We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The family is very kind.

Unfortunately, we were quickly disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. We had a bad night's sleep due to the traffic noise and incessant honking all night long. We were surprised that at 8:30 pm he locked the door with a padlock and around 9:30 pm he lowered the shutter. This meant we had to ring the bell to be let in, so we weren't free to go out in the evening. Our balcony was shared with the neighboring room, where they were having karaoke until 10 pm and smoking a bong, so as a non-smoker, it wasn't ideal.

Staff were accommodating bed was so comfortable after long bus ride. Great value for money!

Really good location very near to Tam Coc area. Room was very nice and clean with a comfortable big double bed. Free breakfast was also included and the family that own the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and did my laundry and organised transport to Hanoi. Will stay here again highly recommended and a brilliant affordable price.

Had a tv and bed was comfortable. Snacks were available at a cost. Had toiletries and toothbrush

Room wasn’t the cleanest, and a few bugs. Breakfast was disappointing, a fried egg between dry pieces of bread and some fruit. Had to pay for coffee. Awkward having to ring the doorbell to be let back in, we returned back after being out with friends after 10pm and got the impression we had disturbed their sleep. Felt uncomfortable about this

Het was schoon, erg vriendelijk personeel. En vooral hard werkende mensen die altijd voor je klaar staan. Scooters en fietsen zijn makkelijk te verkrijgen via hen.

Eigenlijk heb ik geen minpunten. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed.

I really liked my stay here, everyone in the accommodation is so friendly and always willing to meet you, everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, the accommodation is beautiful and very pleasant, I love every minute I spent there, they helped me a lot with getting around the city and getting back to Hanoi and I don't have a single complaint.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I visited three different homestays in Ninh Binh, and honestly this was the worst of all. The breakfast is just sliced bread with a dry egg, and if you want tea, you have to pay extra. We rented bicycles from 8 p.m. until 3 p.m., and they charged us for two days. There’s no common area or anywhere to sit outside the room. We had to eat breakfast in what looked like a pharmacy, where the owner of the homestay also gives vaccinations. There are definitely much warmer and more comfortable places. It’s also quite far from the center.

The family is very friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean. The matress are very comfortable! The location is okay, a bit far from the centre walking, but with a bike is great. They also offer bike rental.

At first we got a room right on the busy road and it was very noisy, but we got it changed right away after asking to move room. The breakfast can be improved, and we found a bit annoying that the main door is kept close from the evening to the morning, so you need to ring the bell and wait for someone every time to come in and get out.

The room was nice and the place was big. They had some nice chocolate whatsits in the room that were very cheap so I ate them.

The breakfast was ok but not great. But breakfasts in Asia are never that good so it was to be expected.

Es el lugar más sucio donde he estado. Había mucho polvo y suciedad pegada en las esquinas de la cama, en el cuarto que estuve había suciedad en el baño, la mesa, las cornisas de los enchufes, el hervidor y las esquinas de la cama. Además las sábanas y cubre almohada olían muy mal y tenían mucho polvo. El lugar está bien pero no la limpieza del lugar.

We checked in at 3am after hopping off a bus and the hosts were wonderful and made checking in super easy for us! They also sorted us motorbikes for the day! Overall a great place to stay!! ❤️

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer zur Straße hin war wirklich sehr laut. Zur Ortsmitte waren es ca. 2 km.

Location is near the main area and have plenty of food and restaurants nearby.

Only the AC was not working due to the electricity breakdown and it was really unpleasant to sleep at night.

Location is about a 20 min walk from tam coc center however u can rent a bike for about 120K from here and its only about 3 minutes on bike

When your enter it looked already dirty The room was dirty. When we walked into the bathroom you Shaw hair laying on the toilet seat and pee In the beds you saw black hair everywhere And some dead insects. When I told the lady she just threw it on the ground like nothing had happen. We asked for our money back and booked another hotel!

A big thank you for your warm welcome and for all the little attentions you had towards us throughout our stay. We really enjoyed all the delicious, regional, hearty breakfasts. We also really appreciated all the services you offer, such as moped rental for example. But it is above all the kindness of the whole family that we remember the most because you are all truly exceptional. Lovely staff, we rented bicycles and a motorbike from them for a great price. They provided breakfast, that was simple but very satisfying. The location was around 30mins from the main bit there but it wasn’t an issue moving on bikes.

The room was filled with mosquitoes when we arrived, so had to fight those before the first night.

The bod was comfortable, the room is big, and there is a fridge also, Netflix and the breakfast is ok.

Very noisy, there is a car's sound all the time in the room take the room without the balcony. They lock the front door at 10pm, so you need to ring and wait for someone to open for you. Could've been cleaner in the breakfast area.

