Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Great little hotel in a very central location for the beautiful old town of Ciutadella with all the eateries within hopping distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean. Shower was great once you mastered how to control it (it only took a few minutes). A/C worked a treat to keep the room cool during the day when I was out and was easily controlled by remote during the night.
Could have done with hooks to hang bath towels in the bathroom. That is my only tiny complaint.

Calidad-precio un poco excesivo al igual que todos los hoteles de la isla. No hay servicio de habitaciones, solo te cambian las toallas cada 3 días y las sábanas cada 6. No tiene ascensor por lo que si vas muy cargado y estas en la segunda planta te puede costar un poco subir.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026onjour suite à un problème technique venant de booking qui m’empêchait contre mon grès de payer la taxe séjour alors que les chambres étaient déjà payées ,le propriétaire de l’hôtel ne voulait pas nous faire rentrer dans son « hôtel « d’ailleurs très cher car les chambres sont petites ainsi que les salles de bains et pas du tout confortables ! Il m’a raccroché au nez en me demandant de traiter avec vous et que je ne rentrerais pas Nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors le temps que des occupants nous fassent rentrer et il a accepté de faire passer le paiement par tel C’est insupportable comme comportement Le touriste qui paye à droit à une asssitance en cas de problème et ne doit pas se retrouver à la rue à cause de la mauvaise humeur du propriétaire Hôtel à fuir Absolument !!
Pas confortable /tres mauvais rapport qualité prix / pas de personnel et pas serviable au téléphone

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location was excellent, close to lots of great shopping, food and short drive to beaches. Air conditioning was great on the 33 degree days.
Felt the room was a lot smaller than it appears in the photos with limited amenities i.e. drinking water, glasses. Towels are not changed everyday which is fair but the beds sheets were not changed and the bed was never made and the floors were never cleaned for the duration of our 6 days. Also some days housekeeping did not even come to the room to empty the bins. Given the price this was disappointing. We also couldn’t keep the window open to let in fresh air and given how small the room was it became quite stuffy at times. Also just to note parking is very challenging at this time of the year.

Stanza che corrisponde alle foto: molto grande, bagno pulito con doccia spaziosa, divano e armadio dove poter appoggiare le proprie cose. Aria condizionata che mantiene fresca la stanza. Qualità/prezzo ottima.
Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026When we did have the hotel owner/concierge she was very helpful - but the front desk was not "manned" much. You have a code to get in so its not necessary, but its still helpful. The location was AMAZING.
Its like a minimalistic hostel for adults. No cups, glasses etc, but also no kitchen (I think) and the room was not being cleaned so we had to ask them to do so as it was getting filthy.

Me he alojado esta noche y es un hotel super bonito, limpio y acogedor. Probablemente quien no entienda la esencia de este hotel es porque no es el tipo de turista adecuado…Es un hotel que respeta la esencia de Menorca, yo soy de Mallorca y me encantó ver que se respetara el ambiente de ahí y no se modificara a lo que el turista espera ver. A los que os quejáis porque no ponen toallas todos los días y demás, en el cartel que ponen ellos en la habitación lo pone muy claro: “el servicio es cada X días”…Se os olvida que no es una cadena hotelera, simplemente un “pequeño” negocio y eso es lo que lo hace más especial…Lo que hay que hacer es ser más cuidadosos y generar menos basura, es un hotel si, pero no tenéis gente que trabaje SOLO para vosotros… La ubicación es excelente, no hay ruido, todo es calma. Volveremos seguro

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Ho soggiornato al Tres Tocs per 9 giorni e l'esperienza è stata più che positiva. Susana è stata splendida, sempre pronta a consigliarci su mete e ristoranti. La posizione è centralissima, comoda a tutti i servizi, ci tornerò sicuramente!
Il cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani avviene ogni 3 giorni, come segnalato all'arrivo. Trattandosi di una località di mare, proporrei il cambio ogni giorno.

