient. The family was happy about the size of the room, the internet, etc. There is a nice little cafe on the ground floor; I usually go to it at nighttime. Also, the gym is good enough.

Fantastische ruimte, goed internet en hele fijne gym met sauna.

Het restaurant in het pand beneden heeft een allergenen kaart alleen die klopt niet! Zo bevat de kaas geen melk en de tempé en tofu geen soja. Wees dus alert als je allergenen hebt.

لم يعجبني الإفطار مكان ضيق وغير واسع وسوف تنتظر اذا لم يكن شي مكان شاغر الفطور بسيط جدا جدا
