It was quite the rooms where clean.

The kind manager greeted me right away and he went beyond the call of duty to show me room options and explain everything clearly. The room was fine for my overnite stay. I rested well and the location was very convenient for my birding activities in the Brownsville area. No complaints from me.

The bed sheets were dirty, the bath tub had hairs all over, & the owners (front receptionists) had the worst customer service. They constantly surveillance you to look for any excuse to charge you more. The owners migrated here from India, and their English is hard to understand. Do not trust them with your credit card information!

They wouldn't even serve water and the local water was not safe to drink

They have excellent customer service and they care about you.

The staff were wonderful and kind. The hotel it self was disgusting. We had people hanging outside of our room all night being loud.

No toilet paper. Remote didn’t work. Room was rundown. They had newer rooms on the other side.

The rooms are remodeled so, they look brand new and smell new. Excellent customer service. I would recommend to everyone if you are looking for a place to rest your head.

I’m covered in bed bug bites all over my body. They had a flyer in their lobby about pest control. Would not recommend staying here.

Had the worst experience, people at front desk showed my deranged ex wife to my room and she was banging on my door i rented tje room to getaway from her and they showed her to my room, ended up asking them tell her to leave. Never again i was in fear for my safety,

I left the motel quickly, there were bed bugs and the sheets were dirty with drops of blood and hair and pubic hair. It made me very disgusted and I quickly went to the counter to complain and they told me that I had to call you to get my money back.

Terrible. When we checked in there was a prostitute walking in. The guy checking us in motioned her to stay away. As we started to unload our suitcases 2 men were looking to see what we had. Also a car drove by looking at our car. We definitely were not safe at this location. The next morning as we were loading up the car (we didn’t feel we could leave ANYTHING in the room) we saw 2 people being hurriedly put into a room. It appeared they may have been trafficked or smuggled into the room. The room was clean but definitely not going to stay there again.

The owner was rude made it complicated to check in wouldn't listen to what I had to say.! Refuse my service then told me I was never allowed there! I payed for non smoking room and was trying to get me smoking room

I never felt safe. Taxis were constantly dropping people off at the hotel that were obviously coming directly from the border. They were from all over the world. I had to pay for my room, but people that were violating our laws and invading our country are given free taxi rides and hotels plus a whole lot more, I wont stay there again because of this.

Good owners always trying to provide exceptional service. Gone twice and have been treated as a priority . This past visit had issues with the ac Managment was quick to fix the issue but unfortunate that we had to be moved to a different room. Other than that new restrooms cleaned perfectly and will be coming here again

The sheets were dirty, they had hairs from the previous guess. The tub and the sink also had hairs. The staff tried to excuse themself saying it was the maid's fault and that they had to oversee 45 more rooms.

Took a family trip to brownsville for a wedding and booked a room here for 2 nights. Staff was welcomimg and helpful. Very affordable pricing. Very quiet/calm atmosphere. Going thru some renovations so I cant wait to see how much better it gets next time around.

Its was clean, close to the access road and for last minute booking ok.

Owners were amazing at making sure everything was clean and comfortable during our stay!!

Shabby room. No cups; no coffee. I arrived 30 minutes before official check in time. The deskman said i could go to the room only if i would pay an extra fee.

Property was very clean and the staff was quick to help for anything we needed. Plan on staying again.

If you're sensitive to smells, I'd suggest you stay elsewhere. I reserved 2 non-smoking rooms and both smelled like old paint and cigarette smoke. If you're not super picky, then I think this place is ok for a night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is ok. You get what you pay for. Overall I wouldn’t stay again since I did see blood in the shower curtains. But it’s very affordable.

Very Welcoming and always aware if you are missing anything and making yourself comfortable! Really good staff! Clean room no bed bugs no animals. I would definitely would recommend and continue staying here.

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed, while firm, had clean sheets and pillows. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was good. The doors had been repainted and were in good condition. The lock on the door was solid. The AC worked good.

Nothing fancy but it was clean, comfortable and affordable. Would stay there again.

The management was really nice. We had forgotten to book an extra room and as soon as we got there they were able to fix the problem. They were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely visit again!
