in the hotel they did not clean our room even once in seven days and thus spoiled our stay

Experiencia muy decepcionante y falta de transparencia desde el momento de la reserva. Reservamos este establecimiento a través de Booking.com porque se anunciaba como hotel, pero durante la estancia descubrimos una serie de condiciones que no estaban claramente informadas y que, de haberlas conocido previamente, nos habrían llevado a reservar en otro lugar. La limpieza de la habitación solo se realiza cada 3 días. Si el cliente desea una limpieza diaria, debe pagar un suplemento de 35 € por día. Además, a la llegada se nos exigió un depósito de 100 €, una condición de la que tampoco fuimos informados de forma suficientemente clara antes de la reserva. La falta de limpieza diaria se traduce en tener que reutilizar las mismas toallas durante varios días y gestionar la estancia con los consumibles inicialmente entregados. La reposición de elementos básicos fue insuficiente, llegando a faltar papel higiénico si no se solicitaba expresamente. A esto se suma que el sistema de aire acondicionado está limitado y la temperatura no puede modificarse libremente desde el termostato de la habitación, lo que reduce significativamente el confort del cliente. Resulta incomprensible que en pleno siglo XXI un huésped no pueda controlar adecuadamente la climatización de la habitación que ha pagado. Otro aspecto muy negativo es la atención al cliente. No existe recepcionista durante las noches y tampoco hay una presencia continua en recepción durante el día, lo que dificulta la resolución de incidencias o necesidades que puedan surgir durante la estancia. Tampoco observamos que se mostrara de forma visible la categoría oficial del alojamiento, algo que debería estar claramente expuesto para conocimiento de los clientes.

A hajszárító nem működött, nem tudtuk átvenni a megigért időben átvenni a szállást. Áramszünetkor nem lehetett senkit elérni a megadott telefonszámon.

Apartman nam se prvenstveno svideo zbog lokacije, nalazi se na 200m od plaze, a takodje je i veoma cist i uredan, sav namestaj je nov🫶🏼Takodje devojke koje rade su zaista ljubazne. Mala zamerka - dodajte vise peskira.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I liked the most was its location, which was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The hotel also looked very clean and well organised.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that could be improved. The pillows were quite low and not very comfortable. I also think the room could have had a few more useful amenities, such as a kettle and an iron. These small additions would have made the stay more comfortable.

Iets gehorigheid van medegasten die bij hun verblijf aankwamen. maar dit wisten wij al bij aankomst dat de kamers gehorig zijn.

La propreté et l’emplacement par rapport à la plage

La clim n’était pas réglable donc soit on était à 15 degrés sans couverture soit on mourait de chaleur. J’ai passé une nuit horrible à me réveiller toutes les trois heures, mettre un coup de clim et me réveiller encore deux plus tard étouffée par la chaleur. Quand l’ai demandé un couverture ils n’en avaient pas et j’ai demandé à régler la clim plus chaude et on m’a dit qu’on été elle était bloquée à des températures très basses

Lleno de jóvenes que hacían lo que querían sobre todo por la noche y no dejaban dormir ni descansar con ruidos,gritos,rompieron cosas etc... horrible Las habitaciones se limpiaron al cuarto día y pidiéndolo igual que el cambio de toallas. Se aviso en recepción de los ruidos y molestias de los jóvenes y no se hizo nada de nada. No es un hotel para ir a descansar ni desconectar.( Un día despiertos a las 4 de la mañana,otro a las 6am por los ruidos etc...) Todo el año trabajando y te encuentras esto de vacaciones? Evidentemente no volveremos. Gracias

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Malheureusement les règles mises en place pour par l’hôtel concernant le silence à partir de 23h ne sont absolument pas respectées. Cela passe par la musique à fond, des portes qui claques en pleine nuit ou alors des personnes qui hurlent dans les couloirs. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas bonne. Le ménage n’est également pas fait en totalité.

El lavabo no estaba limpio. La chica que nos atendió aunque muy amable no sabía hablar español, solo inglés.

La stanza molto accogliente, piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Era tutto molto pulito.

Una cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che dalle ventole presenti in stanza fuoriescono le voci delle persone che alloggiano nelle stanze affianco. Il frigo non refrigerava.

L'emplacement est à proximité de la plage.et des commerces. Serviettes et draps fournis. L'envoi des codes d'accès en amont est appréciable. Chambre fonctionnelle. Il est possible de garer la voiture devant l'hôtel pour décharger/charger les bagages. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant, nous avons été très bien renseignés sur nos demandes. Carrefour city au pied de l'hôtel.

L'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne du tout et malheureusement les clients présents ces nuits-là n'ont absolument pas respecté le calme imposé après 23h. Fou rire à minuit, 3h, 4h et 6h du matin dans les couloirs puis télé à fond dans les chambres mitoyennes. L'hôtel n'est pas responsable des incivilités mais la mauvaise isolation phonique aggrave le phénomène.

L’hôtel prend une caution de 50€ disant la rembourser après le séjour mais rien du tout donc le prix du séjour plus 50€ pour une petite chambre, nous avons demandé un lit double on ce retrouve avec 2 lits simples coller aucune place la Clim qui marche 1 fois sur 2, aucune place de parking alors qu’il y a 1 places marquer réserver à l’hôtel mais la réceptioniste nous remballe et nous enlève de la place nous avons dû tourner 1h pour en trouver 1 juste nul

Za 7 dana je promenjena samo jednom posteljina i peskiri, kada smo isli da trazimo nove rekli su da moramo da platimo 3 evra po peskiru, apartman je bio cist pri dolasku ali je moglo bar dva puta sedmicno ciscenje. Takodje krevet je na jednoj strani duseka imao rupu i bilo je veoma neudobno za spavanje.

