The location was amazing and considering how central it was extremely quiet! Staff were super helpful and very proactive.

My only feedback was the beds aren’t super comfortable but they are fine for a few days. Did appreciate the pillow options though - nice touch

Good location, hotel is very clean, nice and comfortable, handy for local restaurants, bars and clubs, it has a nice rooftop pool with views. Obviously the staff is absolutely wonderful as per usual anywhere in Bali’s decent hotel. Safe, clean, kind stuff and I will be always returning back for a night or two if I’m canggu for business or pleasure. If I have to pick on anything,….I simply can not! Just a nice stay.

Our ground floor room was adjacent to the driveways with regular passing traffic and lack of privacy. Not enough selection of meals on breakfast menu.

The hotel is brand new, so everything feels fresh and modern. You can make the room bigger by sliding out the bathroom partition. The toilet is equipped with bidet, which is neat. We got the oceanview and the weather in late August was breezy, so we would sometimes switch off the A/C, open the balcony and feel the ocean breeze at a comfortable 23 deg. C. The staff was so attentive - there is an open WhatsApp channel where you can text them for things like water bottles. It takes 5mins to walk to Batu Bolong Beach (Motel Mexicola, The Lawn Beach Club) and within 10mins walk to Meimei, Spring Spa, Gigi Susu and Milk & Madu, and about 15mins walk to our favourite restaurant, Sensorium. The traffic condition didn't feel as bad within this 10mins walking radius, so it wasn't stressful to walk along the curb compared to other hot spots like Ubud and Seminyak.

Petit-déjeuner servi dans une très grande "salle" bruyante et trop climatisée. Vue des chambres sur un vilain chantier. Produits non locaux en salle de bains (Dove) et au petit déjeuner (Confiture Bonne Maman). Etablissement assez impersonnel.

The hotel staff was very accommodative and helpful even with our late check-ins.

I might try a different room with a nice view next time.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn at Canggu was incredible. The food and rooftop were a highlight. Thank you to the concierge staff, namely Hendra and Dian for accomodating late checkout.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Amazing Birthday Stay in Bali! My stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Bali. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. I want to start by saying that the entire staff was incredibly pleasant, warm, and hospitable throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and contributed to such a positive experience. However, I especially want to recognize Pebry, Excel, and Aris, who went above and beyond and made my visit extra special. I was in Bali celebrating my birthday, and they surprised me by decorating my room and making sure I felt celebrated. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and something I will always remember. What made the experience even more meaningful was the time they took to teach me a little Balinese so I could communicate better during my stay. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me it showed just how thoughtful and genuinely caring they were. They were not simply doing their jobs. They took the time to connect with me personally and made me feel like a welcomed guest among friends. Pebry, Excel, and Aris were some of the kindest and most welcoming hotel staff I have ever experienced in my travels. They were always pleasant, helpful, hospitable, and simply wonderful to be around. I left Bali with beautiful memories, a few new words, and an even greater appreciation for the warmth and hospitality I experienced there. When I return to Bali, I will most definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu again. That my stay want longer!

I forgot my passport and my wife’s passport and all of our holiday money budgeted inside the safe of the room. After we checked out. The property contacted us letting us know that everything is safe and they sent it to us in an envelope right to where we were safely. Thank you!

Amazing stay! The breakfast was lovely, the facilities were immaculate. What made this stay a 10/10 were the staff, they were so lovely, attentive and kind - we will be back Excellent location too!

The location is superb quality and comfort is unmatched on the real highlight is the brilliance understanding approach of all the staff who are super friendly really helpful and always professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The only thing lacking was an evening bar, but they were plenty of opportunities outside the property

There were only a few sunbeds by the pool, and despite paying a lot of money for our stay, we couldn’t find one available.

The resort was nothing short of amazing. The best part of the stay was the hotel staff as they were incredibly friendly, welcoming and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. All facilities were new and extremely clean. The pool had a gorgeous view and the pool service was a great bonus. Our room was cleaned by Ari who did an awesome job and always made sure we had extra bottles of water. Location was also perfect - just a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants. I can’t recommend staying at the Holiday Inn anymore!!

I originally came to Canggu for just one night, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my trip to experience more. From the very first moment, the team made us feel instantly at home the welcome was warm, genuine and truly memorable. The location is simply unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance the best surf spots, the most beautiful streets, the finest cafes and restaurants. Experiencing Canggu from here felt effortless and enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were remarkably attentive and efficient. Every request, whether in the room or outside, was responded to almost instantly. The speed and care with which the team handled everything was impressive. Room cleanliness was also handled with great attention to detail. In every way, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The pool only has about 12 or so loungers so if you want to spend time by the pool you have to get there very early in the day otherwise there are no spare loungers
