From time to time the apartment would be smelling like cigarette smoke (coming from the ventilation). The walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors having a party.

I was generally disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Considering the price, I expected much more, especially compared with other places we stayed at during our trip. The value for money is simply very poor. We were given an apartment on the ground floor, which was not clearly indicated in the offer. I would have preferred to know this in advance so I could make an informed choice myself. The first room we were given had such a strong unpleasant smell that it was impossible to stay there for more than a few minutes. Fortunately, the woman at the reception desk was very understanding and helpful and changed our room straight away, which we really appreciated. The second room did not have the same smell, but it was still dark and rather depressing. On top of that, we found huge cockroaches in the bathroom, almost the size of a hand. Overall, the hotel gave us an impression of being dirty and having an unpleasant smell throughout. We stayed in several places in Spain during this trip and had much better experiences for lower prices. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The apartments and all areas around the complex were spotlessly clean and modern. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. A lovely quiet resort for a chilled break.
A group of 10 of us loved our stay here and couldn't really fault anything. If we had to absolutely say something, maybe a bar with drinks and snacks onsite might be nice? But you can buy a few bits like that in reception and via vending machines. It's a 10 minute drive/Uber from nearest amenities/cafés etc but we were all fine with this as wanted a quiet break away from busy areas.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026+ locatie was aangenaam: rustig, mooie uitzicht op golf terrein en zee. + appartement was wel comfortabel en heeft balkon met benodigde accessoires. + eigen parkeerplek voor €12 per nacht + gebruik gemaakt van zwembad en gym. Dat was super. + personeel is behulpzaam en aardig. + om de 3 a 4 dagen kregen wij nieuwe douche lakens.
+ parkeerplekken onder de grond zijn krap en moest heel voorzichtig parkeren.

Le comportement froid du personnel. À notre arrivée on devait prendre un appart qui était pas prêt, finalement on a pris un autre dont la luminosité du salon était très faible. On sentait une mauvaise odeur des égouts à côté du balcon et la première fois qu on a ouvert la porte de l appartement on a senti une odeur de moisissure a cause d une mauvaise aération. Bref, une expérience pas top dans cet hôtel.

Le parking payant à 12€ la nuit, soit 2€ de plus par rapport à mon dernier séjour. Il faut revoir ce point. J ai séjourné 10 nuitées. Le service de nettoyage n a passé qu une seule fois.. Les ustensiles sont limites, limites

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La limpieza, comodidad, piscina y la tranquilidad del lugar. En la cocina hay de todo, nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora, cubiertos, platos... Las camas muy cómodas y el sofá también. Tiene una terraza bastante amplia.
La televisión de la habitación de matrimonio no funcionaba, al principio pensamos que era el mando a distancia pero no, lo comunicamos a recepción y nos dijeron que irían a verlo. No fueron, me pasé toda la semana sin poder ver la tele por las noches, ya que mis hijos dormían en el sofá cama del salón. Cuando hice el check - out lo volvimos a decir, y ni una disculpa por parte del personal. Aparte tampoco me parece bien que te obliguen a salir a las 10 de la mañana y si no te cobran un suplemento de 30 euros.

Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht hätte vielleicht etwas schöner sein können, aber das ist nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Gerade für Familien bietet das Resort ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Resort weiterempfehlen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Visto il costo, già piuttosto alto, mi è sembrato sinceramente esagerato richiedere ulteriori 12 euro al giorno per il parcheggio interrato. Quest'ultimo poi ha uno spazio di manovra un po' scomodo.

Hygiëne kamer was vies vol haren van een ander en stof zelf zo erg dat me voeten zwart werden aan de onderkant! Daarbij nog verkopen ze parkeerplekken aan je die ze niet waar kunnen maken. Alles zat al vol waardoor me auto buiten moest staan en een boete heb ontvangen en ze doen er niks mee! Personeel aan de Bali bloed chagarijnig! Ze hebben na dat we er zijn geweest omdat te vertellen de kamer weer schoongemaakt maar die hadden beter niet hoeven te komen! Me vrouw heeft het zelf maar gedaan op een goed manier omdat we ook een kind hebben! Está muy alejado en cuanto a ubicación y dependes del coche para todo. Las instalaciones conjuntas como la piscina, no son apenas oontroladas por el personal, como te toque alguna familia mal educada toca aguantar …

