The Saucy Willow Inn and Cottages

Every detail was perfect. Dave and Stephanie were lovely hosts. The views and tranquility were abundant. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Saucy Willow with a view of the lake and a short walk to the dock. All our needs were anticipated and met with high standards. The healthy delicious breakfasts and friendly and accommodating staff, made our stay enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay at Saucy Willow for an annual family gathering. Stephanie and Dave are wonderful hosts and have thought of every detail. I would highly recommend this as a place to escape the city, take in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and enjoy some R&R.

Gorgeous property that I am glad I found. With last minute booking they were SUPER helpful and extraordinarily lovely. The room was great and we were at the back of the house so we had an excellent view of the water and the trees across were already changing colours. I will definitely be back. I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay because I do not know enough English words haha. 10000000/10

Wow what a gem. My husband and I stayed one night for our wedding anniversary it was a beautiful property and staff Trevor, Fiona and Lauren were amazing. Thanks so much to Stephanie for upgrading our room and the lovely wine left in our room. I can’t say enough about this place. Breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend the Saucy Willow Inn it was an amazing stay.

My husband and I have just spent three nights at the Saucy Willow Inn, it was absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful, the house is stunning and the welcome is second to none. Stephanie & Dave are extremely warm & welcoming hosts, very professional with a great eye for detail, nothing is too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending this exceptional hotel to our family and friends and we look forward to returning for more rest and relaxation soon.

Beautiful, friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Very comfortable inn.

Stephanie and Dave were absolutely fabulous in giving us a tour of the property, making sure all of our needs were met and making sure we felt welcome. The Inn was nicely decorated, our bed super comfortable and the grounds were well looked after. They had just finished a new event space which looks lovely. We will 100 percent return and highly recommend staying here. There are also lots of things to do nearby.

Stephanie and Dave’s interactiveness, caring and extension of homely comforts at their inn was phenomenal. This was much needed whilst taking a break from the hustle and bustle of life. I was also impressed at the well oiled the operation. Thanks for the restful experience and the lovely sunshine.

From the time you check in to your entire stay you feel very welcome. It is such a special property and a must see. Stephanie and Dave have done a wonderful job, enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful hosts and lovely property! Celebrated a birthday and spent 2 nights! Loved the attention to detail - amazing innkeepers! will be back!

Beautiful waterfront property. We enjoyed our stay very much & would recommend this to everyone.

Stephanie and Dave are warm and generous hosts! The property is lovingly cared for and we felt right at home. We would be happy to stay here again.

The owners were very nice. The rooms were lovely. Breakfast was great! Excellent experience!!

A lovely 2n stay for our Anniversary. Dave greeted us on arrival and went the extra mile to ensure we knew all we needed to about the Inn and the area. Lovely chats with Stephanie as well. an amazing little gem of a place that we will return to for sure!

I am really reserved about giving Saucy Willow a review it deserves. My reason is purely selfish……….. I really don’t want people to know about this hidden gem. We did a last minute booking unfortunately only one night I wish it could have been longer. Every aspect of the stay was fantastic. The property the room the surrounding and most importantly the people. You could not have asked for a friendlier lot. We were made to feel welcome and like we were long time friends popping in to visit. It was such a nice experience. Thank you.

The staff and property owners were very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained and it was peaceful and relaxing. I enjoy my stay there and would go again in the future.

Charming getaway and lovely hosts. Relaxing location. Amazing room. One negative, Their main property says adults only. But cottages also on property had kids. Love kids but was looking forward to a quiet place with no kids running around. The adults only reason was was why we selected it. And laid that fee. It was disappointing to experience the noise when we were just looking to relax.

Dave and Stephanie are great hosts and the place is quiet and has a great atmosphere

Amazing

Little gem

It was a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view and easy access to the private lake!!

Beautiful property. Amazing service. Community kind of feel.

This is a remarkable step back in time to a beautifully renovated inn. Styph and David are the ultimate hosts making you feel so relaxed to wander thier lakeside property. We spent hours enjoying the conversation with them and the other guests at delicious healthy breakfast. I would recommend this unique property to anyone.

The property is updated and well maintained. The owners greeted us. They are very friendly. We were shown the house amenities then to our room. Beautiful waterfront property. Fire pit. Multiple docks. Canoe and kayaks. Very nice breakfast. Not your typical bacon and eggs. Fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and jams, eggs, breads and more. We very much enjoyed it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saucy Willow Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. Hosts Steph and Dave were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly stands out and adds a personal touch to the stay. The inn boasts a stunning view of the lake, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re enjoying the serene waters from the comfort of your room or while sitting on the spacious lawn, the scenery is simply breathtaking. Breakfast at The Saucy Willow Inn is another highlight. The variety of options available each morning ensures there’s something for everyone, and the quality of the food is top-notch. It’s the perfect way to start your day before exploring the beautiful surroundings. Overall, The Saucy Willow Inn is a gem in Coboconk, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality.

The owners were so sweet and accomodating. Our room had a private porch and beautiful view of the river. Just such a pleasant stay. Quiet and we hated to leave. Highly recommend

A really special place

Very beautiful setting, nice room and the owners are both very friendly and hospitable!

