Zimmer hat sehr stark nach Abwasser gerochen. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Es wurde nur Weichspüler und Kaffee ins den Abfluss geschüttet. Wir hatten zu dem Zeitpunkt Verdauungsprobleme und mussten öfters aufs Klo und waren auch Tagsüber länger im Zimmer. Die Gastgeber haben immer das Wasser abgedreht, obwohl wir ihnen mitgeteilt haben, dass wir im Zimmer sind und öfters das Klo brauchen. Jetzt steht man also da ist am Klo, und kann nichts wegspülen.

Hôtel au calme. Très bien accueilli par des gens très gentils et prévenant. Location de vélo et de scooter pas cher. Un peu éloigné du centre mais sans problème en vélo. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée, ventilateur, clim, sèche cheveux et bouilloire. Le plus est le petit déjeuner inclus simple mais très pratique. Correspond à la description et est d'un Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Un peu loin du centre sans vélo. L'évacuation de la douche est pas très commode.

The property is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions and the town of Tam Coc. There are also several great restaurants with delicious food nearby. The owners offer bicycle and scooter rentals, which makes getting around the area very convenient. The room was well equipped and had everything needed, including towels, a bottle of water, and basic toiletries. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. They are always happy to assist with anything you may need.

The service was amazing. The elderly couple takes care of you like their own family.

The rooms and amenities are old and it shows in certain things like the furniture and fittings

Phòng siêu sạch sẽ, 2 bác chủ home siêu thân thiện, nhiệt tình còn cute nữaaaa. Bác gái nấu ăn siêu ngon, rcm mọi người od bác gái nấu cơm nheee. Đồ ăn đơn giản đúng chất cơm nhà luôn á, nói chung là home 10đ không có điểm gì chê luôn nhaaa

Its a small home stay but well maintained. The host are quite friendly. It feels like home. We went in quite late it is so nice of the host to welcome us and offered some snack since our bus got delayed. Value for money and hosts are really friendly. Would certainly return.

Washroom could be maintained better

The property was so lovely and all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for a nice preaceful stay in nihm bim :)

Everything was great! The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel has a great veranda on the shore of the pond.

We had a great time at this homestay. Spending the Tết holidays here was the best decision we made because we shared meaningful moments with a warm and generous family. They made us feel right at home and even arranged our transport to Da Nang. The location is very convenient, with many attractions accessible by renting a bicycle or scooter. The house and our room were very clean, and the kitchen was available if we wanted to cook. As remote workers, we also found the Wi-Fi reliable. Thank you for welcoming us and creating such memorable experiences. We look forward to returning.

It was lovely being tucked away and not in the middle of the tourist area. It had everything we needed and the owners are lovely.

Good value for money. Quiet place just outside on Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. Need a motorbike hire to make life easier going to and from. The room done the job for 2 nights Breakfast was lovely. Banh mi and fruit one morning, egg on toast with fruit another; with coffee Lovely family hosts, would recommend for a cheaper place to stay :)

Waited a little while for water to heat up for shower, but we have had this in a couple places across Vietnam so not a big issue

The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .

Quite area and the place is good. The father and daughter owner were super nice in helping us. Soft bed and thick blankets.

The location is 2km away from the center but if u have a motorcycle it won’t be a problem. The toilet has a bad smell.

located very close to tam coc, was quiet and had a cute terrace in the back. bed was good. especially the owner family was so friendly, the girl helped me out a lot when I was feeling sick!! I’m so greatful to her

The staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived by night bus at an awkward time (4am) and they let us stay in our room an extra night and stayed up to let us in. We could use their scooter for a cheap price everyday and the free breakfast was lovely. The price was extremely good for the comfort and friendliness you receive!

We felt uncomfortable that they kept their friendly dog in its cage 24/7 by the rooms. It would have been nice to see him walking around freely rather than locked away all the time.

The space is very roomy and the air is so fresh. I like the atmosphere the most as it is tranquil. The owner is cute and friendly. She is always ready to support me. How lovely she is!!!!! I really love that space!!!!