Nice to have air conditioning but it went on and off all night, so disturbed light sleepers. Would have liked to know in advance that we would have got key code on the day, as we were worrying needlessly about check in time. Toiletries were advertised as included, but only soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Vicinissima al centro, si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti. a 5 min a piedi c’è un parcheggio molto grande, anche negli orari di punta abbiamo sempre trovato posto, magari facendo con la macchina qualche giro in più, ma sempre trovato. Era a pagamento dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 21, ma noi la mattina andavamo via verso le 8 e la sera rientravano alle 19, quindi il parcheggio lo pagavamo dalle 19 alle 21 per un prezzo bassissimo 1€( alcuni parcheggi erano gratis poiché con le strisce bianche ). Struttura molto pulita e super spaziosa.
Mi è piaciuto tutto .

La habitación estaba en planta baja, al lado de la puerta de entrada al edificio y de la mesa de recepción, con el consiguiente golpeo de la puerta de entrada y gente hablando en el hall. Habitación mal insonorizada. Con ventana a la calle. Se oía la gente pasando por la calle y vehículos. Considero que no es una habitación para poder ofertar si lo que buscas es descanso. Lamentablemente no volveremos ni podemos recomendarlo.

Por poner un pero que no hay ascensor.

Quan te dutxaves s'aigüa sortia i acabava havent aigüa fins on havia es llit. I ses parets eren paper, ho senties tot i te sentien. Inclús per ses tuberies podies sentir altres habitacions. 0 privacitat, si hi ha de ser 1 vespre i per dormir pot anar, pero més no.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026L'albergo era carinissimo. Tutto molto nuovo e in posizione centrale ma proprio centrale centrale. La signora era gentilissima. Mi ha dato anche l'ombrellone per il sole e mi ha rimediato la camera con letto matrimoniale. Mi ha inviato le direttive per parcheggiare gratis e devo dire sempre ottima disponibilità Materasso comodo, stanza profumata. Doccia performante.
Allora, io ho da dare solo due suggerimenti. Ho trascorso 3 notti. E purtroppo in 3 notti non è mai stata pulita la stanza. Il cambio asciugamani l'ho chiesto e cortesemente è stato fatto. Ma il punto è che avendo una stanza molto molto piccola per quanto funzionale ed essendo zona di mare se in 3 notti non viene mai spazzato per terra c'è la spiaggia. E io asciugando i capelli tutte le sere avevo tantissimi capelli per terra oltre che I cestini pieni. Quindi il mio suggerimento è di inserire in modalità default un cambio asciugamani e una pulizia veloce ogni due notti. Anche perché d'estate ci si fanno più docce e quindi le asciugamani si sporcano velocemente. Inoltre proporrei qualche appendino in più. Última nota le lenzuola erano da una piazza e mezza e quindi mi sono trovata sul coprimaterasso nella notte. Mi dispiace anche segnalare queste piccole cose ma per la gentilezza e le potenzialità del posto lo faccio in modo che possano migliorare

Reviewed May 19, 2026Very easy to book online and the host Susana kept in touch re arrival details and room number etc. The room itself although small was very tastefully decorated and the shower room and facilities were modern too. The whole place looked very fresh and was absolutely spotless. Beds was comfortable and shower powerful. Add to this the accommodation is in a great location and price was good value for money so there's nothing else to ask for 😀. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
We were on the second floor so quite a few big steps to our room. Should have known better and asked for a room on the first floor! Our fault entirely.

No me gusto que por politica de empresa la cama supletoria no la hacen, y cuando llegamos tardamos un rato en abrir el sofa cama y colocar las sabanas. Creo que si pagas por tres camas deberian estar ya preparadas.

Trobar un cartell a la habitació a on diu que no fan neteja diària ni canvien tovalloles fins al cap de 3 dies. La neteja diària és un servei esencial i obligatori per llei. No basta un cartellet d'avís per deixar de prestar aquest servei, ni tampoc posar aquest avís a la web del hotel. Jo vaig contractar per Booking i no hi havia cap avís.