Fantastic experience! Stephanie and Dave were exceptional hosts. The property is perfectly situated right on the lake, offering a serene and tranquil escape. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, with excellent dining options and coffee shops conveniently close by. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay while we were picking our daughter up from camp. Our only regret is that we didn't book it for a week! Stephanie and David do an incredible job of customer service and thoughtfulness at their Inn. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable mattresses and pillows along with top quality linens. The property has paddle boards, pedal boats, and kayaks available for you to take out along with life jackets. There are Adirondack chairs by the water and multiple places to have a fire. We are planning our trip already for next year when we take our kids back to camp. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and Dave welcomed my daughter and I with such warmth inspite of us arriving late (10pm). Even with its full accommodation, it was very serene. Everyone was enjoying the kayaking and swimming. AND BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME!!! Fresh scones every morning! Many thanks. From Elizabeth & Lexie of Naples Florida.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property, and gracious hosts. Had an amazing time at the Inn as it's right by the water and is a recommended place to get away from the city and stay in this charming small town.

Excellent hosts. Amazing scones! Will be back!

My wife stayed here for two nights, it was our first time staying with Dave and Stephanie. We picked this place initially because of the 10 rating and the comments. We were extremely impressed and will be back. Our stay started with a tour by Trevor who has done the renovations to this old home and he has done an incredible job. We enjoyed the paddle boats, the water front, the night time fires, the breakfast and particularly the way Dave and Stephanie make you feel as welcomed guests. I should also mention they also have cottages, complementary canoes and kayaks and just down the street you can rent a boat or jet ski. We definitely look forward to returning.

We found The Saucy Willow to be very nice and clean property. Stephanie and David ( our host) were super nice and very helpful in every which way. Freshly baked scones, season fruits, eggs and toast with variety of jams for breakfast were tasty and filling. Thank you for making our stay so so memorable!

Very clean. Beautiful Inn. We would recommend to others

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy inn! The lake view from our room was breathtaking, and the serene, quiet atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. We loved the fire pit by the lake and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Kayaking on the lake was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing escape!

Just a lovely place to stay. I was in the area for work but I'd love to return for vacation. Wonderful hosts, suberb room, breakfast, and attention to detail. Right on the lake. I worked on the 2nd level veranda on a gorgeous cool spring evening. I'll be back! Thank-you, thank-you!

Beautiful spot to get away. 11/10! From the moment we stepped foot on the property until we left it was more then what we could ever ask for. Very welcoming and clean. Everything is very well maintained and thought-out to satisfy their guests to the fullest. Beautiful property inside and out would highly highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you Stephanie and Dave.

We had such a lovely time at the Inn, which is so beautiful. From the delicious scones, cleanliness of the retreat, beautiful waterfront area, the owners hospitality and knowledgeable of the Inn, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely need to book for next year and have the rest of my family enjoy this place.

We have bever stayed in a friendlier, cleaner, more comfortable B&B! This home and surrounding grounds, come with a very interesting history and impeccable attention to detail both inside and outside. Each bedroom is beautiful, confortable and well equipped. There are numerous rooms and porches for guests to enjoy meeting new people or for their own privacy. A pool table adds fun to happy hour, or any time of the day. There are cozy firepits, complete with throw blankets on chilly evenings. Stephanie and Dave are so welcoming and are dedicated to providing a five + star experience for their guests. Breakfasts are fresh, healthy and once again served with the enjoyment of their guests in mind. Best smoothies ever! The homemade scones are incredible. We cannot say enough about this experience. We are seadooers and were thrilled with how easy it was to launch right on their site. Fenelon Falls was a close location through one set of locks. We had a lovely walk in that town along with a great lunch in a local pub. Other guests happily swam at the beach back 'home' or used the water activity equipment provided on site. You do not want to miss out on this beautiful B&B!!! There are cottages on site as well for larger groups!!!

the hosts Stephanie and Dave were perfect. The rooms were comfortable and the Scones were delicious. Wonderful spot.

From the pleasant greeting by the innkeeper Stephanie followed by delightful conversations with both her and Dave, to the beautifully decorated room and inn, to the perfect setting and finally to the the delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. Stephanie and Dave are wonderrful hosts who should be commended for turning a heritage inn into a truly magnificent B and B. Their attention to detail from their choice of antiques to their mouth watering freshly made scones for breakfast made our stay a special treat! We plan to return and recommend the Saucy Inn to our friends.

Stephanie and Dave were great host. The place is really cozy and right by the river. They have a sauna which is a nice addition. The breakfast was unique which we enjoyed and Stephanie makes some really good scones. Overall it was pleasant stay and both Stephanie and Dave did a good job hosting.

What a wonder place to stay with excellent hospitality.

My husband and I loved the location because it was waterfront property and the Inn and cottages have been beautifully restored. The property inside and out is well maintained. It is very well outfitted with many thoughful conveniences such as bug spray, sunscreen, blankets for outdoor seating and 24 hour coffee/tea service just to name a few. There was a nice variety to choose from for breakfast including freshly baked scones which were delicious. The room we stayed in was updated and very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake. There was also a widow's peak with table and chairs right outside our bedroom, to enjoy our evening cocktail or morning coffee. Stephanie the hostess even surprised us with chilled sparkling wine for our 30th wedding anniversary! There were several kayaks, floating chairs, water toys, 3 docks etc. to enjoy our time at the lake. We found Stephanie and Dave to be very personable and entertaining. They shared much of the history of the Inn and the surrounding community with us, which was very interesting. They provided us with information regarding dining options in the area which proved to be great choices for us. I can't say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend The Saucy Willow Inn to family and friends and hope to return for many future getaways to this very special spot! Thank you for a very memorable and lovely anniversary stay Stephanie and Dave.