Понравился приветливый персонал, который помог организовать трансфер в/с аэропорта. Очень близко море и супермаркет вообще прям под нами был. Было чисто.

Единственный минус - это плохая звукоизоляция. Очень было слышно соседей сверху и сбоку, особенно в период с 3:00 ночи до 5 утра. Тяжело было уснуть и раслабиться. .

Немає прибирання. У нас було заброньовано 10 ночей, перед заселенням номер прибрали, потім я весь час намагалася знайти прибиральницю, щоб по замітати самій в номері

Personalul foarte drăguț, camera modernă și curată, patul foarte comfortabil. Locatia foarte aproape de plajă aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos.

Camera nu e izolată fonic și zgomotul e deranjant uneori, acesta e singurul minus.

Very noisy, the view from the window looked directly into the neighboring apartments, and there were no sheer curtains, so i had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. Somebody from the staff entered my room without knocking while I was sleeping

I recently stayed at this hotel and was highly unsatisfied with the level of service and the condition of the rooms. AC and Odor Issue: Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly like a toilet due to an issue with the air conditioning. Although we reported it immediately and a technician was sent to check the AC, the terrible smell persisted. Poor Customer Service: When we asked to change rooms, our request was denied under the excuse that it was the weekend and the hotel was fully booked. I had to follow up 4 days later and was told a room would open up on Monday. However, when Monday came, I had to insist just to get the room swap. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, even trying to convince me that there was no smell and that the problem had been solved, which was simply not true. Defective Safes in Both Rooms. For the price paid, the lack of basic maintenance and the dismissive attitude of the staff are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Sweet Lloret Suites was located perfectly, in walking distance from everything you could need. The beach was 5 minutes away, there was a supermarket on the same street and there a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and looked just like in the pictures. The ac was working perfectly and it had a mini fridge that we could use. Just like they mentioned, this is a smart hotel so you have access codes instead of a key, which we found super convenient. One thing to mention, this is not a plus or a minus in my view, they don't offer full hotel services such as cleaning your room daily. We were told at the reception that with our 5 night stay we had one free clean included and we used that one. If we wanted to, we could have paid extra for more cleanings, so that's also an option. The check in and check out were super smooth and we asked for an extra blanket which was provided to us in just a few hours.

The only minus is that the bathroom was quite smelly. Not sure if the ventilation was not working properly or if it's just the building itself, but I would definitely try to look into it. If it were not for this, it would have been a 9+ location for us.

Очень удобное расположение: близко к морю, близко к Театру (откуда стартуют все автобусные экскурсии), напротив один из лучших ресторанов каталонской кухни Al Freskito, близко до супермаркетов Novavenda и Carrefour, конечно по пути к морю много сувенирных лавок. Так что все рядом, что радует. Квартал тихий, мы провели там 6 дней и никаких проблем не было. Персонал по возможности помагает: можно попросить подогреть еду или оставить сумки на время.

Жаль что у них нет завтрака и утром негде поесть, в прямом смысле слова. Даже супермаркет самый ранний откроется в 8.30 , а так все продуктовые магазины только в 9.00. А кафе и рестораны только в 11.00 . Поэтому рекомендую еду для завтрака купить заранее. Это не то что бы нам не понравилось, мы и так знали на что шли. Это как совет для других туристов.

Location, clean room, AC. TV is great, usually in hotels tv is on old OS version and most of the web players are not supported anymore hence you can't watch movies. To my surprise this is indeed was not the case.

Shower stream was weak. I would love to have it adjusted because i didn't enjoy taking a shower. Everything else was great

La ubicación excelente, cercano a la playa y con muchos centros comerciales. El proceso de check in a pesar de ser online fue fácil. La habitación tenía un lindo balcón.

Las habitaciones son MUY ruidosas, es imposible descansar. Se escucha la calle, el pasillo, la gente subiendo por escaleras, las habitaciones contiguas. Estuve de lunes a viernes alojada y ni un solo día hubo aseo o cambio de toallas/sabanas. El depósito de 100e me parece excesivo. Creo que habiendo tantas opciones en Lloret para alojarse, no es la mejor opción para varios días.

El personal amable, la habitación era bonita

Camas incómodas, faltaban cosas extra como alguna almohada de más y alguna colcha. La ducha no tenía presión, vino un técnico y no lo solucionó. Entra luz en cuanto amanece por mucho que bajes los estores. No contestan las urgencias 24h que supuestamente están.

Funky smell from bathroom which did not clear for days . No room service you have to request additional items for room when you run out . One or two night won’t be an issue if staying 3 or more you need to provide some type of service .

Greate location. Near the beach ( 10 minutes walking) There is no car trafik near apartment. All furniture are new. if you are considering staying for one night - a normal option. for more nights it is very cramped

They don't clean the rooms or take out the trash. In the four days we lived there, they didn't even take the trash out of our room once! very cramped room we took a regular room. it is too cramped even for two people. and there is no balcony or dryer for clothes from the beach. there is no possibility to physically dry things

Чисто, свежий ремонт, недалеко от моря. Есть холодильник и сейф(которым невозможно воспользоваться)

При бронировании просил обеспечить парковку, ответили что на ресепшене можно будет решить, НО на ресепшене мы за своё пребывание так никого и не увидели. Сами искали парковку, потратив кучу времени и нервов (навигатор водит по таким узким улочкам, что страшно там остаться навсегда). Коммуникация с отелем только по почте, не оперативно. Одним словом с авто я бы два раза подумал туда ехать. И новомодный электронный сейф я не победил - считай что его не было(инструкции нет, приложение тоже не помогло, возможно я динозавр, но не совсем уж тупой). И звукоизоляция номеров нулевая-каждое движение по коридору слышно как с открытой дверью.
