Rising Spirit Bed & Breakfast

Really liked the layout and variety of things to see around the property. The cold water plunge is also a great idea.

Unfortunately, we could not stay for the full breakfast, but the yoghurt and homemade granola was fantastic

Rising Spirit is beautiful, tranquil and peaceful, and we look forward to exploring the grounds more next time. Cynthia was an excellent host and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for hosting our stay under our delicate circumstances that brought us to town Really appreciated , thanks again

The property is lovely. It is so quiet and peaceful. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had our own private patio outside our room where we could sit and relax. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. It was the perfect overnight. They do over spa treaments (we had the Indian head massage which was so relaxing). There are also 2 inncredible massage chairs for guests. There are yoga/meditation etc. classes that you can book. I highly recommend this wonderful place and cannoy wait to return.

A joy of a property. A true getaway with lot's of amenities and peace in nature. Warmth in Host.

Cynthia is a wonderful hostess at her B&B. She provided wonderful breakfasts (pancakes, frittata, yogurt, banana bread and local fruits) that kept us full until a later lunch. The house is very comfortable and clean and surrounded by wonderfully fragrant flowers and water features. The walking paths allowed us to stretch our legs after our long car ride and be soothed by the sound of the running water. The yoga studio is very large and clean and right next the massage chairs. The location is rural but close to many small towns for dining out and shopping. Overall a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to go back!

A Hidden Gem in Nature What a special find! From the moment we arrived, Cynthia, our wonderful host, made us feel right at home. The property is stunning - a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that feels like a true escape. Our room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—absolutely no complaints. One of the highlights was the amazing plunge pool, tucked away in nature and perfect for relaxing. And the breakfast? Incredible! We loved enjoying it out on our private terrace!!! This place truly makes my heart smile. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

A beautiful spot in this world. Excellent breakfast. Cynthia is lovely. Incredible massage chair experience. Came exhausted; left refreshed.

Lovely place, environment, rooms and Breakfasts. Owner was completely flexible relative to breakfast time which was great as we had early check in times at Mosport. Place is close to Mosport as well. Loved the massage chairs. Did not get to use the sauna. Bed was pure luxury.

The owner is an amazing woman and the breakfast was scrumptious*. We left feeling calm and serene.

Had a lovely stay!

Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Cynthia was very welcoming and provided an excellent home-cooked breakfast. Massage chairs were sublime! Such a nice change from chain hotels, and only one hour from Toronto.

Homestyle feel with a wellness vibe and great hospitality:).

This was a great place to stop between Montreal and Stratford, Ont. Very quiet setting. Excellent massage chairs that really work! From the ad, I thought there would be a hot tub/outdoor natural springs. Instead, it was a cold water dipping area.

This bed and breakfast is a real gem.....not far from the towns of Newcastle and Orono. It is peaceful.....surrounded by nature and a beautiful natural waterfall. Breakfast was plentiful and individualized ....I was made to feel at home. I would recommend for a person, couple, group who want a tranquil restful stay. Cynthia also offers retreats, massages and more.

Booked for 2 nights . Property was secluded but easy to find. House has country charm with all mod cons, Grounds are great for walks with spa facilities.Cynthia and Mom Phyllis made us very welcome, more like good friends. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Try it, very relaxing

It was a uniquely restful and scenic experience.

Trop loin de la 401. Très belle place pour personnes recherchant la nature.

the massage chairs were amazing, the babbling brook leading to a pond was so cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful retreat … Cynthia was an excellent host, so kind and a great cook ! The grounds were amazing , natural beauty all around .. the creek and artisan spring fed stream , along with ponds, fields, wild flowers and abundant ferns . The rooms were clean and the sheets were high end cotton quality , the bed extremely comfortable overall I would strongly recommend this special place . I can see her heart is in this property and it shows !!!

We had a wonderful stay. Very tranquil and relaxing. Enjoy a dip or a massage in the Shiatsu chairs. Breakfast was delicious and conversations were like sitting with family. This place is an 11/10!

What an amazing place, thank you for the most gracious hospitality. This is the only place to stay in the area worth considering. We'll be back for pleasure for sure. And.... I was served an incredible breakfast to get my day started. This stay just can't be beat

Hostess was fabulous

Beautiful setting with lots of unusual surprises.

Beautiful little spot right next to the ski resort, very peaceful with plenty of opportunity to relax. Cynthia was very friendly and hospitable, I high recommend this B&B for anyone looking to get away for a bit!

Just a great space to clear your mind.

An absolute perfect stay and space. Cynthia is a welcoming host and she truly does invite you to be home.

We had a lovely stay here! Cindy has a gorgeous tranquil property that provides a welcome respite from the city. From the warm fireplace to the delicious breakfast to the engaging conversation our stay was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the yoga room and massage chairs that come included in your stay. A particular highlight was doing a cold plunge in the river that is right next to the house. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Briacomb Chris and Cynthia were awesome and their place is amazing! Theyve got it all for the guy who wants to max and relax. They have a mini waterfall Cold plunge, sauna, and gas fireplace to max and relax. Highly reccomend! I will be back

I was inspired place . Raising my soul I want to lift my soul above the noise of bombs thrown at innocents. From this chaotic world that never remains silent, I want to find the peace that comes from balance. And silence all the doubts that fill my chest. I want to lift my soul beyond the pain Of all the wounds the war left. I want to heal the scars that still remain between people. release the chains that bind my heart and mind about what is right or wrong I want to lift my soul above the fear of being free, Of all the things I can't control. I want to trust those who love me. And may it be the guide of my soul and my destiny I want to lift my soul above the fray of all people. May all the battles you have to fight be for love. I want to see the dawn of a new day And shine with hope and grace and love and light.,..

Very spacious and comfortable accommodations located in an idyllic rural setting. Massage chairs were an added bonus. Yoga classes available. If you need a quiet, peaceful getaway this is it. Host is very friendly. Breakfast was perfect.

What an incredible property and service! The massage chairs are like nothing I’ve sat in before! Will come again

Excellent breakfast and very approachable host.

This was our first ever bed and breakfast experience. We were traveling with kids. There was no art supply for them. No TV. Breakfast was good and accommodated according to our needs. The area around property is beautiful and full of nature. Hope to stay here again.

Tout tout tout parfait !!!

A wonderfully relaxing setting. Room was spacious. Hosts were welcoming. Breakfast was delightfully delicious.

Attention travellers! Come one, come all! Great staff and breathtaking landscapes. Can’t wait to have the privilege of staying here again.

Lovely retreat

What an amazing find! Hidden in an incredibly beautiful, spacious, quiet and serene place we were sorry we didn’t stay longer. Cindy is not only a gracious host but our breakfast was one of a kind. Need an emotional lift? This is the place to come.

This stay was such a peaceful surprise. Welcoming hosts, great amenities, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Will keep Rising Spirit in mind for future stays in the area.

Stayed overnight before an obstacle race at Ski Brimacombe. Location is a short walk from the race site, which allowed us to leave our car there. Breakfast was very nice. Hosts were very accomodating with our schedule.

We went to Rising Spirit because our Airnb canelled at the last minute literally! Our host Cynthia was all ready when we arrived. This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Breakfast was prepared by Cynthia, which was hearty, tasty, and thoughtful. Her son Chris then served us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Rising Spirit also has Yoga workshops, state of the art massage chairs, and other therapies. I would definitely recommend Rising Spirit B & B.