We cant rate this place highly enough or the fantastic team that work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that guests are catered for Maja and the reception team are beyond amazing . Carmen and the cleaning team are so thorough everything is always sparkling even all the common areas. All the appliances are top end and therefore super easy to use. |The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking while away. Coffee machines are in every room and for those that like to have a coffee in the sun there is an honesty bar in the reception area that has a large barista machine and speciality tea's ( plus biscoff !!) Beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding is of high quality. Business center is perfect for those who need to work while away. The surrounding area is primarily residential / golf resorts and has its own private security with access to all the main hubs of Benahavis, Puerto Banus , Marbella and Estepona a few minutes drive away and is in the close proximity of supermarkets, chemist and bazaar shops. The ONLY downside is that you will need a car ( or be willing to spend a fortune on taxis) as you literally cannot walk anywhere due to lack of footpaths ect. However my children were lucky enough to be able to [play golf in Il Parisio ( a 1 min walk from back of hotel) and we were given the access code for the gate of the golf course which is a fabulous evening walk

En primer lugar, no me gustó el recibimiento en recepción, no me gustó la forma de gestionar la entrada y que nos dijesen que a lo mejor el apartamento no estaría listo para las 4 de la tarde. El check out se hace súper temprano, a las 10, con lo cual sin duda las habitaciones deberían de estar listas a las 4. Por otro lado, el primer día que fuimos a la piscina había un grupo de jóvenes con su música conectada al altavoz del hotel. La música estaba excesivamente alta y se alejaba de cualquier tipo de música relajante. Entiendo que si quisiese poner música infantil en los altavoces no sería del agrado de todos, pues esto igual. La habitación tenía una plaga de hormigas, nos cambiaron a otro apartamento y pasó lo mismo. En este teníamos justo enfrente una obra por lo que utilizar la terraza no era una opción. Por último, no hay absolutamente nada cerca del hotel a menos que te desplaces en coche. Yo personalmente no repetiría.

The reception manager is rude and arrogant. Parking is available at an extra cost and so is the cleaning service at 85€ per day seems extremely expensive.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026We waarderen het erg dat we na de openingsuren van de receptie konden inchecken. Het was een ruime accomodatie met zelfs twee badkamers en een fijn uitzicht.
We vinden het een afknapper dat we ons vuilnis zelf moesten wegbrengen en des te erger dat we hiermee ondermaats werden geholpen: we konden de container niet lokaliseren en niemand wilde ons goed helpen. We hebben hiermee helaas veel kostbare vakantietijd verloren. Daarenboven vonden het storend om bovenop ons verblijf de parking te moeten betalen: we hadden het liever ingerekend in de prijs van de accomodatie, dan dat wij 24 euro moesten betalen voor de enkele uren die we er twee nachten moesten staan.

Solicite un apartamento con vistas y veislo que veía era el bloque de enfrente. Dejé 50€ como depósito para las toallas y me querían devolver solo 30€. Pésima gestión de cara al cliente en ese sentido.

La terraza bien equipada. La ubicación muy buena y cerca de diferentes pueblos que teníamos que visitar. La piscina muy tranquila. Y todas las recepcionistas amabilísimas, eficientes y simpáticas.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Piscine chaude, appartement avec vue très bien et grand. Grand balcon. La dame avec les cheveux roux à la réception.
Il nous a fallu 3 appartements pour en avoir un bien. 1er logement : odeur de décharge publique dans le logement, impossible d’y rester elle ne devrait même pas être commercialisée. Nous avons demandé à changer de logement à la réception mais la dame jeune avec les cheveux noirs n’était pas compréhensive en indiquant que toutes les chambres du rdc avaient une odeur. Ce qui est faux. Après une longue négociation elle accepte de nous changer de chambre sans les 150€ supplémentaires demandés. 2eme logement : au rdc également mais pas d’odeur, par contre beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine et mal isolée nos voisins russes ont mis la musique et chantés de 1h du matin à 6h. Nous avons donc demandé une nouvelle fois une nouvelle chambre car ils étaient encore là les nuits suivantes et cette fois la dame rousse et la responsable à la réception ont-été très compréhensives. 3eme logement : très bien , balcon avec vue et pas au rez-de-chaussée donc beaucoup mieux , 2 chambres 2 salle de bain. Le menage pourrait etre mieux fait a certains endoits. En résumé l’expérience n’est pas la même si vous prenez un logement au rdc au à l’étage.

Pero el trato del servicio fue pésimo desde el primer momento, solicitamos entrar a las 13:00 y aceptaron en booking, luego el mismo días ellos quisieron cobrarme 30€ de más por qué decían que si no esperáramos hasta las 16:09 y después de explicarle lo sucedido me colgaron el teléfono diciendo cosas muy pocos coherentes para estar cara al público, tuve que aguantarme por qué tenían mi dinero, pero el trato fue pésimo y bastante bastante denigrante