At the evening they said not to book another day through booking just talk to them but when I talked to them the next morning they said there is no available room so I had to Chang my plans pack my stuff and search for another place. They also locked the place completely at around nine thirty and I couldn't leave, they don't know English like other places but I had no phone number or someone to ask for help

The staff was very nice and helpful, they answered any question we had about our stay. They even suggested changing rooms, when we decided to go elsewhere. One big plus, that we only had to pay for one night that we stayed at this homestay.

Our room was on a main street side, so it was so loud we didn't get any rest. There was no difference between closed and open windows/doors for sound. Breakfast was disappointing. We decided to quickly change hotels. We knew it was far from Tam Coc, but it felt way farther after a long day's walk in the evening.

This is a lovely Homestay. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and very comfy. Great to have the desk and chair to do my work. Although the Guest House is 2 kms from the town and 5kms to Tra An lake area, I really enjoyed being away from the town which is quite touristy(still a pretty town though). The area had more of a local vibe. I have a special diet and the staff allowed me to use their kitchen which was such a bonus. There's the local markets just a few hundred metres away with amazing and cheap produce. A few doors down is a great place for local style breakfast and about 100 metres the other way is a cute local cafe that do good, strong iced coffees. Getting to Tra An is very easy, just 200 metres and you're on the main road that leads there. I had an unpleasant guest house experience in Hanoi so it was lovely to be at such nice guest house with lovely people.

Some of the rooms(mine) do face the road so there is some traffic noise but its quiet when i sleep though.

- The homestay is owned by a friendly family and u can even have dinner with them to make ur experience more valuable - We took 2 dinners and it was amazing food - Room is big and bed confy - We rented bikes for half day and they made special price for us, thanks for that

- Cleaning was very poor, specially the bathroom, even when they cleaned "again" my room on 2 or 3rd day they just gave me clean towels and made the bed. Floor of my room was dirty during all my stay and that made me feel unconfortable. -They close the main door even with you inside. It can be very dangerous, imagine a fire and u can not go out! Tourists dont have the key from main door and u have to go room by room searching the family for them to open the door -Breakfast is fried egg sandwich + cucumber + small banana, its good, but I missed some tea or coffee also -Is quite far from center, about 30 min walking

What can we say? It was like being welcomed into family. We arrived early at an impossible hour, and they welcomed us without any problems. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The scooter allowed us to explore new places every day, even those farther away. It's a real family run home and you really get the sense of hospitality that we will cherish in our hearts. Thank you so much and hope to see you again!

The owner was very nice and the room is very comfortable. The AC works wonderful and the hot water feels nice! Also breakfast was delicious and they cleaned every day for us! Also they let us park our bike inside each day.

The window in the bathroom is hard to close so if you leave it open flies will fly into the bathroom but if you close it the bathroom will smell like mildew. Also it’s very inconvenient if you like to come home late because they lock the door so early so you have to wait each time for them to open, but they do always open it for you

Very helpful staff who accommodated us after our night bus arrived 2 hours early at 4:30am. The location was just in the outskirts of tam coc which meant less traffic and noise which was nice.

The breakfast is definitely not for the western taste so I probably wouldn’t book it with the hopes of an easy breakfast.

Very friendly family. Scooter rental for 120k/day. Very good price. Even let us take a shower in the evening before we had to catch our bus to Sapa.

Could not get into the Homestay after 10 pm by ourselves, but the family always opened the door in very little time.

The family were so lovely. They went above and beyond to help me, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than with them. Without them I would not have been able to continue my travels after I had accidentally left my passport on a bus. They managed to help me get it back! Other than that, they are a lovely family and the room itself was clean, AC worked well and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was a nice extra. The price was great too! I would stay again!!

Really helpful and friendly staff, makes you feel like you are part of their house without it being daunting at all as the rooms are very separate. The aircon was the best we have had our whole trip. Bike rental was extremely handy for a group that doesn’t drive.

Amazing private rooms. Beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were quite big. I also liked the snack and drink options in the room which were decently priced.

We choose this place also because of the included breakfast but ended up having to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast everyday instead. The only option that was offered was dry bread and a egg on top which we could not eat. Would be better to not offer breakfast and not build up any expectation, since the price for the room would still be amazing. The windows have blue foil on them which makes it quit impossible to be in the room without opening all the windows.

Big room, own fridge and cartel and the bed is huge and super comfortable. Also the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Our room wasn’t that clean, especially the floors and we had the room to the road which can be quite loud.

The place is run by a very nice and kind family! Only the daughter speaks English but everyone are just so smiling and ready to help or to assist. They can help in renting a motorbike or a bike and they can provide food as well.

The staff were so lovley! They helped me with anything I asked for, especially the young lady on reception! Bed were huge too and location was out of the hustle and bustle but quick enough to bike ride into - Bikes provided :)

Only problem was the shower was broken but I’m sure if I said something they would have helped me straight away.
