Clean, good location, and good value.

Great hotel with clean rooms, cool AC, and an excellent price. The kids loved the pool, and the location was very convenient… close to the highway and Win Mart. Would stay here again!

We booked Thuan Hue for two nights because we were visiting VinWonders Hoi An with the kids. The hotel is only a two minutes’ ride to the theme park. As a general starting comment, we were disappointed by our stay and are astonished by the high ratings. PROS: - Exceptional value - ⁠Impossibly fast-drying tiles in the bathroom - ⁠Staff was friendly and made an effort to answer all our questions using translations apps CONS: - All pictures were taken with wide-angle lens (making rooms appear much bigger than they are); it’s not deception as square footage of rooms is clearly disclosed but just manage your expectations when you open the door - ⁠All pictures are AI-enhanced; for instance, the promotional pictures have large palm trees in front of the hotel, giving a “resort feel”. In reality, the palm trees are barely taller than a human and there is no open space in front of the hotel as the neighboring property is only a few meters away. Female staff in photos were likely models hired for promotional purposes - ⁠Lobby has no air-conditioning (or they didn’t turn it on in April) - ⁠Lobby “freezer” that sells ice cream is not cold enough; do not buy ice cream from hotel; go across the street to convenience store instead - ⁠Towels were gross and looked ratty, even though hotel is relatively new - ⁠The general state of room was not clean (again, despite the beautiful photos); when we wiped the shelves, the floor, even inside of desk drawer, there was a layer of black dust. We don’t expect laboratory-clean conditions when travelling, but this level of uncleanliness is also not acceptable - ⁠There were ants in our room and a few even got into the bed. The hotel did offer to “use spray” to get rid of them for us but I didn’t want my kids breathing in the fumes or coming in contact with chemicals Final comments: you get what you pay for. Hotel offers bang-for-the-buck but don’t expect a “miracle” deal. There is no miracle and we would not stay here again.

Was easy to get to and had amenities as needed. Staff where also great

Needs a bit of a clean. Not much just a bit to bring it up to standard

the hotel is new. the room was spacious. they had a good amount of hot water for 3 tired people.

the location - it is surrounded by cemeteries. There is only one good local restaurant nearby. we had a quadruple room with only one chair inside. the staff doesn't speak English. the swimming pool is rather a pond by the road. the beds were tough. not enough sockets (only 1 per bed). there wasn't anybody at the reception desk since 8 PM. I had no idea how to find any assistance in case of an emergency.

Beste ontbijt dat we de laatste weken in de Vietnamese hotels hebben gehad. Buffet met ook voldoende Europesche keuzes. Kamer is niet zo groot maar heel efficient ingericht. Toppunt is toch wel dat je vanuit je bed over de stad uitkijkt.

Geen waterkoker en receptie is op de zesde verdieping in een groot gebouw, dat is even zoeken.

Hotel był dla nas samotną wyspą wśród otaczającej nas zewsząd powodzi. Typowa miejscówka do zanocowania w długiej trasie. Wokół sporo tanich knajpek. Zasadniczo wszystko ok. Najważniejsze że działała suszarka i można było chociaż pozornie wysuszyć rzeczy przed dalszą motocyklową trasą. Balkon spoks.

빈원더스만을 위해 숙박하신다면 적극 추천합니다. 호이안 시내가기엔 다녀오기엔 좀 거리가 있습니다. 하지만 젖은 옷을 무료로 말려주고 객실까지 가져다 줍니다.

環境清潔，房間夠大清潔度高。價格優勝，地理位置極佳，近水上樂園。附近餐館檔口咖啡超級美味！價錢十分便宜，好味！

水壓不大，沖涼水慢細。乾濕不分離，雖然有塊玻璃隔了一小位置，作用不正。床上用品清潔度不高，有頭髮有污漬，有改善空間。游泳池小，有一大批本地人玩水。此4點就是取不了滿分的地方。

Hotel que nous avons réservé pour une halte d'une nuit (voyage à vélo). L'hôtel est récent ; tout est propre. La piscine est bien agréable.

Pas de petit déjeuner. Plusieurs restaurants dans la rue, repas locaux très bons mais difficile de se comprendre (pas d'anglais).

Chỗ ở cách Vinpearl Nam Hội An khoảng 1km, có bể bơi nhỏ ở sảnh. Phòng sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Có các hàng quán ngay đối diện để ăn sáng (bún, mì quảng, bánh canh), buổi tối có thể đi xe ra bãi biển ăn hải sản

Chỗ ở cách Vinpearl Nam Hội An chỉ khoảng 1km nên phù hợp cho gia đình có trẻ nhỏ nghỉ vui chơi tại đây. Có bể bơi nhỏ ở sảnh, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện ích cơ bản, có hàng quán ngay đối diện để ăn sáng khỏi phải đi xa (bún, mì quảng, bánh canh). Buổi tối có thể đi xe ra bãi biển ăn tối.

Large, comfortable studio. Pool outside the room. Very friendly and helpful staff! Go to Sea restaurant, 2 doors down. Tasty food, very friendly and 1 girl there speaks English. Coffee from diagonally across the road is great.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You MUST have your own transport, or hire a scooter.

The satff is very friendly and helpful. They really take care of you and help you in every aspect. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good.

Nice hotel for a good price

Huge room with direct access to the pool.

Location. In the middle of nowhere. About 3 km to the sea. And the beach is so so. If the hotel was by the sea, I would give 10 points.

Hotel is new and fresh, good rooms

No food option in the hotel or anywhere close to the hotel.

New hotel with cheap price. Clean and quiet.

Water color is kinda rusty. Owner has mentioned that it is due to water supply system.

The hotel was new. Very spacious, very clean. Rooms were amazing.

Staff did not speak English. It was quite difficult to communicate with him. The location was not hear Hoi An. It is in a small town calles Hoiana which was around 35 mins from Hoi An old quarters

Giá rẻ mà chất lượng rất tốt, phòng rất mới và đẹp, có ban công rộng rãi, có cả hồ bơi, chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, thân thiện, chỉ có cái là xung quanh khách sạn hơi vắng vẻ, khá xa trung tâm thôi nhưng vẫn bắt grab được nha, với tầm giá này thì mình cực kì hài lòng
