Somerset Future Center Wuhan

Personeel receptie spreekt engels. Mooie iets kleine kamer

When it comes to service, this is the BEST Somerset we’ve ever stayed at! The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. I accidentally booked fewer days than we needed, and they caught the mistake quickly and helped me arrange an extra night without any trouble. They also offer late checkout, which was very helpful. The staff were wonderful through and through, and our stay was nothing but pleasant. We will 100% stay here again when we’re back in Wuhan. I highly recommend it! The location is also extremely convenient—literally about 30 seconds from the subway station. There’s a mall in the same building, along with a convenient supermarket, so everything you need is right there.

No complaints!

Świetna lokalizacja, obsługa, śniadania i wysoki standard. Polecam

This hotel location is well located and convenient, there is a big mall connected to the hotel, and also has a grocery store and restaurants in the mall. The hotel service is excellent, the breakfast served so well where the hotel chef is so dedicated to prepare the breakfast , and also serve fresh noodles cooked for us every morning, really much appreciated. I would like to have a Big Thank You to Amy Qi and Daisy Da. They provided an excellent service during our stay. We are so happy to stay with Somerset Wuhan Hotel, it is a highly recommend to stay with this hotel.

there is nothing to be complaint for this hotel. All is good.

Good international breakfast, own washing machine in the room and direct access to the mall

Nothing

I loved the staff , the ambiance and the location

I had an exceptional good time no complaints

In room facilities

All good

Very good location on top of a shopping mall. Can cook and wash and clean. I will be back with wife again.

The location is very convenient. It is located above metro and y storey of shopping areas and eatery. The staff are friendly. The room are spacious complete with washing machine/dryer and a kitchenette

The bread section in the breakfast spread.

The hotel is located in a commercial building with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket; you can access it directly from the hotel. It's very close to the subway station. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I hope to return soon.

Excellent place! Well above expectations! Very clean and quiet, rooms are spacious and very well organised. Shower just works as you want it - I travel a lot and 8 out of 10 hotels have issues with shower temperature and regulation. This one is just excellent. Very important - both beds are very comfortable (I now need to know the name of those mattrasses!) AC works for both heating and cooling. Breakfast is full of Chinese but if you want International they do have fried eggs, vegetables, yogurts, cereals etc (and make omelettes). Staff is very friendly! Elevators are quick (you don't have to wait for them). Another important bit: the building is very conveniently located and has a big mall inside (for shopping and dining) as well as a great supermarket on basement floor. Overall, Somerset Future Center Wuhan is a place I desperately want to be back to! Thank you!!!

Convenience, full of shops around the property. Plenty of facilities to use in the hotel, and check out time 2pm.

Spacious and good location

Nothing to not like

It’s clean and the cleaners are super friendly and helpful

Breakfast is a forced to have option. You are unable to opt out. Have ordered a few parcels but constantly being pushed off to take it myself from the basement supermarket with no guidance.

Honestly everything was perfect, couldn’t even find something to complain about if I tried. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very positive and happy. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Wuhan

We arrived at the hotel very late, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating up to six people while still offering privacy. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

The amazing staff. Grace and Zhi Kang is awesome and so helpful. Room is as advertised. Perfect for a staycation. Shopping mall below the hotel.

The breakfast spread is repetitive and not so good. Location is far from tourist spots.

The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate and tasted good.

Location was relatively remote. Nothing much for after dinner stroll beyond the mall.

This appartment hotel is a veery nice place. It is located within a large precinct with a huge mall where you a find everything you need (clothing, food;, games, gifts...). The staff is very nice and very helpful. Breakfast is very great. There is a choice of continental breakfast options but also some Chinese specialities.

Clean and comfortable

Front desk needs to have more English speaking capability

Very good

Second time staying at Somerset Future Centre, fantastic location in Hanyang. Smart, clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, some cooked to order. Other facilities are the hot tub, steam room and gym, which are good. Staff are all exceptional and go out of there way to support and help. Took a one bed apartment, to have the extra space to relax in along with kitchenette and washing machine which at the end of a trip is handy. All of this sitting above a good shopping mall, fab supermarket and access to other areas via the Metro line 4. Easy walking distance to Moon Park and the Wuhan Modern Art Museum.

Nothing.

Superb hotel in really convenient location with line 4 subway station right out front and attached to a mall with lots of dining options. I stayed in an executive suite which included washing machine and dryer. It was modern, spacious and clean with great views and large bathroom, kitchen and living space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

Accommodation: The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, refrigerator, iron, clothes dryer, and a large wardrobe. The cleanliness is excellent, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Services: The staff are professional, polite, and very helpful. The management team is also respectful and attentive. Location: The location is excellent, providing easy access to main attractions and convenient transportation options. Dining: Breakfast is good, varied, and satisfies most guests’ needs. Conclusion: A wonderful hotel that combines great hospitality, comfortable facilities, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. Osama

I couldn’t find a single thing to dislike – everything was excellent.

Spacious

We had an amazing time in Somerset Future Center Wuhan and we would recommend it! We got a room upgrade for free and our room had a nice view. The breakfast was also included and it was fresh made everyday. The staff was friendly and the communication was incredible and fast. The location was convenient and the mall was easy to reach with the elevator.

design of apartment was lovely. very spacious. the pool aaa good. breakfast was good. coffee in reception was a good touch . hotel was attached to a mall and there was also a big supermarket.

I love this hotel. The room is huge and super clean and super comfortable, the Location is great, and there is a food hall at B1 where you can find many restaurants. I will be back at this hotel again.

Nothing

super engaged staff

Strategic location, apartment within the shopping mall, walking distance to Metro station Wulidun, easy to buy groceries at downstairs supermarket..highly recommended

Unfortunately need to take cabs to have lunch/dinner on halal muslim restaurants.

Very good and well placed

Very nice

The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty Chinese food. There were a few Western food items as well. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is amazing. What makes it special is the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay great! The hotel is new, bright and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was fantastic value, the room was lovely and clean and was serviced daily. It was modern , the staff were extremely helpful, the morning breakfast was top notch. I was very impressed about everything about it. I don't normally leave reviews for hotels but I had such a good experience I was happy to take the time to review the Somerset Future Centre

The room is very spacious, clean and beautiful, staff very friendly. Several facilities, nice fitness, sauna, jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent, an extensive buffet. It was possible to visit the mall directly from the hotel which was very convenient.

We had to wait several times for the refill of some drinks and glasses.

excellent staff and service! Everyone (concierge, kitchen staff, house keeping ladies, gym front desk etc.) was super friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or needed something. The breakfast was delicious and offers traditional Wuhan food! The room is nice and clean and spacious. The unit had dishwasher and laundry which makes it extra homey and comfortable!
